Saudi Arabia, Qatar are the Funders of ISIS; Impeach Obama Immediately

Before allowing Obama to take any action in Iraq against the ISIS, the U.S. Congress must demand as it did in the case of Syria that President Obama request authorization for any military action contemplated. What makes this imperative is that numerous sources including Iraqi Prime Minister Maliki have exposed the fact that the ISIS is funded by Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Maliki's statement to this effect was reported by Reuters on March 9, 2014 in an article entitled, "Iraqi PM Maliki says Saudi, Qatar openly funding violence in Anbar." The same charge was the subject of an article in the Daily Beast on June 14, 2014 by Josh Rogin entitled, "America's Allies Are Funding ISIS."
As Lyndon LaRouche stated yesterday, Obama has gone beyond all limits and must be impeached immediately, because he is becoming an international bandit.
The question that must be answered is: Wouldn't it be a much more effective response to take action against Saudi Arabia and Qatar? Congress should immediately demand from Obama all evidence of Saudi/Qatari funding of ISIS. Congressional hearings should be launched immediately to determine the Obama administration's collusion with Saudi Arabia and Qatar in supporting al-Qaeda in Libya, Syria and now Iraq. Among the actions that must be taken is to declassify the 28 page chapter of the Joint Congressional Inquiry into 9/11 which reportedly deals with Saudi funding and sponsorship of 9/11? If the charges are proven to be true, Saudi Arabia and Qatar should be declared state sponsors of terrorism. Sanctions should be brought against both states for giving material support to terrorists. This would be the most effective flanking operation to deal with ISIS, without involving the U.S. in a third Iraq war.
According to the above-cited Reuters article, Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki accused Saudi Arabia and Qatar of openly funding the Sunni Muslim insurgents in western Anbar province. Maliki said in a mid-February speech that Saudi Arabia and Qatar were offering money to recruit fighters in Fallujah.
"I accuse them of inciting and encouraging the terrorist movements. I accuse them of supporting them politically and in the media, of supporting them with money and by buying weapons for them," he told France 24 television late on Saturday, March 8.
"I accuse them of leading an open war against the Iraqi government. I accuse them of openly hosting leaders of al Qaeda and Takfirists (extremists)," he said in the interview when asked about possible Saudi and Qatari links to the violence.
He accused the Saudi government of allowing "commissions" there "to attract Jihadists, to lure them, to get them fighting in Iraq".
He also blamed both countries for launching Syria's three-year civil war through al Qaeda-linked groups that now operate on both sides of the Iraqi-Syrian border, next to Anbar.
"They are attacking Iraq through Syria indirectly. They absolutely started the war in Iraq, they started the war in Syria," Maliki said. ISIL has been one of the biggest fighting forces in Syria's civil war.
"Saudi Arabia supports terrorism against the world, Syria, Iraq, Egypt and Libya."
Maliki's charges are backed up by the article cited above in the Daily Beast, by Josh Rogin who writes: "The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), now threatening Baghdad, was funded for years by wealthy donors in Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, three U.S. allies that have dual agendas in the war on terror.
The extremist group that is threatening the existence of the Iraqi state was built and grown for years with the help of elite donors from American supposed allies in the Persian Gulf region. In the years they were getting started, a key component of ISISs support came from wealthy individuals in the Arab Gulf States of Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia."
It is widely reported in the news media that Obama will be meeting late tonight, June 16 with his national security staff to consider options.
At this point it would appear that Obama plans to take action on the basis of Article II of the U.S. Constitution, arguing as he did in the case of Libya that as Commander-in-Chief he is not required to seek Congressional authorization as required by Article I of the Constitution.
In fact, despite having stated that he would not deploy "boots on the ground," as of Monday, June 16, the Los Angeles Times reported that Obama has decided to sent 275 troops to Baghdad and is considering sending a special ops team of 100 to coordinate air strikes, share intelligence and provide tactical advice to Iraqi commanders.
On June 16, Obama sent a letter to the Speaker of the House and President Pro Tempore of the Senate informing them that as of June 15, he had deployed approximately 275 U.S. Armed Forces personnel to protect U.S. citizens and property. The letter states that the force is equipped for combat. In the letter Obama states that the letter is written to keep Congress fully informed, consistent with the War Powers Resolution.
We were drawn into the Iraq invasion in 2003 based on a lie perpetrated by Tony Blair and the British Empire. Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. Saudi Arabia did and its involvement remains covered up. And as a result Saudi Arabia and Qatar are continuing to support Al-Qaeda. It is therefore imperative that the U.S. Congress assert its Constitutional prerogative and not relinquish its responsibilities by letting Obama carry out a fraud.
