Roosevelt.  U.S. military police were targeted and killed by Obama in the Washington DC Navy Yard shooting.  Why?  Agents from the U.S. military’s criminal investigation units had uncovered a plot to detonate a nucleardevice in the heart of the nation’s capitol as part of an Obama government false flag.  Officials from NCIS (United States Naval Criminal Investigative Service) and the U.S. Office of the Provost (both with field offices inside the Washington DC Navy Yard) had threatened to arrest Obama for planning to attacked Syria without Congressional approval following a planned nuclear detonation false flag in Washington DC.  The Office of theProvost is on the second floor of Building 34, One First Avenue, Charlestown Navy Yard and NCIS is located at 716 SICARD STREET SE, SUITE 2000, WASHINGTON NAVY YARD, DC. 
The United States Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) is the primary law enforcement agency of the United States Department of the Navy. It investigates activities concerning crimes against or by United States Navy and United States Marine Corps personnel, along with national security, counter-intelligence, andcounter-terrorism cases.  A false flag is the crime of treason – levying war against the United States.  If United States Navy or United States Marine Corps personnel are involved in planning for and preparing a false flag event in Washington DC or anywhere else in the United States, NCIS and its agents are duty bound to investigate and take action to counter those terrorist acts against the United States.
Prior to the Washington DC Navy Yard shooting the Joint Chief of Staff and Provost Marshals were planning and preparing to arrest Obama for treason.  For levying war against the United States with a planned false flag in Washington DC on the anniversary of 9/11 – a nuclear detonation.
In the United States the Office of the Provost has the authority to arrest the President if he or she violates the terms of his/her employment, or commits an act that is detrimental to the United States. He/she can be held liable, arrested, imprisoned etc., depending on the depth of the violation, by the Provost Marshal.
If it has been determined that the president of the United States has committed treason in a manner unmistakable to all, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff convenes a covert meeting (in this case the Washington DC Navy Yard) to get a vote of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.  The Provost Marshall General of the Army and/or Marines will usually be in attendance.   Remember that a military officer takes an oath of office to do one thing and one thing only – “……. to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against ALL enemies, foreign OR DOMESTIC.” They must determine above a reasonable doubt that the enemy domestic is the treasonous president before they can attempt to arrest him or her.
Once the Joint Chiefs of Staff have determined beyond a reasonable doubt that the president has committed treason a convoy of 10 to 12 HIGH ranking officers (13 killed at the Navy Yard) depart the Pentagon, accompanied by a large contingency of Military Police (Provost Marshals, NCIS agents) and all necessary armament and provisions to enter the grounds of the White House, by FORCE if necessary, and proceed to the location of the president and put him under arrest.   Then, The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff would advise the Speaker of The House, The President of the Senate, The Attorney General and the Secretary of State of their actions.  Obama’s response to the threat of arrest was a coordinated assault against NCIS agents who uncovered the false flag plot against the United States and Provost Marshals who threatened to arrest Obama at the Washington DC Navy Yard.
Have you wondered why not all of the names and the rank of those who were killed in the assault have been released?  The White House (Obama) ordered their names and rank classified as it would raise alarm bells in Washington DC should the public know Joint Chiefs of Staff members, Provost Marshals and NCIS agents were targeted and killed for threatening to arrest Obama for treason.  The White House is claiming that the names of those killed are being withheld pending next of kin notification.
On September 28,  2009 the History Channel released a movie titled “Day After Disaster“.  The entire movie is about Washington DC being the target and victim of a nuclear detonation.   The movie also features Obama talking about nuclear detonations in the U.S. Movie 0.50 time stamp – “One terrorist, one nuclear weapon could unleash massive destruction” ~ Obama says.  Last year PRESS Core wrote an article titled “COG planning for and preparing Washington DC nuclear detonation fal...” after receiving information that September 30, 2012 was the day “Day after Disaster” was to executed in real-time.  Obama’s planned false flag attack for September 30, 2012 was averted after the public was made aware of the false flag beginning August 18th, 2012.
Obama’s 9/11 anniversary false flag was thwarted when the Joint Chief of Staff and the Provost Marshals from the Washington DC Navy Yard confronted Obama and threatened to arrest him for treason for planning to detonate one or more nukes in the nation’s capitol – Washington DC.
The EU Times reported June 27, 2013 – “Obama Requests 15,000 Russian Troops For “Upcoming” Disaster“  In that story it claims Obama “has requested at least 15,000 Russian troops trained in disaster relief and “crowd functions” [i.e. riot control] be pre-positioned to respond to FEMA Region III during an unspecified “upcoming” disaster.  The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region III  includes Delaware,Washington, D.C (formally the District of Columbia) , Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia areas.
According to this report, this unprecedented request was made directly to Minister Vladimir Puchkov by US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Director Janet Napolitano (now retired) who said these Russian troops would work “directly and jointly” with her Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), part of whose mission is to secure the continuity of the US government in the event of natural disasters or war.

Former Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano ABC News Aug 27, 2013:  “A massive and “serious” cyber attack on the U.S. homeland is coming, and a natural disaster — the likes of which the nation has never seen — is also likely on its way.“
The only way anyone could know that there is “a natural disaster — the likes of which the nation has never seen — is also likely on its way” is if you are the one planning and preparing it.
“You also will have to prepare for the increasing likelihood of more weather-related events of a more severe nature as a result of climate change, and continue to build the capacity to respond to potential disasters in far-flung regions of the country occurring at the same time.
“You will need a large bottle of Advil,” Napolitano joked.
Napolitano is hinting at what the United States government (Obama) is planning and preparing for using its weather modifying weapon of mass destruction called HAARP.

Why else would Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano suddenly resign her post (announced her resignation July 12, 2013) and leave Washington DC for California?  Because while she was Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano planned for and prepared for a major Washington DC event.  She got out of dodge before the “attack on the U.S. homeland is coming“.
Janet Napolitano’s resignation as Department of Homeland Security Secretary was effective … September 7, 2013 – just 4 days before the planned 9/11 anniversary nuclear device detonation false flag.  Just before leaving her post Dyess Air Force base reportedly moved nuclear warheads to the East Coast of the United States in a secret transfer that had no paper trail.  The Dyess Air Force Commander allegedly authorized unknown parties to transfer nuclear warheads to an unknown location on the U.S. East Coast, where the warheads would then be picked up and potentially utilized.  Conspiracy?
Legal definition for conspiracy – An agreement between two or more persons to engage jointly in an unlawful or criminal act, or an act that is innocent in itself but becomes unlawful when done by the combination of actors.
A conspiracy is codified as a criminal offense.  A conspiracy is not fiction, made up, make belief or theory.  A conspiracy is an indictable offense wherein – two or more persons engage jointly in an unlawful or criminal act.  The evidence reveals that Obama, the DHS, FEMA and other agencies  of the United States are actively conspiring to levy war against the United States through a false flag – an unlawful or criminal act.

  1. Obama is working for the UN (UNO or One World government) which is working for the Vatican to bring about a New World Order – a.k.a. Vatican Fourth Reich or Fourth Holy Roman Empire.
    Obama is aiding and abetting the UN to disarm Americans.     The goal of the UN is the complete disarmament of the United States, Canada and the UK so that no one can oppose the Vatican Fourth Reich. Both the Vatican Second Reich (WWI) and the Vatican Third Reich (WWII) were defeated by the United States, English and Canadian forces.     The United Nations Peace Force is NATO. The mandate of NATO is not peace, it is war. NATO is sent by the UN (for the Vatican) to divide, mass murder (UN population control policy NSSM 200), conquer and control the resources of the invaded country. NATO mass murders, it does not liberate nor fight for peace.
    The Vatican and its UNO World government are very afraid of the American people. Without the U.S. cooperation and participation there know that there will be no New World Order (Vatican Fourth Reich). They made this very clear with a statement by Henry Kissinger at the World Affairs Council Press Conference, Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel, April 19th 1994 – “The New World Order cannot happen without U.S. participation, as we are the most significant single component. Yes, there will be a New World Order, and it will force the United States to change it’s perceptions.” —
    The New World Order is doomed as soon as the American people realize that the UN has no authority whatsoever. We the 99.99% never elected them to represent us. The UN is not a nation nor does it represent a single soverign state. Therefore, the UN has no status of legal authority without the nationstate as an ultimate referent. Sovereignty requires effective control over the territory claimed by the state. In the absence of such control, there can be no ultimate authority and, thus, no sovereign.
    The Vatican created the UN immediately after its Third Reich was defeated. It was created as a safe haven for the fugitive Nazi war criminals. The Vatican smuggled Nazi aristocrats out of Germany and into the U.S. and South America using Red Cross papers (ODESSA). Those Nazi aristocrats worked with the illegitimate (all German royal families were stripped of all legal authority in 1919 immediately after WWI) German King of England George VI (of the abolished German House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha) to establish the United Nations Organization (UNO is Italian for One). The very first order of business for the newly formed UNO World government (Vatican Fourth Reich) was to form the new Jewish Concentration Camp called Israel. The Vatican (Catholic Church) aims to make itself the one and only religion on Earth – the Sol (Sun) Invictus paganism and it cannot achieve this so long as Jews inhabit this Earth.
    How do with stop this New World Order? Get rid of the UN. It is as simple as that. The UN isn’t a peace keeping organization. It was created for one purpose – to bring about the Vatican Fourth Reich. So eliminating it would mean no New World Order. Abolishing the UN would mean no martial law in the United States. No more police state. No more private land theft – UN Agenda 21. No man made flu pandemics. No mass murdering vaccination programs. No more poverty in Africa and Third World nations – UN and its IMF and World Bank controls the flow of food into those nations. No more orchestrated global debt crisis. No more treachery by our nation’s elected officials.

    The New World Order Kissinger is speaking about is the Vatican Fourth Reich. The Reichs were all formed and fought for by the German monarchies and their armies for the Catholic Church. All German monarchies were officially abolished in 1919 after the defeat of the Vatican Second Reich – World War I.
    Since 1919, the German monarchies no longer exists as a legal entity. That includes the German monarchs from the German House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha who, on July 17, 1917 (by its German king of England George V), hide their German identity by assuming the fabricated English name of House of Windsor. Since 1919 the German House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha has illegally ruled the UK, Canada, the United States (through their debt creating Federal Reserve bankers – “He who controls the money supply of a nation controls the nation”) and the Commonwealth.

    The DHS is preparing for this “false flag” event in the Washington DC area – Region III.
    FEMA ordered over $14.2 million for MREs and heater meals to be delivered to Region III by October 1st.
    FEMA ordered 22 million pouches of emergency water to be delivered to region III by October 1st.
    FEMA ordered $13.6 million for MREs and heater meals to be delivered to Austin by October 1st.
    World Health Organization held second emergency meeting in its history to discuss MERS Coronavirus (the H5N1 virus) Determined a vaccine MUST be in place by October 1st.
    MERS is the H5N1 virus that was created in a lab by the mad scientist and biological weapon terrorist Ron Fouchier (pictured in the middle column). Biological weapon terrorist Fouchier created the H5N1 virus (MERS), then deliberately mutated it into an aerosol-transmissible virus that can easily and rapidly be spread through the air and potentially kill millions.
    2800 MRAPs (Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles) must be delivered to DHS by October 1st. A stockpile of MRAPs and other military vehicles were recently discovered occupying a former car dealership on the outskirts of Las Vegas at 5750 Sky Pointe Dr.
    No leave will be allowed for US military from September 28th thru November 5th. NORCOMM yearly training for civil unrest suspended until September 27th. To be performed in northeast coastal areas. Date for release of QE3 report moved to October 16th.
    All DHS agents MUST qualify with sidearm, shotgun and AR 15 by September 28th. No mention of yearly less lethal qualification. Sporadic testing of GPS and Communications satellites is coordinated for the first time with a testing date of September 29th.
    All of these orders and delivery dates for no later than October 1, 2013 suggests FEMA is planning for and preparing for a false flag as a pretext for imposing martial law and bringing the Vatican Fourth Reich to the United States.
  4. UN inspectors are actually CIA, Special Activities Division, SIS (MI6), CSIS, Mossad or other covert agency operatives. When the UN sent inspectors to Afghanistan (2001), Iraq (1991-1998), Iran (2009-2012), and Syria (2013) they sent agents who covertly work for the U.S. government. Agents are sent in posing as UN inspectors just prior to an attack by the U.S. government. The agents are boots on the ground. Their mission is to gather military intelligence and the gps coordinates of hard targets for U.S. military strikes. U.S. covert agents on the ground are the only reason for accurate guided missile strikes. The agents are doing what the Viet Cong did inside U.S. bases in Vietnam. They map targets.
  5. How many killed were actually CIA agents killed by Navy Yard police, NCIS or Provost Marshals. No one knows who CIA agents are. It is actually a federal crime to reveal the identity of a CIA or other covert agent. The Intelligence Identities Protection Act of 1982 (Pub.L. 97–200, 50 U.S.C. §§ 421–426) is a United States federal law that makes it a federal crime for those with access to classified information, or those who systematically seek to identify and expose covert agents.
    No one knew or suspected Valerie Plame and her husband were CIA. Not until former House majority leader Tom DeLay “illegally” revealed their identities. Valerie Plame worked for the CIA but everyone else thought she was a business executive.
    Plame served the CIA as a non-official cover (or NOC), operating undercover in (at least) two positions in Athens and Brussels. Using her own name, “Valerie Plame”, she posed as various professional roles in order to gather intelligence covertly for the CIA. Two of her covers included posing as a junior consular officer in the early 1990s in Athens and then later as an energy analyst for the CIA front company “Brewster Jennings & Associates”.
    Knowing this, take another look at the list of the victims at the Washington DC Navy Yard shooting. Look into the backgrounds of those listed. Job descriptions of CIA and other covert agents are fabricated to purposely conceal the identity of operatives.
  6. There were a lot more fatalities than reported. The names of covert ops that are killed in any operation are never revealed. CIA agents killed during an operation are not named. The Memorial Wall at the Central Intelligence Agency headquarters in Langley, Virginia is proof of this. There are 103 stars carved into the white Vermont marble wall, each one representing an employee who died in the line of service. 77 of the 103 stars have names, while the other employees are represented only by a gold star followed by a blank space. The identities of the unnamed stars remain a state secret, even in death. They are unnamed because they have fallen while engaging in illegal activities at home or abroad for the U.S. government. Naming them could get the U.S. government in a lot of trouble.
    If mercenaries (former soldiers and police paid by the U.S. government as contract killers) are used in covert ops by the U.S. government their names are not usually published either. Those that are named are given a fabricated job description – IT technician, contractor, retired, consultant. visitor.
    In Canada, RCMP, CSIS and Candian Military personnel who die during illegal government covert operations are named but the circumstances and location of their demise is fabricated. For example – ten years ago then Prime Minister Jean Chrétien told Parliament and the world that Canada would not be participating in the Iraq war. However members of JTF2 and snipers from varies Canadian bases were sent to Iraq by Jean Chrétien to work closely with fellow U.S. Special Operations Forces units the SAS and Delta Force. The deaths of JTF2 members who died in Iraq were never made public. Their deaths were reported as training exercises fatalities. JTF2 was also implicated in the torturing of Afghan detainees – a war crime authorized by Stephen Harper and Defense Minister Peter MacKay. In December 2009, while the Afghan detainee controversy raged, and the Military Police Complaints Commission (MPCC) and the Canadian public tried to find out just what had happened and who was responsible, Prime Minister Harper prorogued Parliament, halting the MPCC’s investigation altogether.
    “If we disregard our core principles and values, we also lose our moral authority abroad. If we are complicit in the torture of Afghans in Kandahar, how can we credibly promote human rights in Tehran or Beijing?” ~ Richard Colvin, the senior diplomat posted in Afghanistan from April 2006 to October 2007 who testified that Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper was complicit in the Afghan detainee torture.
