Information About Medicare
Medicare.gov provides information on Medicare, which is the federal health insurance program for people who are age 65 or older, certain younger people with disabilities, and people with End Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney failure requiring dialysis or a transplant). U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA)

Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Information for Non-Citizens
Supplemental Security Income (SSI) is the federal income supplement program designed to help people with limited income and resources who are disabled, blind, or age 65 or older. Food Assistance Program
Formerly known as the Federal Food Stamp Program, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides nutrition benefits to qualifying individuals and families. This site is available in Spanish.
Food Assistance for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) provides federal grants to states for supplemental foods, health care referrals, and nutrition education for low-income pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk.
