The Muslim Brotherhood and "CIA" .. Renewed old ties
Common interests
The subject of the relationship of the Muslim Brotherhood and the CIA "CIA" frequently around the debate.
Some see that no relationship exists between the group and the U.S. and
is only an attempt to discredit and others confirms that the documents
"CIA" and the U.S. administration confirm the existence of a
relationship between the two parties back to the fifties of the last
century and during the Cold War between the United States and the Soviet
Union, which played during Brotherhood played an important role in
resisting the Communist tide.
Secret documents released by "CIA" confirms that the administration had
been monitoring the Alomirakh Brotherhood and their activities since
the year 1947 (the magazine published a secret document about the
situation in Egypt on October 16, 1947).
The document says that released a new element was added after World War
with the advent of the Muslim Brotherhood, "which emphasizes the
intense hatred of Islam and for foreign intervention in the Arab world."
In another document titled "The consequences of the partition of Palestine" dated November 28, 1947 (published in the magazine) and remember that the CIA "has been established of the Muslim Brotherhood, based in Egypt of young Muslims for the purpose of directing the Arab society in accordance with Islamic ideology. Was established branches of the Brotherhood in Syria, and Lebanon, in addition to Palestine, which is one of the most active of its branches. The Brotherhood is seen to "Westernization" as a serious threat to Islam and will face any violation of the Palestine Zionist religious intolerance. If they were declared "jihad", the Brotherhood will become the spearhead of any "campaign". As can the Grand Mufti, as head of the Supreme Islamic Council, that depends on the collective support of all the members of the Brotherhood who trust in entering paradise if they died on the battlefield. "

Strategic interests
In a TV program "Here the capital" with the Egyptian media to Miss Iron
Abdel-Hakim Abdel Nasser, son of the late Egyptian President Gamal
Abdel Nasser that the intimate relationship between the Brotherhood and
America's exciting surprise and evidence confirming the existence of an
agreement between the parties to secure the interests of Washington's
strategy in the region.
Said Abdel-Hakim Abdel Nasser, said that the strategy to secure
American interests in Egypt has been going on for forty years until the
present moment, which is witnessing issued Brotherhood of the scene.
In February 2011 In an article published by the "New York Review of Books," went a Canadian journalist Ian Johnson to describe the relationship between America and the Muslim Brotherhood to be more of an intimate. Says in his book "The Mosque in Munich" (2010), which displays activity Brotherhood in Europe and their role in the recruitment of the elements adopted in the post-jihadist ideology, that between the Brotherhood and the CIA Trazia real due to the fifties of the last century, a "compromise" silent been thereunder agreement on anti-communism and soothe any tensions for Muslims in Europe.
Johnson reveals in his article, he was shown on the books of a former U.S. President Dwight David Eisenhower tells the details of the meeting attended by Said Ramadan representative of the Muslim Brotherhood and the smelting and guide the group's founder Hassan al-Banna, the father of the Egyptian scholar Tariq Ramadan, who holds Swiss citizenship.
Canadian author also revealed that the "CIA" supported Happy Ramadan openly and was considered an agent of the United States and helped him thus in the fifties and sixties in the seizure of land Mosque Munich and the expulsion of Muslims living to build a mosque them which is one of the most important centers of the Muslim Brotherhood in Europe.

The writer also revealed the role of British intelligence in helping
Happy Ramadan to arrange a coup against Abdel Nasser in 1965 and the
process that ended with the arrest of most of its elements in what has
historically been the cause of the Muslim Brotherhood organization,
which was executed because of Sayyid Qutb.
After the revolution a year ie in 1953, the prohibition of the Revolutionary Command Council in Egypt, all political parties except the Muslim Brotherhood for their role in the success of the revolution, and did not intercede for Abdel Nasser to avoid a clash with the Muslim Brotherhood in the first instance, but the clash was soon back to the public because of the move away Abdel Nasser for thought Brotherhood The quest for the establishment of a secular state interfere with "Islamization" that was sought by the Muslim Brotherhood in particular, and they see themselves as owners of great credit to the success of the revolution and thus its leadership.
Began an open war between Nasser and the Muslim Brotherhood in 1954 .. It has been subjected to an assassination attempt on October 26, 1954 when he addressed a rally in the field Mansheya Alexandria, in a ceremony marking the agreement Galaa, where thrown at him eight shots did not pour any of them, but hit a Sudanese minister "Mirghani Hamza" and secretary of the editorial board in Alexandria, "Ahmed Badr," who was standing along with Gamal Abdel Nasser, was arrested on an absolute lead, which was later identified as belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood organization.
According to Matthew Holland in his book "America and Egypt: From Roosevelt to Eisenhower" (1996) that the relationship between Nasser and the United States were not bad in the first years of the revolution, so that America gave Abdel Nasser jacket and bullet-proof before the speech Mansheya famous like they were aware of assassination attempt (as revealed later Thami good political adviser to President Gamal Abdel Nasser).

Mansheya incident enabled Abdel Nasser, according to Holland to get rid
of President Mohamed Naguib Brotherhood and by issuing a decree to ban
the group and considered outside the law, so that Anthony Eden, British
Prime Minister Abdel Nasser described as "one of us".
Abdel Nasser turned to the Soviets and later to the Eastern bloc accounts for non-London and Washington and became the enemy of a friend today and yesterday began a new relationship between America and the Muslim Brotherhood, this time aimed at the elimination of Abdel Nasser himself.

After Nasser's death and the decline of national tide originated a new
kind of relationship between America and the Muslim Brotherhood in
particular in the period of the rule of President Anwar Sadat. It has confirmed the American writer Robert Dreyfuss in a book entitled "The Devil's Game ..
How the United States launched unleashed Islamic fundamentalism "(2005)
that Washington has supported Islamic groups in the Middle East and
North Africa openly and secretly, causing the birth of" terrorism ",
stressing that America manipulated the Islamic groups that supported and
funded.
The Dreyfus said the United States used the Muslim Brotherhood in the fifties, against Gamal Abdel Nasser and tide national, and after the death of Nasser in 1970 and the decline of Arab nationalism end of the seventies troubled relationship between the two parties because of the opposition Muslim Brotherhood for the Camp David agreement, particularly since President Anwar Sadat, who became the most important allies of Washington in the region was, before Camp David, use the Muslim Brotherhood, the blessing of the U.S., Nasiriyah and against communism.

I knew the relationship between Sadat and the Muslim Brotherhood
"truce" that lasted for years, but the relationship soon began to fade
away to finish later in 1981 to break the arrest of hundreds, headed by
leader Omar Tlemceni.
In their book "fundamentalisms and the State" (1996) mentions Martin Marty and Scott Apple Bay that radicalization began leading the Brotherhood Unlike Azhar, who maintained a moderation did not want to engage in a confrontation with the group. Group launched across its magazine "call" explicitly calls (July 1979) to attack the Israeli embassy and killed the diplomats and Israeli tourists and all of collaborating with Israel from the Egyptians.

In April 1980 magazine called "call" for a boycott of all that is
because the Israeli embassy bombing or the killing of the diplomats
would not work after that relations between the two countries has become
a reality.
In January 1979 was a "call" published a report claiming that it
emanates from the "CIA" calls on the Egyptian government to eliminate
Islamist groups, including the Muslim Brotherhood.
"Call" quoted the report (which turned out to be false) to Richard
Mitchell, a professor of history of the Near East and North Africa at
the University of the Michigan and author of Brotherhood society.
Deliberate forgery angered President Sadat paid to the custody of the numbers of "call" and scolding mentor himself to such tendentious reports that are offensive to the Egyptian-American relations. The morning of September 4, 1981, Al-Ahram newspaper surprised that people have been arrested hundreds of the instigators of sectarian strife, has had most of those from the Muslim Brotherhood and Islamic groups, and was in the forefront of Brotherhood leader Omar Tlemceni. The newspaper pointed out that the majority of defendants elements blinded intolerance and religious extremism, and that the prosecutor Socialist charge of the investigation with the accused. Between negation and affirmation
Despite the vast amount of documents released by the U.S. Secret of
Washington still denies the existence of any relationship with the
Brotherhood. This may be true after the attacks of September atheist terrorist followed Omirakh cut any ties with Islamist groups ..
But the Brotherhood's presence in an American flag inside the U.S. and
the approval of the authorities, security can not be exiled in any way.
Stephen Merle mentions a researcher at the Hudson Institute in Washington, a lengthy study on the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States (2009) that the U.S. administration allowed them to engage in regulatory activities within the United States. In this context, the Muslim Brotherhood in America in the early sixties work of organizations working on the front cover of Foreign Affairs of the secret organization of the Muslim Brotherhood in the American home. Merle says that this secret organization has achieved huge success in creating organizations sponsor and driving force to achieve the lofty goals of the Brotherhood of America.
The writer was that in the very beginning stage of the assembly and the crowd, where the movement began to form in conjunction with the start of the Islamic efficiency in North America or slightly before.
Says, "began the formation of the volunteers, but without any regulatory framework, then it is groups of enthusiasts or activists were in the home of the Brotherhood or another group or have no affiliation lowest activity gathered them and work with the team and this was the stage of planting the seed of the Muslim Brotherhood in North America."

But we must distinguish between an attempt to intervene to influence
the organization and spying on them, which is the work of the agency,
"CIA."
Indeed admits intelligence analyst last saying: "The IAEA has the
resources within some Muslim organizations because they provided a great
deal of confidential reports about (organizations) reversed to obtain
information from informed sources."
Ian Johnson himself, who first dealt with the links between the CIA and the Muslim Brotherhood, fell slightly below what previously said the "Journal" that the accusations of a relationship with "CIA" was "and" old way to discredit the Muslim Brotherhood for decades. From the beginning of the Nasser era, it was a known method of attack on the group - that is said to be secretly cooperating with the U.S. global conspiracy (extends to Zionism).

Within Egypt, the criticisms continue the existence of relations
between the Muslim Brotherhood and the United States until now.
At the moment where the controlled group, under the guise of Freedom
and Justice Party, the reins of power in Egypt, opponents find an
additional incentive to seek to discredit.
Last July in an interview with "Al Ahram Al Arabi" admitted Saad Eddin Ibrahim, a sociology professor and director of the Ibn Khaldun Center, he played the role of mediator between the Muslim Brotherhood and the Americans in the time of former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak by facilitating meetings between the leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood Khairat Al-Shater and Essam el-Erian and mentors current and former Mohammed Badie Mohammed Mahdi Akef, with American officials.
Abraham said he is not reached any agreements or transactions, the primary goal was keen on both sides that there will be uninterrupted communication channels between them and are invested when the time comes.

For his part, Dr. Effat Sadat, president of Egypt's National Party, the
Brotherhood decided to fall into the lap of the United States, this is
not a stranger to them, Brotherhood, throughout their long history, have
become addicted to hold secret deals that are in the interest of the
community first.
During the visit of the Secretary of Hillary Clinton to Egypt in July, criticized columnist Ahmed Musa President Mursi and the Freedom and Justice Party because of the lack of express decisive enough in what American intervention in the internal affairs of Egypt, saying that the United States has shifted from the "Great Satan" to a "friend" in the eyes of freedom and justice / Muslim Brotherhood.
And worthwhile that it claims that the alleged collusion between the two "conspiracy" aimed at undermining the authority of the Egyptian army. There were also concerns on the tongues of protesters who hurled shoes and car Clinton tomatoes when it left the U.S. Consulate in Alexandria. Many of them waved banners accusing the United States funded by the Muslim Brotherhood.

U.S. charges
Strange that in the United States itself conducts the process of
"defamation" is similar, where some public figures resort to political
rivals accused of colluding with the Muslim Brotherhood.
On 13 June, I sent Rep. Michele Bachman with four Vice other
Republicans inquiries to the Office of the Inspector General in the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the question about the reason for
granting help Hillary Clinton has long Huma Abidin security clearance
despite allegations of ties between her parents and her brother,
individuals and groups to linked to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Were met with accusations of backlash from other lawmakers, including
Republican Senator John McCain, who ascended the platform of the Senate
to denounce the letter, saying that these "malicious accusations .. Have no logic nor the basis of no use. "
He described Abdeen McCain as "friendly" and pointed out that these
allegations very similar allegations Senator John McCarthy during the
fifties, when it was brought to U.S. officials, especially from the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told Congress in order to defend themselves
on charges of colluding with the Soviet Union.
For his part, Barack Obama Huma Abidin as "an American national," said during an iftar dinner at the White House that "the representation of our country and the democratic values that we cherish, not less than fabulous," adding: "The American people owe a debt of gratitude, because Huma U.S. national , and an example of what we need in this country, which is more than government employees, who have a sense of decorum and civility and tolerance of her soul. "

"
Bachman, which accused Abdeen seeking to reach the upper levels of the
U.S. government justified its position, said: "If my family members
linked to Hamas, a terrorist organization, that alone may be enough to
prevent me from getting a security clearance."
But the Muslim Brotherhood and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the two parties are not the only ones accused of complicity. In July, the newspaper devoted "constitution," the Egyptian half of its front page to the news refers to a member of Congress to provide for the state of Virginia, Frank Wolf, "a legal document .. Prove that President Barack Obama and (Secretary of State) Hillary Clinton, ahead of up to 50 million U.S. dollars to the Muslim Brotherhood during the second round of the presidential election to support Mohamed Morsi. "

"
But when I called the "Journal" office of the member and the Wolf in
Washington, his spokesman denied any knowledge of the matter.
The Wolf has traveled to Egypt twice, most recently in June 2011, and
met with Mubarak and other Egyptian officials spoke about his concerns
about where the rights of religious and ethnic minorities in the Middle
East.
Perhaps Wolf overt support for the Copts has led to the rise of its
shares in Egypt, becoming an easy target for this kind of accusations. As
for the claim itself, appears to be another example of a campaign aimed
at distorting the image of Mursi, pointing out that an agent of the
U.S. government. Given all this, it seems that is
attracting all of Congressman Wolf, and the United States in general, to
an escalating propaganda aimed at undermining the credibility of Mercy
with the Egyptian people.
"CIA" Happy Ramadan supported openly and was considered an agent of the United States and thus helped him in the fifties and sixties in the seizure of land Mosque Munich and the expulsion of Muslims living to build the mosque, which is one of the most important centers of the Muslim Brotherhood in Europe.
If we studied the American reaction to the events of the Arab Spring
and the modern style of the escalating between the United States and
Egypt today, we will find it is clear that the United States was
surprised by the unrest that occurred in Tunisia and Egypt.
The United States was slow to respond during the crisis, at least
because of exaggerated fears that the Muslim Brotherhood will snap in
the end power by force.
What was also clear is that the attack, which exposed him Mursi of his
opponents - who often ignore the special background as part of the
political elite in the era of Mubarak and the military government, which
has maintained strong links with the United States - but it is a part
of a power struggle in Egypt.
In parallel with this, came bouts of uncertainty within the United
States itself on "infiltration" Brothers to the U.S. government (and
society) to reflect the scary rumors circulating in Egypt and call to
memory the concerns of Senator Joseph McCarthy's famous in the fifties
of the last century.
Although the timing was a coincidence purely to travel and U.S.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton during the unrest to Qatar and to
receive a letter calling on Arab leaders to "more openness in their
political systems," where it became clear that progress towards reform
has witnessed a "recession."
At the same time, the deterioration of the situation in Tunisia
quickly, and published "New York Times" on January 11 story about the
death of up to 14 people.
That prompted the U.S. State Department to emphasize the Tunisian
government that the Obama administration does not feel "concerned only
the events of the ongoing violence, but also emphasizes the importance
of respecting the freedom of expression, and the importance of the
availability of information."
But violence continued in the Jan. 13 killing of 16 people by others, forcing Ben Ali to point out that he will leave his post after the end of his term. This was not enough. On that day, the Tunisian army explained that it would not use force to repress demonstrations. Forced Ben Ali after he abandoned his army to escape to the outside of Tunisia with his family.

United States used the Muslim Brotherhood in the fifties, against Gamal Abdel Nasser and the national tide, and after the death of Nasser in 1970 and the decline of Arab nationalism end of the seventies troubled relationship between the two parties because of the opposition Muslim Brotherhood for the Camp David agreement.
Fear
of the presence of American force unaccountable behind the scenes and a
significant drop in popularity in America throughout the Middle East to
use the accusation of employment for the benefit of America against
political opponents. Egypt was an outstanding example in this regard. The idea prevalent in most of the letters of the opponents of Mubarak, Egypt that he sold to America.
For his part, Mubarak used the same charge when he needs to improve his image. For
example, contained correspondence leaked by the website "Wikileaks" in
November (November) 2010 series of letters dating back to 2005, gave the
U.S. diplomats, who were working at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, reports
on their investigation in the rumors that suggest Muslim Brotherhood to
receive American money. The correspondence also addressed
media reports that refer to the thinking of the Muslim Brotherhood to
establish a direct dialogue with Washington at the request of the U.S.
State Department. And wound up rumors and leaks that come
in attempts to undermine the group's part of the "face" the most
comprehensive between the group and the Mubarak government.
Same as the Mubarak government, which was in 2004 under pressure from
the Bush administration to open up to the opposition, and I took these
pressures, many forms of the most important signals of President Bush
repeated in his speeches about the importance that Egypt is political
reform, and Bush was careful in his State of the Union (February 2005)
on to repeat a public letter previously sent to the Egyptian regime in
2004, saying that "Egypt, which led the transition to peace in the
region can show its ability to lead the region towards democracy,"
stressing that "the United States will stand with the allies of freedom
to support moves toward democracy in the Middle East of ending tyranny
in our world. "
In
light of the political conflict and discord community that hangs over
Egypt, and in the singling out of "Brotherhood" and the rise to power of
all that opposition voices represented by the Muslim Brotherhood, there
is nothing to be excluded from the political techniques of deception at
this stage. What came to rule Egypt Brotherhood is what
will allow their opponents to wage a relentless war on all attempts to
"Islamization" which some seek to impose on the Egyptian society. Atmosphere
of freedom that prevails in Egypt after the revolution of January 25
increases the enthusiasm with which it promotes some elements of the
Egyptian media rumors and conspiracy theories, so the accusations of
collaboration with the United States is likely to be repeated .. Accusations
of pursuing the group for decades and will dogged for decades to come
as long as America and as long as the Muslim Brotherhood.
Brotherhood, like other Egyptian opposition forces have benefited from the "Cover the U.S.," which was formed by the constant demands for reform in Egypt and the Arab region without the pressures of America represented a direct support to the efforts of the Egyptian opposition on the issue of reform.
