H.R. 2847 Expected to Cause U.S. Dollar to Collapse-Unproven!
Summary of the eRumor: 
This is a forward email that contains a warning that alleged that the U.S. Dollar is expected to collapse on July 1, 2014 because H.R. 2847 will be going into full effect.
 

The Truth: 
This eRumor appears to be an unproven conspiracy theory that warned of the possible ramifications of the passage of the Hire Incentives to Restore Employment Act along with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act.   TruthOrFiction.com has found no evidence at this time as to how the enforcement of this act will effect the U.S. Dollar.  

We will post findings here if anything develops.

We found the possible source to this eRumor on the Victory Women In Development Association (VWIDA) website.  The page links this allegation with a story about gun control legislation and the lobbying efforts of National Rifle Association.   How the two topics are related remains a mystery.


Hire Incentives to Restore Employment Act & Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act
H.R. 2847, the Hire Incentives to Restore Employment (HIRE) Act is real and was signed into law in 2010.  In this bill was tacked the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act. This law, known as FATCA, makes U.S. residents accountable for money invested in foreign banks by requiring the offshore financial institutions to provide a 1099 form to the Internal Revenue Service for their American customers.  This according to a July 28, 2013 article by The Hill, a new service that reports on the business of the U.S. Government in Washington, D.C.

The article said, "Under FATCA, banks will be forced to submit information on total assets, account balances, transactions, account numbers and other personal identifying information. This intrusion goes way beyond a 1099 and would not be accepted or tolerated by Americans living in United States. "   Noncompliance will result in huge financial penalties and sanctions to the foreign financial institutions.
The Hill added that neither Congress, the Internal Revenue Service nor the U.S. Department of Treasury are certain how much FACTA will generate in terms of revenue in taxes.   The article said that President Obama "suggested $210 billion over ten years," and $800 billion over the course of ten years was projected by unnamed  "others."
It is not really known what ramifications this law will have on U.S. residents with funds in foreign banks or if foreign banks will cooperate with the law. The Hill also reported that the U.S. demands on foreign banks to provide client information may "violate their own country's laws and constitutions."

Emails recently obtained by the National Review Online show that the Obama administration knew in advance that two groups of aging veterans would be visiting the World War II memorial last October, but decided to shut the memorial down anyway in order to score political points, Breitbart.com reported Tuesday.

National Park Service employees also monitored the news for any bad publicity, and made exceptions for their co-workers, the emails revealed.
During last year's partial government shutdown -- sparked by Sen. Harry Reid's refusal to consider any GOP plan to keep the government operating while defunding Obamacare -- the administration closed the National Mall and denied access to monuments. That decision backfired as veterans removed the blockades and entered the memorial anyway.
According to the National Review, Tom Buttry, a legislative correspondent for Sen. Tom Harkin, D-Iowa, wrote:
While I understand that these memorials have remained accessible to the public during past shutdowns (I’d imagine with the mall being so open, it’d probably [be] more manpower intensive to try to completely close them), I wanted to do my due diligence and make 100 percent sure that people could visit the outdoor memorials on the National Mall in the event of a shutdown.
But the National Park Service and the Interior Department decided to close the memorials, knowing full well groups of veterans were slated to visit them.
Worse yet, the NPS also looked for evidence that Congress was being blamed for the shutdown, NRO added.
But, the NRO added, one email exchange showed that one staff member was given permission by the National Park Service’s deputy superintendent of operations for the National Mall and Memorial Parks to move the barricades in order to retrieve personal information.
As we reported in early October, a federal Park Service Ranger admitted being ordered to make life as difficult as possible in order to make Americans feel the most pain.

When up to a thousand conservative Christian parents in Germany were protesting against a new pro-homosexual “sexual diversity” curriculum in their schools, homosexuals charged at them and thew human excrement at the Christians. They also ripped pages of the Bible, wiped their anuses with the pages, crumpled them up and threw them at the Christians.
What makes these sodomites so different than Muslims who defecate in churches? The answer is nothing.
According to the Observatory on Intolerance and Discrimination against Christians:
They were spit at, eggs were thrown, and little bags with feces or color. Cables of loud speakers were torn out …Pages were ripped out of the bible and used to wipe backsides, then formed into a ball and thrown at the parents. …Christians were deeply hurt in this process. At least one banner was snatched and destroyed in front of the eyes of the parents. Marshals were target[ed] with pepper sprays. Shouting by counter-demonstrator[s] made the planned public speaking partly impossible.
The police, instead of bringing order, came and took the side of the sodomites, telling the Christian protesters to leave. As the organizers stated:
Police urged the organizers to dissolve the rally, in order ‘to avoid escalation.
This is why we support the current law in Russia in regards to homosexual propaganda. The sodomites must be suppressed in order to prevent their agenda from spreading and taking root in any component of civilized. This is why God gave us this law:
If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. (Leviticus 20:13)
But since the Divine Law has been replaced by the dictates of politicians whose souls are seized by the devil, these sodomites “fill the land with violence and continually arouse” the anger of God (Ezekiel 8:17)
St. Peter described governors as “them that are sent by him [God] for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. (1 Peter 2:14) Evildoers would include sodomites, since St. Peter’s moral code would have been from the Divine Law.
In the words of St. Paul when he addressed the sodomites in his Epistle to the Romans:
Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them. (Romans 1:32)
The sodomites know they do evil, and we as Christians know that the Divine Law must be imposed upon them, or else they will “continue to do these very things”.

As a top Democrat admitted today, the Democrats knew all along that Obamacare would cause millions to lose health care coverage. Yet they continued to promote it with premeditated lies such as, “You can keep your current health plan if you like it” and “your health insurance costs will be lower than a phone bill."
National Review goes on to report this astonishing exchange:“We knew that there would be some policies that would not qualify and therefore people would [lose their existing coverage],” said House Democratic Whip Steny Hoyer in a NationalReview.com article.
Asked by another reporter how repeated statements by Obama to the contrary weren’t “misleading,” Hoyer said “I don’t think the message was wrong. I think the message was accurate. It was not precise enough…[it] should have been caveated with — ‘assuming you have a policy that in fact does do what the bill is designed to do.’”
In other words, lying to the public is not “wrong.” It’s accurate but not precise!
This is how Democrats think, of course: lie to the public to gain their contrived support, and then when things go wrong, shove a gun in everyone’s face to force them to comply with their Big Government mandates. That’s the entire plan of Obamacare and most socialists: obedience at gunpoint. Mao would have been proud to call Obamacare his own.
Obama administration also knew that “millions could not keep their health insurance
The lies of the Obama administration are now so blatant and undeniable that even the mainstream media is starting to expose them. NBC News reported today that “millions of Americans are getting or are about to get cancellation letters for their health insurance under Obamacare, say experts, and the Obama administration has known that for at least three years.”
NBC News goes on to report:
…50 to 75 percent of the 14 million consumers who buy their insurance individually can expect to receive a “cancellation” letter or the equivalent over the next year because their existing policies don’t meet the standards mandated by the new health care law. One expert predicts that number could reach as high as 80 percent. And all say that many of those forced to buy pricier new policies will experience “sticker shock.”
…the administration knew that more than 40 to 67 percent of those in the individual market would not be able to keep their plans, even if they liked them.
Yet President Obama, who had promised in 2009, “if you like your health plan, you will be able to keep your health plan,” was still saying in 2012, “If [you] already have health insurance, you will keep your health insurance.”
Like everything else spouted by Obama, all these claims were of course outrageous lies.
Lies within lies wrapped in lies and packaged in the language of “benefits”
Obama is not merely a liar but a sociopathic liar who feels no remorse for the massive social cost of his actions. He deliberately misleads Americans into supporting a plan that was designed from the start to destroy the American economy and leave tens of millions of people medical bankrupt with no insurance whatsoever.
This isn’t simply a debate about who wins or loses, it’s an issue that impacts the lives of tens of millions of Americans. It now appears that 16 million Americans will lose their health insurance thanks to Obamacare, and employers are slashing job hours, employment positions and more. Obamacare is devastating the U.S. economy and culture like an economic apocalypse.
Here are just a few of the lies we’ve all been told by Obama and his criminal cohorts:
LIE #1) “The average family insurance plan will cost $2500 less per year.”
LIE #2) “You can keep your plan, period.” (Total lie!)
LIE #3) “You can keep your doctor.” (Vicious lie!)
LIE #4) “The ACA will only add $900 billion to the deficit over the next ten years.” (Mathematical lie.)
LIE #5) “This is all about providing affordable health insurance to nearly all Americans.” (In truth, it’s all about the utter destruction of the U.S. economy, workers and employers.)
Rate increases of 400% – 500% or more now common
As we’re all now discovering, Obamacare isn’t “affordable” health care; it’s health care mandated at price-gouging monopoly rates.
For example, as NBC News reports:
George Schwab, 62, of North Carolina, said he was “perfectly happy” with his plan from Blue Cross Blue Shield, which also insured his wife for a $228 monthly premium. But this past September, he was surprised to receive a letter saying his policy was no longer available. The “comparable” plan the insurance company offered him carried a $1,208 monthly premium and a $5,500 deductible.
Natural News reported on a case where one couple was being told they would have to pay 539% more for health care coverage, thanks to Obamacare. Their rates were going up from $212 per month to $1,356.60 per month.
For Obama to call these health care plans “affordable” is an outrageous lie, and it’s going to financially devastate millions of families across America who simply cannot afford these outlandish rate increases. Yes, even those who voted for Obamacare and optimistically supported Obamacare are going to be hit with higher rates, too.

As a 59 year old woman that is not having more children, I don’t need maternity coverage. With this regime, who knows what will happen tho? King Obama for sure. He needs to go, along with all of them.
I have no insurance, before obamacare I was responsible for 100% of my health care costs. After obamacare I’m still responsible for 100% of my health care costs, but I have to pay the government a fine out of the money I was going to pay for my health care with. Is this a great plan or what?

IN a major behind-the-scenes blowout, President BARACK OBAMA and first lady MICHELLE waged their worst White House fight ever over her lavish vacation trip to China!
Sources tell The ENQUIRER that Obama exploded when Mi­chelle refused to cancel her pricey getaway – even after White House advisers warned him that the first couple’s six-year string of extravagant vacations had already drained the U.S. Trea­sury of a whopping $150 million in tax­payers’ money.
Instead of postpon­ing her trip, a furious Michelle – still seeth­ing over the embarrassing “selfie” Barack recently snapped with a leggy blonde head of state – announced that she was taking her mother along for company.
She further declared that she didn’t want reporters covering her activities overseas.
“This was a blowout of epic proportions – probably the nasti­est White House fight they’ve ever had,” a Washington, D.C., insider told The ENQUIRER.
“They were both screaming at one another.
“The president was infuriated when advisers told him that they’d added up the costs of all their ‘vacations’ and China was putting them over the $150 million mark.
“But he’s defenseless to stop Michelle be­cause their marriage has collapsed. She’s doing what she wants – and that’s seeing the world on the American taxpayers’ dime.”
The embattled commander in chief flat-out begged his wife of 21 years to postpone the trip, according to a family insider.
“But she refused,” said the source.
“Then, when Barack asked why she had to take her mother along, Mi­chelle ripped into him. She screamed  that he was ‘lucky’ that she hadn’t left him after that embarrassing ‘selfie,’ and then she stormed off.”
Michelle arrived in Beijing with her mother, Marian Robinson, and the Obamas’ daughters, 15-year-old Malia and Sasha, 12, on March 20 for a planned seven-day, three-city trip.
They checked into the lavish presidential suite at the Beijing Wes­tin hotel, costing a whopping $8,350 per night. The 3,400-square-foot suite included 24-hour butler service and a steam room.
One published report quoted hotel employees grumbling about Michelle’s mom “barking at the staff ” and added that the first lady’s party was “inconveniencing pretty much everyone.”
And it quickly became clear that Michelle had apparently won the battle to avoid media scrutiny.
While she was scheduled to de­liver a speech to students at Peking University, “The Weekly Standard” reported that “she won’t be accompa­nied by the press” because “she does not plan to give interviews.”
As a result, the White House went into spin control, noted the D.C. insider.
“They’re defending Michelle’s trip by calling it ‘a people-to-people exchange’ and emphasizing ‘the im­portance that both nations place on education,’” said the source. “But the fact is Michelle specifically demanded that reporters not follow her every move.”
Media were granted access to only two of the 22 events on the first lady’s schedule, and sources say Michelle’s media ban hid her secret agenda to split from the president.
Besides being humiliated by the president’s “selfie” photo with the sexy Danish prime minister at Nelson Mandela’s memorial service last December, sources say Michelle was further outraged when she learned the Secret Service had been covering up the president’s cheating.
 The first lady has already met with divorce lawyers and is planning a separate life after her husband leaves the White House.
“Obama’s advisers told him he must try and keep Michelle ‘under control’ until then,” divulged the D.C. insider.
“They explained that if Michelle walked out while he was still in office, the impact on his presiden­tial legacy would be catastrophic.”
And Michelle isn’t doing him any favors by traveling like a queen.
Besides the family’s annual Au­gust vacation on ritzy Martha’s Vineyard and Christmas holiday in Hawaii, Michelle jetted off to Mexico and Spain in 2010, and kicked up her heels at a posh ski resort in Vail, Colo., in 2011.
In March 2011, she spent five days in Latin America with her mother and daughters. Three months later, they were joined by Michelle’s niece and nephew for a safari in South Africa.
In June 2013, the first lady spent two days in Ireland. That trip re­quired booking 30 rooms at an exclusive hotel for her staff and security detail, costing taxpayers a reported $5 million.
According to one published re­port: “The president’s pricey travels have become so controversial that ‘Judicial Watch’ was forced to sue the Secret Service and Defense De­partment to get them to turn over records on the amount of taxpayer money used to fly the first family all over the world…”
But Michelle couldn’t care less, said the D.C. insider.
“It’s clear to everyone at the White House that Barack has completely lost control of his wife,” said the source.
“Michelle does whatever she wants and goes wherever she wants. It’s as if she’s tacked up a map of the world and put pins on all the places she wants to visit. The sad part is that taxpayers are paying for her bucket list.”
