Claimants and employers are no longer eligible to satisfy UC overpayments or tax obligations with amnesty provisions. However, you are still obligated to pay your outstanding obligation.

Are you a UC claimant looking for a career or a business looking to hire? Keystone Works provides business-driven training opportunities for eligible UC claimants. A claimant can continue to collect full UC benefits while participating in training provided by a business, and the business is entitled to receive incentive payments if the claimant is hired and certain requirements are met.
