Obama is Seeking to Disarm US Veterans': Class Action Lawsuit Against the VA and Obama Gaining Traction After RedFlag Report...

A number of veterans got letters from the Department of Veterans Affairs advising them that the government intends to make a determination, whether they are allowed to carry guns. If the government arbitrarily decides that they are not fit, the veterans will be deprived from exercising their second amendment rights and will be punished if caught caring guns.
See actual wording below:
“A determination of incompetency will prohibit you from purchasing, possessing, receiving, or transporting a firearm or ammunition. If you knowingly violate any of these prohibitions, you may be fined, imprisoned, or both pursuant to the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, Pub.L.No. 103-159, as implemented at 18, United States Code 924(a)(2).”?

Judge Rules That The Government Must Respond In Regard To Obama’s Fake SSN

Well, it appears Orly Taitz is finally making small strides when it comes to her mission to reveal the truth about President Obama’s citizenship. After years of attempting to bring the truth to light, the government may be forced to address questions about the President’s Social Security Number.
Apparently, Taitz’ contention that Obama has been using the SSN of a deceased man named Harry Bounel may actually legally require a response from the government, according to Judge Hollander of Maryland.
In a recent press release, Taitz shared the following information:
Judge Hollander in Maryland gives Attorney Orly Taitz 21 days to file a second amended complaint and add allegations in regards to an improper withholding by the Social Security Administration of records of Harry Bounel, whose Social Security Number is being illegally used by Barack Obama. When Taitz filed the complaint, SSA did not respond at all. After the law suit was filed, SSA responded by fraudulently claiming that the records were not found. Taitz responded that this is a fraudulent assertion, since the records were found before and denied to another petition due to privacy concerns, however Social Security has not right to claim privacy as according to their own 120 year rule they have a duty to release the records. The judge stated that the plaintiff Taitz might be correct, however at this time she cannot rule in her favor as her original complaint was filed before SSA responded, so the judge gave Taitz an opportunity to refile a second amended complaint and add new allegations, stating the SSA responded but improperly hidden the records. This is a great development. This all but assures that the judge will order the SSA to release the SS-5, Social Security application of resident of CT, Harrison (Harry) Bounel whose CT SSN 042-68-4425 was stolen by Obama and used in Obama’s 2009 tax returns, which initially were posted on WhiteHouse.gov without proper redaction, without flattening of the file. Taitz will be very careful not to be Breitbarted or Fuddied in the next 21 days.

Outraged’ Obama KNEW About VA Backlogs in 2008

Outraged’ Obama KNEW About VA Backlogs in 2008

ObamaSmug
On Sunday, Obama Chief of Staff Denis McDonough on CBS’s Face the Nation told Major Garrett that Obama was “madder than hell,” about the scandal at the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (VA).

But according to briefing materials obtained through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) by the Washington Times, Obama knew about the deadly backlog as far back as 2008, following the presidential election which elected Obama to his first term.

“This is not only a data integrity issue in which [Veterans Health Administration] reports unreliable performance data; it affects quality of care by delaying —and potentially denying — deserving veterans timely care,” the officals wrote, according to the Washington Times  report.

This information follows VA Secretary Eric Shinseki telling the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee last Thursday that he was also “mad as hell.” Shinseki testified that he did not know if anyone had been fired over the scandal, nor would he agree that falsifying patient records was a fireable offense at the government agency.

Reports indicate that the falsification of records was so rampant that at the VA facility in Phoenix, and possibly other locations, patient waiting records were intentionally falsified in order for employees at the agency to receive bonuses for lowering costs.

In what is proving a busy Friday story dump, even by Obama White House standards, two stories were released that White House operatives are likely hoping to be overshadowed by the Shinseki VA resignation announcement.

Do you hear what I hear Mr. President?  A summer of discontent…
________________

First, is confirmation from an story published here yesterday in which a source indicated the Hillary-Obama White House meeting was leaked by someone from within the Hillary camp. Fox News is now reporting that the Hillary operation has already initiated a series of “tactical leaks” in an attempt to get in front of the now quickly developing Benghazi investigation, and the likely, and possibly considerable, political fallout to follow.  Second, the Clinton machine announced the hiring of “Dude that was like two years ago” former Obama adviser Tommy Vieter, the man who attempted to diminish the intent of the Benghazi investigation by claiming it was an old story unworthy of more attention, despite NEW emails directly linking the White House to an attempted cover up of the what really happened before, during, after the Benghazi Massacre.

Nice to see a source proven so accurate so quickly on this one.

The second story the White House hopes to hide behind the Shinseki resignation is Jay Carney’s seemingly out of nowhere announcement he is leaving his post as White House Press Secretary.  One cannot overlook the implications of the timing, given the looming investigations of both Benghazi, the VA scandal, and still in the background, the IRS troubles.  This is a White House gasping for air as it suffocates on the poison of its own scandal ridden atmosphere.

Perhaps Carney wasn’t up to the task of marching himself out each day to lie to a press corp that might start to actually do its job and demand answers.

Regardless, this is shaping up to be one heck of an interesting political summer.

US Holds Massive Nuclear Weapons Exercise “To Deter And Detect Strategic Attacks”

US Holds Massive Nuclear Weapons Exercise “To Deter And Detect Strategic Attacks”

Days After Russian Dril
(by Tyler Durden, Zero Hedge) -- Late last week, in what should not have been a surprise to anyone (because supposedly it was announced “far in advance”) but was a major shock due to its intensity and expansiveness, Russia held a massive “simulated massive nuclear attack” drill, coming at a time just ahead of the Donetsk referendum, which may have been pre-scheduled and for foreign policy reasons was hailed as a “non-event”, but judging by the amount of production that went into the accompanying video clip, this particular drill was dripping with symbolism aimed squarely at NATO and the US.
So now it is America’s turn to retaliate. As the U.S. Strategic Command reported earlier, the US will conduct Exercise Global Lightning 14 from May 12-16 in coordination with other combatant commands, services, and appropriate U.S. government agencies “to deter and detect strategic attacks against the U.S. and its allies.”
Stratcom was quick to point out that Exercise Global Lightning 14 has been planned for more than a year and is based on a notional scenario.  It also added that the “timing of the exercise is unrelated to real-world events” but only those who believed that Russia massive nuclear drill was also unrelated to world will fall for this particular embellishment. As Defense One observes, according to Mark Schneider, a former U.S. Defense Department nuclear strategy official, told the Washington Free Beacon that Russia’s drill last week seemed aimed at sending a message of “nuclear intimidation” to the United States and NATO over Ukraine. He noted that Moscow typically stages its atomic exercises in the fall.
Meanwhile, Romania on Saturday sought clarification from Russia on its official policy following a tweet from a high-profile Russian minister that warned he might try to enter Romanian air space in a heavy bomber, Reuters reported.
After a plane he was a traveling in was blocked from entering Romanian air space, Russian Deputy Prime Minister  Dmitry Rogozin sent out a tweet that stated, “Upon U.S. request, Romania has closed its air space for my plane. Ukraine doesn’t allow me to pass through again. Next time I’ll fly on board Tu-160.” Rogozin, who supervises his country’s large weapons industry, is under U.S. and European Union sanctions.
The Romanian foreign ministry requested that Russia specify whether the deputy prime minister’s tweet represented “the Russian Federation’s official position.”
Romania “believes the threat of using a Russian strategic bomber plane by a Russian deputy prime minister is a very grave statement under the current regional context,” the ministry said
However, Russia was last week – now it’s America’s turn: the units included in the US exercise are bomber wings that will fly approximately 10 B-52 Stratofortresses and up to six B-2 Spirit bombers “to demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness in the training scenarios throughout the continental U.S.”
So if you see a massive nuclear bomber flying overhead with a full nuclear armament, don’t panic – tis but a drill.
“This exercise provides unique training opportunities to incorporate the most current technology and techniques in support of our mission.  Continued focus and investment in our strategic capabilities allow USSTRATCOM to deter, dissuade, and defeat current and future threats to the U.S. and our allies,” said Adm. Cecil Haney, commander, U.S. Strategic Command.
Those curious can find more information at USSTRATCOM Public Affairs, (402) 294-4130, or via email: pa@stratcom.mil.
We, on the other hand, will await the YouTube clip that goes with Global Lightning 14 and grade it on content, difficulty, and artistic creativity. After all we already have the Russians as a benchmark.

Savage believes that the leak of the name of the CIA chief in Afghanistan was the work of one of the sleeper agents in Obama admin. Maybe Obama is the sleeper? Remember assassination of the Seal team 6 after Obama leaked that they got Bin Laden, plans to Marine 1, drone to Iran, 1 year secret negotiations with Iran behind the back of the US Congress? We still did not find one honest judge, who would order discovery of Obama’s original IDs. These judges have blood on their hands!

The ‘leak’ of the CIA station chief’s name was no accident

Welcome to The Michael Savage Newsletter, your daily insider report on all things “Savage.”In today’s issue: During Obama’s “surprise” Memorial Day visit to the troops in Afghanistan, someone “accidentally” leaked the name of the CIA station chief in Kabul.
This extraordinary security breech was mostly ignored by everyone in the media, except Dr. Savage, who reminded his audience that the Obama administration has become famous for such “accidents.”

“The disclosure of the CIA station chief’s identity by a mole in the Obama administration was no accident,” Savage declared, adding:

It’s just like the TV show “Homeland”: There is at least one, if not more, operatives inside the Obama administration working for the other side.
Remember how they gave away our best drone to Iran?
Shall I list all the other things that have been done under this president without a single investigation?
It happened when Obama went over to Afghanistan for a photo op after he got in trouble with the VA scandal.
Leni Riefenstahl couldn’t have staged it any better, with all the black soldiers lined up in the front row.
Then somebody leaks the name of the station chief in Afghanistan, not only putting him at risk, but his whole family.
And the White House says, “Oops, it was an accident.”
I don’t believe that.
How many “accidents” have we already had from the sleepers in this administration?
