Some liberal bureaucrats never know when to shut up. Luckily, conservatives are firing back at their brazen balderdash on the Benghazi attack ahead of today’s Benghazi hearing:
To recap, on September 11, 2012 four Americans including U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens were killed in a terrorist attack by militants linked to al-Qaida and Ansar al-Sharia. Militants stormed the U.S. consulate building in Benghazi, Libya with rockets and machine guns; Stevens and four other Americans died.
Stevens became the first U.S. Ambassador since 1988 to die in office. And CIA employees and former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty were both killed despite the fact that the U.S. military had almost seven hours to send them back-up assistance.
The evidence shows that Hillary Clinton is directly to blame for arming the rebels and ignoring pleas for help and that President Obama is to blame for covering the attack up and failing to send the 40-man U.S. Special Ops force in that could have prevented the deaths of these Americans.

Brazen Balderdash #1

Hillary Clinton testified in January: “The fact is we have four dead Americans. Was it because after protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night that decided they will go kill some Americans. What difference at this point does it make? It is our job to figure out what happened and do everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again.”
Fox News Host Sean Hannity recently interviewed Charles Woods, the father of Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and asked him to respond to Clinton’s insensitive remarks. Listen to how Woods puts Clinton in her place:
HANNITY: Does it make a difference to know the truth?
WOODS: Sean, Hillary, she asked a question. If she asked that question of me, you know for six years, I was an administrative law judge, and credibility is the issue. I would say what difference does it make? Credibility because in a courtroom situation. We have a rule that says if a person’s testimony is proven to be false in any part, the rest of their testimony is to be disregarded on that subject, and that’s basically what we have here. The difference is credibility.
HANNITY: They screwed up. They denied the request, the multiple requests for help before this attack. Apparently help was denied during the attack.
WOODS: That’s correct.
HANNITY: And people like your son were told to stand down, but even outside help, they had a C-130 waiting in Tripoli. We now learned.
WOODS: That could have saved his life and prevented injury to the 30 other people there at the consulate, Americans on American soil.

White House emails and initial (un-scrubbed) CIA talking points show that the Obama administration knew the Benghazi attack was an act of terror. But, five days after the Benghazi attack, Obama sent UN Ambassador Susan Rice onto all five of the major cable television networks with this message:
Susan Rice: “We did not have information at present that leads us to conclude that this was premeditated or preplanned. What sparked the violence was a very hateful video on the Internet. It was a reaction to the video…”
On Tuesday, former Vice President Dick Cheney pointed out the complete incompetence of the Obama administration for failing to increase security at the consulate around the anniversary of 9/11.
Cheney: “When we [Bush administration] were there [in Libya], on our watch, we were always ready on 9/11, on the anniversary. We always anticipated they were coming for us, especially in that part of the world. I cannot understand why they weren’t ready to go,’ the former two-term vice president said of the Obama administration.”

Brazen Balderdash #3

Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Martin Dempsey and Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta and testified in January that they did not brief President Barack Obama after an initial briefing in the early hours of the Benghazi crisis.
But whistle-blowers are calling this assertion crazy. The attack last for a period of seven hours. Whistle-blowers are saying that only President Obama would have had the authority to call—or hold off the aid that was needed and requested at the consulate.
Retired Navy SEAL and whistle-blower Billy Allmon has hit back: “Obama, as president, is the ONLY one who can give cross-border permission to any military command or unit to go into another country. Obama NEVER gave that permission.”
