House Oversight Committee Subpoenas John Kerry Over Benghazi Smoking Gun Emails
The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee announced Friday that it has issued a subpoena for Secretary of State John Kerry to testify at a hearing on May 21.
No doubt Kerry will be asked why Benghazi emails obtained by government watchdog group Judicial Watch were not turned over to Congress by Kerry’s State Department when requested. Rather, it took a lawsuit by Judicial Watch to obtain them from the Obama regime.
