Obama, on California Drought Aid Visit, Affirms Depopulation Agenda, Launches New, Green "Climate Change Resilience" Initiative
February 15, 2014 • 9:03AM
Yesterday
in California, President Barack Obama visited drought-stricken Fresno
and elsewhere, to be seen as concerned, by announcing a $300 million
palliative aid package for the state, and otherwise to announce a new $1
billion "Climate Change Resilience Fund." Details of the latter are to
come out in March in the White House 2015 Federal budget proposal.
Altogether, Obama's visit and activities reflect his deployment on
behalf of the de-population agenda of the Anglo-Dutch empire.

Thursday night, Obama's Science Advisor John Holdren, a rabid depopulation advocate, previewed Obama's California trip, by decreeing the nonsense line that "Weather practically everywhere is being caused by climate change," meaning that mankind's activities are provoking the climate, and are causing bad weather! Holdren claimed that the global climate "has now been so extensively impacted by the human-caused build-up of greenhouse gases that weather practically everywhere is being influenced by climate change." He said, "You can expect the President will talk about the connection between increasing frequency and the intensity of drought and climate change on Friday."
House Science Committee Chair Lamar Smith Slams Obama's "Climate Resilience Fund" As Scientifically Baseless
As for the drought aid package, it consists only of a set of "New Actions To Help Respond to the Drought," as released in a Fact Sheet by the White House. Besides aid to livestock producers ($100 million), targeted soil conservation ($5 million), reduction of Federal facilities' usage of water, and similar tokens, the aid package includes $60 million in aid to food banks, and specifically, to set up 600 food relief centers to provide Summer meals and food aid for poor farm laborers, and others rendered unemployed by the agriculture shutdown from lack of water. This is the modern-day equivalent of the soup kitchens set up in Ireland during the potato famine, by the London lord-and-lady social set, whose British East India Co. policies caused the famine in the first place.

What is required for California, and the national and international crisis, is to get Obama out of the way, and proceed to enact a radical shift in U.S. policy, in which can be taken the specific, short-term emergency actions necessary to make use of scarce water, while new sources and projects are under way. The initiating action, is to re-instate the Glass-Steagall act, to set up a sound credit-serving banking sector, in which, the necessary water, land and power improvements can be launched.
Without that, there can only be haggling over water scarcity. In the Central Valley especially, thousands of acres of cropland are going unplanted; orchards and nut groves are threatened and dying. On Jan. 31, officials of the California Water Project announced zero allocations of water for 2014 to their districts, affecting 23 million people and vast farming operations. This was the first time in its 50+ year history, such a zero-allocation has been made. In a few days, allocation commitments for 2014, from the Federal Bureau of Reclamation will be announced for its Central Valley Project. It could likewise be zero, or nearly so.
There is an official state list of 17 towns facing a total cutoff of water within a couple months. Today's Obama aid package offers $3 million ("Emergency Water Assistance Grants") to help townsmen seek to obtain water from another district, dig wells, enforce rationing, etc.
