Mark Levin explains below that he has figured out why Obama is running around the country talking about ‘default’ in very extreme and radical ways and he believes Obama has revealed these plans to Boehner and McConnell and is using it to twist their arms on Obamacare.
In short, he believes Obama is setting the stage to bypass Congress and unilaterally raise the debt ceiling all by himself. Levin says it would be the worst violation of the Constitution of Obama’s presidency.

The reports came in at around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the department at 120 Marconi Blvd. During a news conference, Sgt. Rich Weiner said patrol officers felt the building shake before hearing a loud noise outside. There were also some initial reports of the smell of gunpowder. The building was immediately put on lock down and roads were blocked off. Investigators went through the building floor-by-floor to try and find the cause. At approximately 8:30 p.m., the building was evacuated and the people inside were put onto COTA busses. Police are looking into reports of suspicious people and activity in the area, but aren't saying if any of that has anything to do with what occurred. This is a developing story.
