New Benghazi Whistleblowers Reveal Being Told to Stand Down 3 Times Cost Amb. Stevens’ Life

A new bombshell in the Benghazi case is sure to shake up the continuous claims by the Obama regime that they did everything they could to save the four Americans who perished during the terrorist attack at Benghazi. But, from the beginning, Obama and his team have played cover-up, initially blaming the attack on a relatively unknown YouTube video. It was a lie that was even stated at the ceremony receiving the bodies of Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone S. Woods, and Glen Doherty.


Now, a new book entitled 13 Hours at Benghazi: The Inside Story,  to be released next week, calls out Obama’s spin as lies. Three men who were on the ground that night, as part of special forces, spoke with Fox News’ Bret Baier about what happened that night. They were, according to them, told to stand down not once, not twice, but three times.The men, Kris (“Tanto”) Paronto;  Mark (“Oz”) Geist; and John (“Tig”) Tiegen, said that they were ready to go within 5 minutes of the attack beginning, but were ordered to stand down three times over a period of 30 minutes. After 30 minutes elapsed, the men and their teams made the decision the defy orders and went to the aid of those trapped and attacked by the Muslim terrorists.
They asked for air support to assist them in their rescue attempts, but like Ambassador Stevens’ request for extra security in the weeks leading up to his death, their requests fell on deaf ears.
The men believe that had it not been for that 30 minute delay, the four Americans who died would not have been met with a brutal death, but instead would have been rescued.
The State Department continues to deny that any stand down order was given, but the men state that all they can speak to is what happened on the ground that night. They said that a top CIA official in Benghazi, who they referred to as Bob, was on the phone and told them three times to stand down.
As for that YouTube video that Obama blamed the attack on, the men insist they know nothing about a video playing a role in the attack. One of the men said he didn’t hear reports about a video until some time later when he was in Germany.
