The following is a copied and pasted transcript from an article appearing in, Canada Free Press, by journalist, Doug Hagmann. I had the link (which I’ve provided at the end of this article) emailed to me earlier today by a friend. Be advised that the following read is disturbing in its context, and while I can neither confirm or deny the veracity of its content, I found myself feeling particularly uneasy as I poured over this. As a rule, I’m generally not much into this whole “Conspiratorial Theory” craze so many seem to thrive upon. However, given the particular bizarre nature of this dubious phenomenon known as Barack Hussein Obama, along with his mystifying ability to wreck untold havoc on an entire Nation at practically every level as well as the subsequent murders of several Americans now in the intervening years since he first took Office which (as far as I’m concerned) have occurred due to violation of his ‘sworn Oath’, as well as his deliberate dereliction of duty, and not even a margin of accountability is attempted by anyone, and I felt obligated to at least share this information. Introduction: After a lengthy, self-imposed informational black-out, my high-level DHS contact known as “Rosebud” emerged with new, non-public information about plans being discussed and prepared for implementation by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in the near future. It is important to note that this black-out was directly related to the aggressive federal initiative of identifying and prosecuting “leakers,” at least those leaks and leakers not sanctioned by the executive office—the latter of which there are many.
Due to those circumstances, my source exercised an abundance of caution to avoid compromising a valuable line of communication until he had information he felt wassignificant enough to risk external contact. The following information is the result of an in-person contact between this author and “Rosebud” within the last 48 hours. With his permission, the interview was digitally recorded and the relevant portions of the contact are provided in a conversational format for easier reading. The original recording was copied onto multiple discs and are maintained in secure locations for historical and insurance purposes.
Meeting: The following began after an exchange of pleasantries and other unrelated discussion:
DH: Do I have your permission to record this conversation?
RB: You do.
DH: I’ve received a lot of e-mail from people wondering where you went and why you’ve been so quiet.
RB: As I told you earlier, things are very dicey. Weird things began to happen before the election and have continued since. Odd things, a clampdown of sorts. I started looking and I found [REDACTED AT THE REQUEST OF THIS SOURCE], and that shook me up. I’m not the only one, though, that found a [REDACTED], so this means there’s surveillance of people within DHS by DHS. So, that explains this cloak and dagger stuff for this meeting.
DH: I understand. What about the others?
RB: They are handling it the same way.
DH: I’ve received many e-mails asking if you are the same person giving information to Ulsterman. Are you?
RB: No, but I think I know at least one of his insiders.
DH: Care to elaborate?
RB: Sorry, no.
DH: Do you trust him or her. I mean, the Ulsterman source?
RB: Yes.
DH: Okay, so last August, you said things were “going hot.” I printed what you said, and things did not seem to happen as you said.
RB: You’d better recheck your notes and compare [them] with some of the events leading up to the election. I think you’ll find that a full blown campaign of deception took place to make certain Obama got back into office. The polls, the media, and a few incidents that happened in the two months before the election. I guess if people are looking for some big event they can point to and say “aha” for verification, well then I overestimated people’s ability to tell when they are being lied to.
DH: What specific incidents are you referring to?
RB: Look at the threats to Obama. Start there. The accusations of racism. Then look at the polls, and especially the judicial decisions about voter ID laws. Bought and paid for, or where there was any potential for problems, the judges got the message, loud and clear. Then look at the voter fraud. And not a peep from the Republicans. Nothing. His second term was a done deal in September. This was planned. Frankly, the Obama team knew they had it sewn up long before Election Day. Benghazi could have derailed them, but the fix was in there, so I never saw anything on my end to suggest a ready-made solution had to be implemented.
DH: What’s going on now?
RB: People better pay close attention over the next few months. First, there won’t be any meaningful deal about the fiscal crisis. This is planned, I mean, the lack of deal is planned. In fact, it’s necessary to pave the way for what is in the short term agenda.
DH: Wait, you’re DHS—not some Wall Street insider.
RB: So you think they are separate agendas? That’s funny. The coming collapse of the U.S. dollar is a done deal. It’s been in the works for years—decades, and this is one of the most important cataclysmic events that DHS is preparing for. I almost think that DHS was created for that purpose alone, to fight Americans, not protect them, right here in America. But that’s not the only reason. There’s the gun issue too.
DH: So, what are you seeing at DHS?
RB: We don’t have a lot of time, tonight—our meeting—as well as a country. I mean I have heard—with my own ears—plans being made that originate from the White House that involve the hierarchy of DHS. You gotta know how DHS works at the highest of levels. It’s Jarrett and Napolitano, with Jarrett organizing all of the plans and approaches. She’s the one in charge, at least from my point of view, from what I am seeing. Obama knows that’s going on and has say, but it seems that Jarrett has the final say, not the other way around. It’s [screwed] up. This really went into high gear since the election.
But it’s a train wreck at mid management, but is more effective at the lower levels. A lot of police departments are being gifted with federal funds with strings attached. That money is flowing out to municipal police departments faster than it can be counted. They are using his money to buy tanks, well, not real tanks, but you know what I mean. DHS is turning the police into soldiers.
By the way, there has been a lot of communication recently between Napolitano and Pistole [TSA head]. They are planning to use TSA agents in tandem with local police for certain operations that are being planned right now. This is so [deleted] important that you cannot even begin to imagine. If you get nothing else out of this, please, please make sure you tell people to watch the TSA and their increasing involvement against the American public. They are the stooges who will be the ones to carry out certain plans when the dollar collapses and the gun confiscation begins.
DH: Whoa, wait a minute. You just said a mouthful. What’s the agenda here?
RB: Your intelligence insider—he knows that we are facing a planned economic collapse. You wrote about this in your articles about Benghazi, or at least that’s what I got out of the later articles. So why the surprise?
DH: There’s a lot here. Let’s take it step by step if you don’t mind.
RB: Okay, but I’m not going to give it to you in baby steps. Big boy steps. This is what I am hearing. Life for the average American is going to change significantly, and not the change people expect. First, DHS is preparing to work with police departments and the TSA to respond to civil uprisings that will happen when there is a financial panic. And there will be one, maybe as early as this spring, when the dollar won’t get you a gumball. I’m not sure what the catalyst will be, but I’ve heard rumblings about a derivatives crisis as well as an oil embargo. I don’t know, that’s not my department. But something is going to happen to collapse the dollar, which has been in the works since the 1990s. Now if it does not happen as soon as this, it’s because there are people, real patriots, who are working to prevent this, so it’s a fluid dynamic. But that doesn’t change the preparations.
And the preparations are these: DHS is prepositioning assets in strategic areas near urban centers all across the country. Storage depots. Armories. And even detainment facilities, known as FEMA camps. FEMA does not even know that the facilities are earmarked for detainment by executive orders, at least not in the traditional sense they were intended. By the way, people drive by some of these armories every day without even giving them a second look. Commercial and business real estate across the country are being bought up or leased for storage purposes. Very low profile.
Anyway, I am hearing that the plan from on high is to let the chaos play out for a while, making ordinary citizens beg for troops to be deployed to restore order. but it’s all organized to make them appear as good guys. That’s when the real head knocking will take place. We’re talking travel restrictions, which should not be a problem because gas will be rationed or unavailable. The TSA will be in charge of travel, or at least be a big part of it. They will be commissioned, upgraded from their current status.
They, I mean Jarrett and Obama as well as a few others in government, are working to create a perfect storm too. This is being timed to coincide with new gun laws.
DH: New federal gun laws?
RB: Yes. Count on the criminalization to possess just about every gun you can think of. Not only restrictions, but actual criminalization of possessing a banned firearm. I heard this directly from the highest of my sources. Plans were made in the ‘90s but were withheld. Now, it’s a new day, a new time, and they are riding the wave of emotion from Sandy Hook, which, by the way as tragic as it was, well, it stinks to high heaven. I mean there are many things wrong there, and first reports are fast disappearing. The narrative is being changed. Look, there is something wrong with Sandy Hook, but if you write it, you’ll be called a kook or worse.
DH: Sure
RB: But Sandy Hook, there’s something very wrong there. But I am hearing that won’t be the final straw. There will be another if they think it’s necessary.
DH: Another shooting?
RB: Yes.
DH: That would mean they are at least complicit.
RB: Well, that’s one way of looking at it.
DH: Are they? Were they?
RB: Do your own research. Nothing I say, short of bringing you photographs and documents will convince anyone, and even then, it’s like [DELETED] in the wind.
DH: So…
RB: So what I’m telling you is that DHS, the TSA and certain, but not all, law enforcement agencies are going to be elbow deep in riot control in response to an economic incident. At the same time or close to it, gun confiscation will start. It will start on a voluntary basis using federal registration forms, then an amnesty, then the kicking-in of doors start.
Before or at the same time, you know all the talk of lists, you know, the red and blue lists that everyone made fun of? Well they exist, although I don’t know about their colors. But there are lists of political dissidents maintained by DHS. Names are coordinated with the executive branch, but you know what? They did not start with Obama. They’ve been around in one form or another for years. The difference though is that today, they are much more organized. And I’ll tell you that the vocal opponents of the politics of the global elite, the bankers, and the opponents of anything standing in their way, well, they are on the top of the list of people to be handled.
DH: Handled?
RB: As the situations worsen, some might be given a chance to stop their vocal opposition. Some will, others won’t. I suppose they are on different lists. Others won’t have that chance. By that time, though, it will be chaos and people will be in full defensive mode. They will be hungry, real hunger like we’ve never experienced before. They will use our hunger as leverage. They will use medical care as leverage.
DH: Will this happen all at once?
RB: They hope to make it happen at the same time. Big cities first, with sections being set apart from the rest of the country. Then the rural areas. There are two different plans for geographical considerations. But it will all come together.
DH: Wait, this sounds way, way over the top. Are you telling me… [Interrupts]
RB: [Over talk/Unintelligible] …know who was selected or elected twice now. You know who his associates are. And you are saying this is way over the top? Don’t forget what Ayers said – you talked to Larry Grathwohl. This guy is a revolutionary. He does not want to transform our country in the traditional sense. He will destroy it. And he’s not working alone. He’s not working for himself, either. He has his handlers. So don’t think this is going to be a walk in the park, with some type of attempt to rescue the country. Cloward-Piven. Alinsky. Marx. All rolled into one. And he won’t need the rest of his four years to do it.
DH: I need you to be clear. Let’s go back again, I mean, to those who speak out about what’s happening.
RB: [Edit note: Obviously irritated] How much clearer do you want it? The Second Amendment will be gone, along with the first, at least practically or operationally. The Constitution will be gone, suspended, at least in an operational sense. Maybe they won’t actually say that they are suspending it, but will do it. Like saying the sky is purple when it’s actually blue. How many people will look at the sky and say yeah, it’s purple? They see what they want to see.
So the DHS, working with other law enforcement organizations, especially the TSA as it stands right now, will oversee the confiscation of assault weapons, which includes all semi-automatic weapons following a period of so-called amnesty. It also includes shotguns that hold multiple rounds, or have pistol grips. They will go after the high capacity magazines, anything over, say 5 rounds.
They will also go after the ammunition, especially at the manufacturer’s level. They will require a special license for certain weapons, and make it impossible to own anything. More draconian than England. This is a global thing too. Want to hunt? What gives you the right to hunt their animals? Sound strange? I hope so, but they believe they own the animals. Do you understand now, how sick and twisted this is? Their mentality?
The obvious intent is to disarm American citizens. They will say that we’ll still be able to defend ourselves and go hunting, but even that will be severely regulated. This is the part that they are still working out, though. While the plans were made years ago, there is some argument over the exact details. I know that Napalitano, even with her support of the agenda, would like to see this take place outside of an E.O. [Executive Order] in favor of legislative action and even with UN involvement.
DH: But UN involvement would still require legislative approval.
RB: Yes, but you’re still thinking normal – in normal terms. Stop thinking about a normal situation. The country is divided, which is exactly where Obama wants us to be. We are as ideologically divided as we were during the Civil War and that rift is growing every day. Add in a crisis – and economic crisis – where ATM and EBT cards will stop working. Where bank accounts will contain nothing but air. They are anticipating a revolution and a civil war rolled into one (emphasis added by this author).
Imagine when talk show hosts or Bloggers or some other malcontent gets on the air or starts writing about the injustice of it all, and about how Obama is the anti-Christ or something. They will outlaw such talk or writing as inciting the situation – they will make it illegal by saying that it is causing people to die. The Republicans will go along with everything as it’s – we have – a one party system. Two parties is an illusion. It’s all so surreal to talk about but you see where this is headed, right?
DH: Well, what about the lists?
RB: Back to that again, okay. Why do you think the NSA has surveillance of all communications? To identify and stop terrorism? Okay, to be fair, that is part of it, but not the main reason. The federal agencies have identified people who present a danger to them and their agendas. I don’t know if they are color coded like you mentioned, red, blue, purple or peach mango or whatever, but they exist. In fact, each agency has their own. You know, why is it so [deleted] hard for people to get their heads around the existence of lists with names of people who pose a threat to their plans? The media made a big deal about Nixon’s enemies list and everyone nodded and said yeah, that [deleted], but today? They’ve been around for years and years.
DH: I think it’s because of the nature of the lists today. What do they plan to do with their enemies?
RB: Go back to what Ayers said when, in the late ‘60s? ‘70s? I forget. Anyway, he was serious. But to some extent, the same thing that happened before. They – the people on some of these lists – are under surveillance, or at least some, and when necessary, some are approached and made an offer. Others, well, they can be made to undergo certain training. Let’s call it sensitivity training, except on a much different level. Others, most that are the most visible and mainstream are safe for the most part. And do you want to know why? It’s because they are in the pockets of the very people we are talking about, but they might or might not know it. Corporate sponsorship – follow the money. You know the drill. You saw it happen before, with the birth certificate.
It’s people that are just under the national radar but are effective. They have to worry. Those who have been publicly marginalized already but continue to talk or write or post, they are in trouble. It’s people who won’t sell out, who think that they can make a difference. Those are the people who have to worry.
Think about recent deaths that everybody believes were natural or suicides. Were they? People are too busy working their [butts] off to put food on the table to give a damn about some guy somewhere who vapor locks because of too many doughnuts and coffee and late nights. And it seems plausible enough to happen. This time, when everything collapses, do you think they will care if it is a bullet or a heart attack that takes out the opposition? [Deleted] no.
DH: That’s disturbing. Do you… [interrupts]
RB: Think about the Oklahoma City bombing in ‘95. Remember how Clinton blamed that on talk radio, or at least in part. Take what happened then and put it in context of today. Then multiply the damnation by 100, and you will begin to understand where this is going. People like Rush and Hannity have a narrow focus of the political theater. They’ll still be up and running during all of this to allow for the appearance of normal. Stay within the script, comrade.
But as far as the others, they have certain plans. And these plans are becoming more transparent. They are getting bolder. They are pushing lies, and the bigger the lie, the easier it is to sell to the people. They will even try to sell a sense of normalcy as things go absolutely crazy and break down. It will be surreal. And some will believe it, think that it’s only happening in certain places, and we can draw everything back once the dust settles. But when it does, this place will not be the same.
DH: Will there be resistance within the ranks of law enforcement? You know, will some say they won’t go along with the plan, like the Oath Keepers?
RB: Absolutely. But they will not only be outnumbered, but outgunned – literally. The whole objective is to bring in outside forces to deal with the civil unrest that will happen in America. And where does their allegiance lie? Certainly not to Sheriff Bob. Or you or me.
During all of this, and you’ve got to remember that the dollar collapse is a big part of this, our country is going to have to be redone. I’ve seen – personally – a map of North America without borders. Done this year. The number 2015 was written across the top, and I believe that was meant as a year. Along with this map – in the same area where this was – was another map showing the United States cut up into sectors. I’m not talking about what people have seen on the internet, but something entirely different. Zones. And a big star on the city of Denver.
Sound like conspiracy stuff on the Internet? Yup. But maybe they were right. It sure looks that way. It will read that way if you decide to write about this. Good luck with that. Anyway, the country seemed to be split into sectors, but not the kind shown on the internet. Different.
DH: What is the context of that?
RB: Across the bottom of this was written economic sectors. It looked like a work in progress, so I can’t tell you any more than that. From the context I think it has to do with the collapse of the dollar.
DH: Why would DHS have this? I mean, it seems almost contrived, doesn’t it?
RB: Not really, when you consider the bigger picture. But wait before we go off into that part. I need to tell you about Obamacare, you know, the new health care coming up. It plays a big part – a huge [deleted] part in the immediate reshaping of things.
DH: How so?
RB: It creates a mechanism of centralized control over people. That’s the intent of this monster of a bill, not affordable health care. And it will be used to identify gun owners. Think your health records are private? Have you been to the doctor lately? Asked about owning a gun? Why do you think they ask, do you think they care about your safety? Say yes to owning a gun and your information is shared with another agency, and ultimately, you will be identified as a security risk. The records will be matched with other agencies.
You think that they are simply relying on gun registration forms? This is part of data collection that people don’t get. Oh, and don’t even think about getting a script for some mood enhancement drug and being able to own a gun.
Ayers and Dohrn are having the times of their lives seeing things they’ve worked for all of their adult lives actually coming to pass. Oh, before I forget, look at the recent White House visitor logs.
DH: Why? Where did that come from?
RB: Unless they are redacted, you will see the influence of Ayers. Right now. The Weather Underground has been reborn. So has their agenda.
DH: Eugenics? Population control?
RB: Yup. And re-education camps. But trust me, you write about this, you’ll be called a kook. It’s up to you, it’s your reputation, not mine. And speaking about that, you do know that this crew is using the internet to ruin people, right? They are paying people to infiltrate discussion sites and forums to call people like you idiots. Show me the proof, they say. Why doesn’t you source come forward? If he knows so much, why not go to Fox or the media? To them, if it’s not broadcast on CNN, it’s not real. Well, they’ve got it backwards. Very little on the news is real. The stock market, the economy, the last presidential polls, very little is real.
But this crew is really internet savvy. They’ve got a lot of people they pay to divert issues on forums, to mock people, to marginalize them. They know what they’re doing. People think they’ll take sites down – hack them. Why do that when they are more effective to infiltrate the discussion? Think about the birth certificate, I mean the eligibility problem of Obama. Perfect example.
DH: How soon do you see things taking place?
RB: They already are in motion. If you’re looking for a date I can’t tell you. Remember, the objectives are the same, but plans, well, they adapt. They exploit. Watch how this fiscal cliff thing plays out. This is the run-up to the next big economic event.
I can’t give you a date. I can tell you to watch things this spring. Start with the inauguration and go from there. Watch the metals, when they dip. It will be a good indication that things are about to happen. I got that little tidbit from my friend at [REDACTED].

Mr. THORNBERRY (for himself and Mr. SMITH of Washington) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs

A BILL To amend the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 to authorize the domestic dissemination of information and material about the United States intended primarily for foreign audiences, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the `Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012'.

SEC. 2. DISSEMINATION ABROAD OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE UNITED STATES.

(a) United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948- Section 501 of the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 (22 U.S.C. 1461) is amended to read as follows:

`GENERAL AUTHORIZATION

`Sec. 501. (a) The Secretary and the Broadcasting Board of Governors are authorized to use funds appropriated or otherwise made available for public diplomacy information programs to provide for the preparation, dissemination, and use of information intended for foreign audiences abroad about the United States, its people, and its policies, through press, publications, radio, motion pictures, the Internet, and other information media, including social media, and through information centers, instructors, and other direct or indirect means of communication.

`(b)(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), the Secretary and the Broadcasting Board of Governors may, upon request and reimbursement of the reasonable costs incurred in fulfilling such a request, make available, in the United States, motion pictures, films, video, audio, and other materials prepared for dissemination abroad or disseminated abroad pursuant to this Act, the United States International Broadcasting Act of 1994 (22 U.S.C. 6201 et seq.), the Radio Broadcasting to Cuba Act (22 U.S.C. 1465 et seq.), or the Television Broadcasting to Cuba Act (22 U.S.C. 1465aa et seq.). The Secretary and the Broadcasting Board of Governors shall issue necessary regulations--

`(A) to establish procedures to maintain such material;

`(B) for reimbursement of the reasonable costs incurred in fulfilling requests for such material; and

`(C) to ensure that the persons seeking release of such material have secured and paid for necessary United States rights and licenses.

`(2) With respect to material prepared for dissemination abroad or disseminated abroad before the effective date of the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012--

`(A) the Secretary and the Broadcasting Board of Governors shall make available to the Archivist of the United States, for domestic distribution, motion pictures, films, videotapes, and other material 12 years after the initial dissemination of the material abroad; and

`(B) the Archivist shall be the official custodian of the material and shall issue necessary regulations to ensure that persons seeking its release in the United States have secured and paid for necessary United States rights and licenses and that all costs associated with the provision of the material by the Archivist shall be paid by the persons seeking its release, in accordance with paragraph (3).

`(3) The Archivist may charge fees to recover the costs described in paragraph (2), in accordance with section 2116(c) of title 44. Such fees shall be paid into, administered, and expended as part of the National Archives Trust Fund.

`(c) Nothing in this section may be construed to require the Secretary or the Broadcasting Board of Governors to make material disseminated abroad available in any format other than in the format disseminated abroad.'.

(b) Rule of Construction- Nothing in this section may be construed to affect the allocation of funds appropriated or otherwise made specifically available for public diplomacy.

(c) Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1986 and 1987- Section 208 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1986 and 1987 (22 U.S.C. 1461-1a) is amended to read as follows:

`SEC. 208. CLARIFICATION ON DOMESTIC DISTRIBUTION OF PROGRAM MATERIAL.

`(a) In General- No funds authorized to be appropriated to the Department of State or the Broadcasting Board of Governors shall be used to influence public opinion in the United States. This section shall apply only to programs carried out pursuant to the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 (22 U.S.C. 1431 et seq.), the United States International Broadcasting Act of 1994 (22 U.S.C. 6201 et seq.), the Radio Broadcasting to Cuba Act (22 U.S.C. 1465 et seq.), and the Television Broadcasting to Cuba Act (22 U.S.C. 1465aa et seq.). This section shall not prohibit or delay the Department of State or the Broadcasting Board of Governors from providing information about its operations, policies, programs, or program material, or making such available, to the media, public, or Congress, in accordance with other applicable law.

`(b) Rule of Construction- Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the Department of State or the Broadcasting Board of Governors from engaging in any medium or form of communication, either directly or indirectly, because a United States domestic audience is or may be thereby exposed to program material, or based on a presumption of such exposure. Such material may be made available within the United States and disseminated, when appropriate, pursuant to sections 502 and 1005 of the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 (22 U.S.C. 1462 and 1437), except that nothing in this section may be construed to authorize the Department of State or the Broadcasting Board of Governors to disseminate within the United States any program material prepared for dissemination abroad on or before the effective date of the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012.

`(c) Application- The provisions of this section shall apply only to the Department of State and the Broadcasting Board of Governors and to no other department or agency of the Federal Government.'.

(d) Conforming Amendments- The United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 is amended--

(1) in section 502 (22 U.S.C. 1462)--

(A) by inserting `and the Broadcasting Board of Governors' after `Secretary'; and

(B) by inserting `or the Broadcasting Board of Governors' after `Department'; and

(2) in section 1005 (22 U.S.C. 1437), by inserting `and the Broadcasting Board of Governors' after `Secretary' each place it appears.

(e) Effective Date- This Act shall take effect and apply on the date that is 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.

Is The DHS Secretly Buying Prisons and Preparing for Martial Law?

I had a gentleman contact me yesterday. He was obviously distraught. He said he had a message that needed to get out to the American people and he thought maybe I could help because of my following. The information he imparted was beyond frightening. He claims to have friends who are with the DHS and they have been warning him of DHS developments and potential agendas for some time.
So how do I know that my source is accurate? I do not. Here is what I can tell you. I can tell you that this man gave me a genuine feeling that he was telling the truth “as he knows it.” Why? Because I asked him some questions and he did not immediately answer me. His response to me was that he was having lunch with his source today and wanted to know what he should ask. That doesn’t sound like a conspiracy theorist to me. That sounds like a guy who knows things that he shouldn’t and is trying to help. That is my take.
His friend? I don’t know. There is no doubt that some people with important jobs tend to want to think that they are “in the loop” with everything that their superiors are doing. That is a possibility. I can not judge these statements as fact, I am laying them out as a potential scenario. I feel that this information is too important to withhold.
If it’s not true then at least people will be prepared for the worst. This will be a sloppy piece of reporting that is not without holes. I am not a journalist. I am not even a paid blogger. I claim no political party. What am I? I am a concerned American and it is my belief that this information was imparted to me by two other concerned Americans and I have to believe there is some fact in these claims. You can take it all for what it’s worth, but my suggestion is to prepare.
Even if this article proves to be full of holes, there is no doubt that other signs are there. We are seeing reports from other DHS insiders and news sources all over the internet.

They are warning us of martial law being reality by late 2013.
They warn us of FEMA camps and a conspiracy to devalue and collapse the dollar.
We have seen a preponderance of evidence to support that our own President has ties to the communist party.
We have seen our military and our Southern defenses weakened.
We have seen extreme efforts to strip us of our 2nd amendment rights.
We have seen multiple accounts come from DHS purchases that are facts. 7,000 AR-15s and hundreds of thousands of rounds of hollow points have been purchased.

We have reason to believe that there are things already in play, but we continue to try to piece this puzzle together. Preparation is not crazy my friends, it is prudent at this point. From this point on, everything you will read is second-hand information coming from a DHS employee. You will have to decide whether or not you want to believe it.

OK, we all know about the ammo and “assault rifle” purchases so this seems logical to me. It seems like it is probably credible. But the word I am getting is that it is an extremely large number of agents who are to be trained, not just a few “specialists.” It seems to be everyone who works at this particular extension of the DHS. I can’t get into too many details because I promised my source to protect his identity. The more details I give, the more likely the leak is to be traced to him.
If this training is beginning should we be surprised? With Blackhawks buzzing through major metropolitan areas does it seem far-fetched that there is a true sense of urgency to train government personnel? For those of you who have not heard, it’s not just helicopters. Last year there were tanks and heavily armored urban combat vehicles running through the streets of St. Louis, MO. They are preparing for something big that will happen on American soil in my opinion.
I WAS TOLD THAT “ALL OF HIS FELLOW AGENTS” HAVE BEEN SENT IN TO GET LICENSED TO DRIVE THE BIG DHS BUSES…
Why would this be a concern? Wouldn’t that seem to be normal? Well maybe yes and maybe no. The information that has been imparted to me is that DHS regularly uses “contracted civilian” drivers and this is being seen as a move to prepare all agents for the “Mass Rallies” that are coming. They are being prepared to drive across state lines, in large numbers. “Mass Rallies” is a term being used to describe the raids that will be taking place. It seems to be no secret within the ranks of the DHS that this will be happening. I did not get the chance to ask the question I should have asked. Will it be gun owners? Perceived terrorists? Illegal aliens? I honestly don’t know but I know that there is too much evidence piling up for me to doubt that something is coming.
I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THE DHS HAS BEEN SECRETLY BUYING PRISONS AND THE FIRST DHS PRISON WILL BE OPENING IN TEXAS…
This is where it gets a little strange. This is what I wanted my friend to gather more information on today, and he was able to get a little before he says that his DHS friend “shut down.” Maybe he didn’t know and maybe he was afraid that he had already revealed too much. It’s all conjecture at this point.
His source says that all of these prisons are built in a configuration of a “residential detention center,” complete with things like playgrounds for children. How odd?
This piece of information seems to be a little bit like the “FEMA Camp” theory but not quite. These are actual prisons, according to the source. The claim is that a private company built these prisons and mysteriously decided not to use them. The plan was always to use them for DHS but the private company was a cover. I can find no evidence of that claim being supported. I looked all over the internet and couldn’t find a large number of private prisons which are not being occupied. So either this is false, or I just didn’t dig deep enough, but I did find this interesting tidbit which may be related:

The article above talks about Bill Clayton Detention Center being purchased at auction by an “undisclosed” bidder. Could this be the site of our “First DHS Prison?” It would seem to potentially fit the description and the fact that the buyer did not disclose their identity makes me wonder.
As I already stated I could not find evidence of a large number of private prisons being empty, but I did find a very large number of municipal and state prisons that fit the bill. One has already sold to the federal government and negotiations seem to be in place for more.
If you do a quick look up on Google for “prison remains empty” you will find prisons all over the country that were built and remain empty due to budget failures, but I find no evidence that most have been sold. New York is trying to sell 7 of its prisons. Thompson Prison in Illinois sold to the federal government. That is a fact. Obama claimed the prison would house terrorists before backing off of the claim. What terrorists was he speaking of? We have to go back to the “Westpoint Think Tank” studies to realize he could have been talking about conservative Americans.
Illinois is also trying to sell Tamms State Prison to the federal goverment. New ultra-high-dollar prison facilities in New Hampshire, Texas, Colorado and Virginia remain empty.
One has to wonder what might happen to these facilities. There is no doubt that there is a current infrastructure for the federal government to step in and house tens of thousands of new inmates. There are large and small vacant prisons all over the country. Many would easily be converted to the “Residential Detainment” centers that our source speaks of.
If the federal government or the specific branch of the DHS were to buy these prisons, how would they do so and keep it out of the public eye? This is an imperfect scenario that needs more research. Dummy corporations have been used before. It should also be noted that DHS currently rents beds from prisons all over the country so buying a prison, or multiple prisons, would not seem to be out of their jurisdiction, if the money was somehow in their budget.
It should also be noted that CCA has applied once again in 2013 for the REIT status which they previously lost. CCA has long been targeted by conspiracy theorists due to the large number of high-profile banks and political contributors that buy their stock. The REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) Status would allow them once again to have two separate companies involved in their privatized prison operations. As before, one company would operate the prisons while the other company owned the prisons.
There is a whole can of worms opened here and admittedly I wasn’t able to even scratch the surface in less than 24 hours.
SO WHY AM I PRINTING THIS BEFORE I HAVE ALL OF THE FACTS???
For starters I may never have all the facts and if this stuff is coming soon I can not wait. One part-time blogger of above average intelligence is going to be hard pressed to crack this code. My source claims he knows another former DHS agent who is retired from “Customs” and that this former agent has been warning him for two years that something big is coming. This is not an uncommon story. We have heard it before.
I never wanted to be an award winning journalist. I want you to understand where I am coming from in all of this. As I warned you earlier this story is still full of holes. So why am I printing it? Because I am a good judge of character and my friend is not lying to me. Are his friends lying to him? I don’t think so but I can’t say that for certain.
I am printing this because with all of the other evidence we are seeing, I am telling all Patriots that it is time to prepare. I believe this will come before the end of 2013. There is too much urgency being displayed on all fronts and sometimes the actions of our government will tell us what their words will not. Whether or not the claims made by this second party source are true or false, if you are not already preparing then you may be in for a rude awakening.
Do not surrender your guns. Those guns are the only thing keeping us free. We have a government that has been proven to be infiltrated by communists and radicals. We have a government that is unresponsive to the call of the Conservative Constitution-Loving God-Fearing American Patriot, and if you are not preparing then you are in trouble. That is my opinion.
I expect this country to be under full Martial Law by the end of 2014 but I expect to see things start to unravel by the end of 2013. Today’s information is simply new information that has not been seen before. I guess if I considered myself a “journalist” I would say it was a DCC exclusive. I’m not a journalist. I’m a Patriot! I don’t care about imperfections in this story. It won’t keep me from printing it. I will keep shouting the warning calls to my fellow Patriots, because plenty of evidence is mounting. Something is going to happen. We all know it. We all feel it. We are not stupid.

Bill updates Cold-War Era law that hampers diplomatic, military efforts

Washington, May 15, 2012 - Congressmen Mac Thornberry (R-TX) and Adam Smith (D-WA) recently introduced “The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012” (H.R. 5736). The bill modifies a Cold War-era law that hampers diplomatic, defense, and other agencies’ ability to communicate in the 21st century.

“We continue to face a multitude of threats and we need to be able to counter them in a multitude of ways. Communication is among the most important,” said Rep. Thornberry. “This outdated law ties the hands of America’s diplomatic officials, military, and others by inhibiting our ability to effectively communicate in a credible and transparent way. Congress has a responsibility to fix the situation,” Thornberry said.

“While the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 was developed to counter communism during the Cold War, it is outdated for the conflicts of today,” said Congressman Adam Smith. “Effective strategic communication and public diplomacy should be front-and-center as we work to roll back al-Qaeda’s and other violent extremists’ influence among disaffected populations. An essential part of our efforts must be a coordinated, comprehensive, adequately resourced plan to counter their radical messages and undermine their recruitment abilities. To do this, Smith-Mundt must be updated to bolster our strategic communications and public diplomacy capacity on all fronts and mediums – especially online.”

At issue is the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948, which was created during the Cold War to provide the State Department authority to counter Soviet propaganda in foreign media. The bill was later amended to restrict the dissemination of public diplomacy information material within the United States.

Contemporary interpretations of the law interfere with a range of communications activities, including public diplomacy, military communication efforts, and emergency and disaster response activities. It has also led to inaccurate reporting by American media about issues affecting global security.

For example, in 2009 the law prohibited a Minneapolis-based radio station with a large Somali-American audience from replaying a Voice of America-produced piece rebutting terrorist propaganda. Even after the community was targeted for recruitment by al-Shabab and other extremists, government lawyers refused the replay request, noting that Smith-Mundt tied their hands.

Due to legal questions surrounding interpretations of the law, domestic news organizations have been reluctant to use U.S. international broadcasters for source material. Private news organizations are also hampered by some of the restrictions. In 2009, the Christian Science Monitor, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and Reuters each inaccurately reported poll results, based on a single Honduran newspaper source, that a plurality of Hondurans supported the coup against the government. VOA reported the Gallup poll results about the coup accurately.

Emergency response capabilities have been impacted as well. The 2010 earthquake in Haiti required Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) to provide emergency transmission in Creole. An offer from Sirius satellite radio to carry the broadcasts was bogged down by concerns of domestic dissemination. In 1992, the Department of Defense was advised that it would be unable to use its information operations capabilities to support civil authorities following Hurricane Andrew.

To help address multiple barriers to effective communication, H.R. 5736 eliminates the existing ban on domestic dissemination of public diplomacy material, which prohibits such material from being viewed in the United States. Eliminating the ban updates the law to reflect technology advances, removes a barrier to more effective and efficient public diplomacy programs, provides transparency of these programs to U.S. citizens, and allows the material to be available to inform domestic audiences.

The legislation also strengthens current law preventing the State Department and BBG from targeting domestic audiences by stating specifically that public diplomacy programs are intended for foreign audiences abroad and emphasizing that the State Department and BBG shall not influence public opinion in the United States.

Additionally, the measure stipulates that provisions related to dissemination of public diplomacy information material apply only to the State Department and BBG to prevent misinterpretation by other agencies, particularly the Department of Defense. Finally, it emphasizes that the State Department and BBG are not to compete with private news organizations.

Scholars, public officials, and affected agencies have stated that they believe changes to the law are needed. A June 2009 House Armed Services Committee report suggested that the law is hindering ongoing military efforts, suggesting that “over the past sixty years, applicability of this law has affected the development of Department of Defense policy…The Committee does not believe that Public Law 80–402 [Smith-Mundt] should constrain the Department of Defense and its partners’ strategic communication and messaging efforts abroad.”

The U.S Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy in a July 2011 also identified Smith-Mundt as one of the “challenges to a unified U.S. public diplomacy” and suggested changes may be required. In addition, the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), at its meeting in October 2011, adopted a new five-year strategic plan that calls for repealing the ban on domestic dissemination of BBG programs contained in the 1948 Smith-Mundt Act.

What has the US military done to Shaker Aamer? Have they tortured him so badly they dare not release him in case he discloses the nature of these abuses? Shaker (pronounced Shacker) is a sick man. Why is he the only British subject still in Guantanamo Bay concentration camp? Clearly he has not committed any crime or he would have been brought to trial. At least that is how justice used to be done in the United States and in the United Kingdom.

Shaker has a family in England, including a 10-year old son he has never seen. Imagine being deprived of seeing your newborn son over the first ten years of his life. Imagine missing the first step taken, the first word spoken, the first milk-tooth, the first picture drawn, the first sentence read, the first school, the first school uniform, the first flapping stroke in the swimming pool, the first stroke with a cricket bat and all the other firsts in the life of a father’s pride and joy. That, among loss of freedom, loss of earnings potential, loss of comfort from loved ones, and a whole host of other losses, is what joint British and US intelligence and the legal system have taken from Shaker. In depriving Shaker himself of his freedom, they have deprived his family of the love of a father and husband.

Shaker is a victim. He is a victim of the George W. Bush/Tony Blair war on Islam, otherwise described as the “War on Terror.” For background reasons, let us take a brief look at the factors that led to the arrest and detention of so many innocent people. Most English and American people still refuse to think that the US and Israel could have been involved in 9/11. Quite rightly, no reasonable person wants to believe that their country could kill its own citizens simply to create a new enemy. It is almost unthinkable.
Nevertheless, directly after 9/11 came the anthrax letters: letters sent to several news desks and to two politicians who had spoken out against the war on Iraq. These letters were opened by staff, killing five and infecting 17 people. The strain (Ames) of anthrax was a US strain, and eventually Dr Bruce E. Ivins, a bio-weapons researcher from the US Army Research Medical Institute into Infectious Diseases, was said to have been the lone anthrax letter sender, following his death in 2008. The alleged suicide came just before Ivins was to be arrested for the crime. If others were involved, they will never be found or prosecuted.

One of the really negative results of 9/11, from a human-rights viewpoint, was that it enabled George W. Bush to create a new enemy, since the old enemy of the cold war years, the Soviet Union, no longer existed. Why is having a foreign enemy so important? It might sound a bit preposterous for governments to create an enemy deliberately, but in actual fact this engenders an atmosphere among the populace whereby everyone can rally round in opposition to a common target. It helps take people’s minds off domestic problems. It also allows for changes in law that might not otherwise be possible. After Bush’s announcement of a war on terror, new legislation gave authorities the power to arrest terror suspects and hold them indefinitely without charge or trial, just for suspicion. For more than a decade now, the US and UK have been in a state of perpetual war. This means that proper laws that operate in peacetime and are generally more amenable, reasonable and just to society at large, can be, and are being, ignored, while ultra-harsh wartime measures are in place to everybody’s detriment, except those who would create an enemy that did not previously exist. Thus a basic legal tenet of advanced countries everywhere, habeas corpus, appears to be dead in its grave.

Even worse now, fiction is imitating reality. Hollywood is making films like Zero Dark Thirty (released January 11) that attempt to justify the torture and imprisonment at Guantanamo. It fabricates claims that Osama Bin Laden was captured and shot because a Muslim, Ammar, was tortured. This film serves to perpetuate the myth that Muslims are our enemies. No creditable information is ever obtained by torture. Torture is just a tool of sadists who never had any love in their lives and are incapable of showing love or compassion towards others. Hollywood, as a movie-maker, needs to be flushed down the pan. Another film, Collateral Murder, from Spielberg’s studio DreamWorks and scheduled for release in November, appears to have the sole purpose of discrediting Julian Assange.

What has happened to American justice? The United States has regressed to the days of race hate, except the hate is no longer leveled at blacks but at Muslims. Muslims of any nationality are the target of this more recent hate campaign initiated by George W. Bush and continued by his successor. Unfortunately, even though Uncle Sam has a black president, white supremacy still governs the land of the free. Blacks in the United States fought racism under the leadership of the great martyr and orator, Martin Luther King, and gradually earned some basic human rights, becoming, not the enemy, not second-class citizens unworthy of sitting on the same bus or going to the same schools as whites, but fellow human beings and an integral part of the society. Thanks to the tolerance that replaced the bigotry of former years, the US was able to elect a black president – something that would have been unthinkable fifty years earlier. It should never be forgotten that before the US liberated itself, certain individuals were called “colored” and more derogatory names, and deprived of equal rights.

Shaker Aamer has been cleared for release, yet he remains incarcerated in a Guantanamo cell without a view to the outside world. Like US outposts for extraordinary rendition, Guantanamo Bay is on foreign soil. Being on foreign soil enables US military personnel to engage in all kinds of degrading, humiliating and inhuman treatment of individuals because the prisoners are Muslims, and the US has decided to make an enemy out of Islam. Like the Mafia in the last recession, the US government considers itself to be untouchable. Two petitions have been created by supporters of Shaker Aamer to pressure the US to release him from an unjust imprisonment. William Hague made the following statement on an E-petition site.
“The UK believes that indefinite detention in Guantanamo Bay is wrong and will continue to call for Guantanamo Bay to be closed and Mr Aamer to be returned to his family in the UK. I have personally raised his case with Secretary Clinton on a number of previous occasions, and we will continue to engage with the US on this issue until a solution is reached.”

This case highlights the one-sidedness of the UK’s agreement with the United States. Despite the UK’s discomfort with some of its arrangements with its US ally, the subservience of the UK towards the US is evident. For example, Theresa May recently sent five Muslims, two of whom had spent between them eighteen years in English prisons, to face an indeterminate sentence in Supermax prisons in the United States, knowing the way Shaker Aamer has been treated in Guantanamo. Remember: Shaker Aamer has a son he has never seen.

Murdered Navy SEAL Chris Kyle, gunned down at point-blank range in Texas this past weekend, was emerging as a prominent gun control critic – working to place armed guards in schools in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook massacre.

In one of his last interviews just two weeks before his death, Kyle told Guns.com that he was against Obama’s gun control agenda, warning that any attempt to confiscate firearms could end disastrously.

“I’ve talked to a bunch of cops and secret service guys and they aren’t going to go to anyone’s house, especially if they have guns they don’t want to be knocking on doors,” said the best-selling author of “American Sniper”.

Kyle added that his company, Craft International, was involved in working with schools in Texas to hire armed guards and off-duty police officers as a response to the Sandy Hook shootings. The company was also carrying out screenings and gun safety training for teachers and school officials who expressed a desire to have firearms in school.

Kyle was set to host a “Civilian Training Event” at Rough Creek Lodge gun range, the same location where he was shot dead, an event scheduled for March 1-3, according to the company’s website.

Championed by the NRA, the idea of placing armed guards in schools has been rejected by the Obama administration despite the fact that the school Obama’s daughters attend has no less than 11 armed security guards on duty at all times.

During an ABC Nightline interview broadcast on December 26 yet recorded before the Sandy Hook shooting, Obama said one of the benefits of his re-election was the ability “to have men with guns around at all times,” in order to protect his daughters.

During the Interview, Kyle also said that the administration’s attempt to ban high capacity magazines was “just opening the door so you can start taking more of our rights,” noting that the founding fathers had the same weapons that the military did at the time of the revolution. “We don’t have that today, but don’t try and take what I’ve already got,” said Kyle.

The former Navy SEAL also addressed the gun control debate, noting that England enforced a total gun ban yet has the highest violent crime rate in Europe, whereas Switzerland, which in comparison has almost universal firearm ownership, routinely has one of the lowest.

Kyle’s alleged killer has been named as 25-year-old Eddie Ray Routh, an ex-Marine who suffered from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Routh was arrested at his home in Lancaster, Texas after leading police on a chase following the shooting.

No motive has been established for the murder.

Kyle, who was credited with the most sniper kills in U.S. military history, was a New York Times bestselling author. He was also highly decorated, achieving two Silver Stars, five Bronze Stars with Valor, two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, and one Navy and Marine Corps commendation during his four tours in Iraq.

Lamestream media tries to downplay ammunition stockpiling by domestic government agencies

Thanks to InfoWars, Drudge, NaturalNews and other alternative news websites, word about these ammo purchases -- which total over 1.4 billion rounds of ammo when you add up all the contracts -- has begun to spread so far and wide that the mainstream media was forced to try to destroy the story.

So now, in a desperate effort to try to diffuse this story -- which is really a story about the U.S. government stockpiling ammo to be used against the American people -- the media is focusing on the Social Security Administration ammo purchase of 174,000 rounds... a tiny drop in the bucket compared to the 1.4 billion rounds of ammo so far acquired by the Department of Homeland Security.

The SSA, it turns out, explains away the 174,000 rounds of ammo it purchased by saying, essentially, "We needed the ammo."

The SSA has hundreds of armed agents running around the country with guns, didn't you know? As the SSA itself states, "These investigators have full law enforcement authority, including executing search warrants and making arrests. Okay, so wait a second. First of all, since when did the social security administration need hundreds of armed agents with .357 rounds of hollow point ammo running around the country? What exactly are they doing with these guns? Shouldn't they technically be calling local sheriffs if they need assistance from peace officers? I'm pretty sure that when Roosevelt signed the Social Security Act into law in 1935, it didn't say anything about the SSA having "hundreds of armed social security agents running around the country with hollow point ammunition." Somehow, the SSA granted themselves this power and just ran with it.

But the bigger fact is what they're not telling you: 174,000 rounds of ammo is almost nothing compared to the 1.4 billion rounds of ammo being purchased by the DHS. And to my knowledge, nobody has explained why the DHS needs 1.4 billion rounds of ammo.

Look at it this way: If the "B" shown below represents 174,000 rounds of ammo:

That's what 1.4 billion bullets looks like. In case you haven't yet done the math, that's enough bullets for the government to shoot every single American more than four times.

But the mainstream media only wants you to focus on the single "B" -- the 174,000 rounds of ammo purchased by the SSA. You're supposed to ignore the other 8,000 "B's" representing the bullets being purchased by the DHS.

What is the purpose of all this ammunition?

The federal government, when asked about the ammo, essentially says, "We need it!"

And why do they need it? For their own "safety," of course. "[Armed SSA personnel] also are called to respond to threats against Social Security offices, employees, and customers," explains the SSA. So the government, in other words, needs ammo for its safety.

So why are American citizens who "stockpile" ammo for the exact same reason considered "radical" or "extreme" or even "terrorists?"

When the government buys ammo for the safety of its workers, that's a good thing, you see. But when YOU buy ammo for the safety of your own family, that's a BAD thing, we're told. Citizens don't need ammo. Only the government needs ammo. That's the big media lie you're being told right now.

This idea of the government having a monopoly of force is, by the way, the principle arms control argument of Adolf Hitler, who penned his famous "Nazi Weapons Law of 1938" which was copied virtually word-for-word into the U.S. Gun Control Act of 1968.

Just as in Nazi Germany, the modern U.S. government believes only the government needs ammo, not the citizens!
