I read about this and the scope of it is staggering. A secret system created within the UN health codes is part of Obama’s healthcare fiasco. It is frightening and deadly serious. I have to wonder how many in Congress know about this system.
More than 68,105 new medical codes are being added due to Obamacare. The DHS is sending “Medical Coding” to the states. Obama didn’t create the codes. These codes were actually created by the World Health Organization. The WHO is a specialized agency of the United Nations. This is Agenda 21 at work – devious, secret and totally against the Constitution.
Why are Americans and Medicare recipients not aware that their information has been given to an International body – the UN? Because the government does NOT want the public to know about the codes and what they will mean in the near future to every American. The government doesn’t want the American people to know that the UN, New World Order is now in charge of our healthcare.
Why would we allow forced medical coding through congressional bills to come from an organization that supports UN Agenda 21, Millennium Development Goals and supports the eradication of “sprawl” , which is average people like you and I? Well, WE wouldn’t and that’s why Obama must do it secretly inside his healthcare bill.
The IRS and WHO will have access to every American citizens health information through medical coding, via Obamacare. This coding is directly related and tied to creating their International One World Government. While the WHO pretends to be for helping people, they create codes for “Legal Execution” by beheading. Yes, you read that right. Guillotines! DHS knows this code would create a panic with the American people if they found out there was a code for “Legal Execution,” especially with a guillotine and beheading.

British NHS Euthanizes the Elderly and Obamacare Follows Suit

In 2010, the United Nations published a blueprint in which the global elite announced their intentions for phasing out global warming as means of achieving global governance in favor of the overpopulation theme as a means to destroy, impoverish and enslave the middle classes across the nations of this planet. The ultimate globalist goal is dramatic population reduction.
The previously leaked United Nations planning paper makes it clear that the world body is in the process of adopting a new public relations strategy in which they will propagandize the public into accepting the fact that an overcrowded planet leads to environmental devastation and financial ruin. Subsequently, the sheeple will unquestionably accept the population reduction philosophy as it is manifesting in the end of life treatment exclusions being set forth by the National Health Service in Britain, which also serves as the model for the American version of Obamacare.
One would think that the Globalists would be ecstatic with the murder of over 50 million fetuses in the last 40 years in the United States. There seems to be a Planned Parenthood abortion factory on every corner attempting to abort every baby that they can get their hands on, but the Eugenics crowd at the United Nations are not satisfied. They want more even more death and destruction as they are demanding an even greater reduction in population from an increasing number of segments in our population.
The globalists have extended their population reduction programs from one-child policies to widespread abortion and contraception practices to the blatant act of committing genocide on the elderly in Britain as a beta test in preparation for the planet-wide implementation of elderly euthanasia in every national socialist health care system on the planet. This is a modern day version of the of the 1976 movie, Logan’s Run in which the authorities, in the year 2274, control population by killing anyone who reaches the ripe old age of 30.
There are approximately 450,000 deaths in Britain each year of people who are in hospital or under NHS care. Around 29% of that number, or about 130,000, were euthanized patients who were on the Liverpool Care Pathway (LCP).

Government Sponsored Genocide
for the Britain’s Elderly

The undeniable fact is that the British NHS doctors are prematurely ending the lives of thousands of elderly hospital patients because they are difficult to manage and they wish to free up beds. However, the main motivation for this attack upon humanity is that they are making money by eliminating the lives of the elderly in Britain. Researcher, Patrick Pullicino, states that NHS doctors have turned the use of a controversial death pathway into the equivalent of euthanasia of the elderly. Pullicino has extensively researched the issue and asserts that  elderly patients, who could live longer, are prematurely placed on the LCP and it has now become an assisted death pathway rather than a care pathway. On average, patients submitting to LCP die within 33 hours.

Murder for Hire

Pullicino findings are bolstered by the newly discovered heinous compensation practices from the NHS with regard to the LCP. The majority of NHS hospitals in England are being given financial rewards for placing terminally-ill patients on a controversial “pathway” to death, as this fact has not been publicly disclosed.
Seventy-two trusts administer health care treatment in Britain and the NHS have been paid a total of around £20 million by the health trusts to end the lives of the elderly. That is correct, these mass murderers are being paid for each patient that they are able to terminate.
The British system for elderly genocide, through premature euthanasia, operates under the authority of the Commissioning for Quality and Innovation (CQUIN), in which local NHS commissioners compensate the 72 trusts for “meeting targets”  as well as to “reward excellence” in health care. Shall we define the British version of “excellence” in health care? Unfortunately, for the elderly who are forced to participate in the NHS system, excellence in health care, for these victims, means that 130,000 elderly must die in order to meet system goals. As the reader will discover in the following paragraphs, this perverted definition of health care will soon be coming to America in the form of Obamacare.

Money is the Root of All Evil

For the Seventy-two trusts to receive compensation for euthanizing the elderly, the trust must respond to such questions as how many people had died on the LCP over the past three years and how much money received in that period was attached to goals involving the premature deaths of the elderly.
A staggering 62% of the trusts admitted that they had received, or will receive, cash rewards for meeting targets (i.e., killing old people) associated with the implementation of the LCP. The other 38% seem to enjoy killing for just for the sport of it, as they admitted that they had adopted the LCP without receiving any payments from NHS.
Professor Pullicino’s research found that family members report being encouraged and even coerced by physicians to place their loved ones on LCP. Once on the protocol, patients are placed under heavy sedation and withdrawal of treatment begins, including the withdrawal of water and nourishment by tube, and as I stated earlier, death occurs n an average of 33 hours.

A top Democrat strategist, Steven Rattner, who served as President Obama’s lead auto-industry adviser, wrote an opinion piece in the New York Times entitled “Beyond Obamacare” in which he calls for death panels and that the implementation of these panel are inevitable. Of course, Rattner’s comments have been totally ignored by the corporate-controlled media. As was the case with the LPC of the NHC, Rattner supports the rationing of health care for elderly patients, while unequivocally stating that  “We need death panels.” Rattner also serves on the board the New America Foundation, a George Soros-funded think tank that was instrumental in supporting rationed healthcare. Clearly, this is an Agenda 21 population reduction program. Similar systems exist in many countries, including Australia and New Zealand, where their governments have decided to ration care to the elderly.
The President’s position on denial of care is abundantly clear as his health care reform  encourages rationing healthcare by levying a tax on “Cadillac” insurance plans in an attempt to push as many Americans as possible into Obamacare. Additionally, Obamacare calls for the appointment of a small contingent to make decisions on elderly care following the full implementation. Shall we exercise
Obamacare is modeled after England’s NHC, only with even more denials of care through age-related treatment exclusions. The NHC is the unquestionable blueprint for Obamacare.
We will soon see the implementation of this practice across the national socialist health care systems across the planet.  In short, the elderly have a duty to die and to die inexpensively. As thAgenda 21 watchdogs have repeatedly reported, Obama represents global interests that want 90% of us dead. Through the use of abortion, contraception and elderly genocide, can there any question that our population is being targeted for a British style elderly genocide?

GOP Senate Candidate Linked Obamacare With Global Conspiracy 'To Control Life'

Obamacare, the United Nations' Agenda 21, the National Defense Authorization Act. All of these things appear to be linked, in the mind of North Carolina GOP Senate candidate Greg Brannon, a global conspiracy "to control you, to control me, to control life."
He also seems to believe his kidney disease might be the result of a flu vaccination.
BuzzFeed flagged Brannon's 2012 comments during a local radio interview. Brannon, a physician, is running as the tea party alternative to North Carolina House Speaker Thom Tillis, who has been the presumed frontrunner for the GOP nomination. A March 11 poll from the Democratic-leaning Public Policy Polling found Brannon and Tillis tied at 14 percent to lead the Republican primary field.

For the uninitiated, Agenda 21 is a non-binding UN plan regarding sustainable development that is the subject of numerous fringe conspiracy theories. Glenn Beck, for instance, wrote a dystopian novel about it, and Beck's news site, The Blaze, has warned readers that it could lead to a one-world government.
"This scam of Agenda 21, this scam of humans are poisoning the earth, is a scam," Brannon said. "They are using that to control you, to control me, to control life."
"That's why Obamacare, Agenda 21, NDAA, all these things are the collective over the individual. The spirit of 1776 must be rebirthed because we are living in the Orwellian 1984."
Brannon has re-raised the specter of Agenda 21 during the current campaign. The Huffington Post reported on his comments in February challenging Tillis to make his views known.
"I want to know how Agenda 21 is attacking our private property," he said. "This is going to be bloody because Mr. Tillis does not want that kind of fight, he's not comfortable with those forums. So I'm going to disagree with this. This is truly confrontational because you know what happened? They took my Constitution away."
Brannon also said in the 2012 interview that nearly 30 years ago, during his medical residency, he received a flu vaccine and, about three weeks later, he experienced the onset of a kidney disease that he still suffers from.
"I can't say what I have came from that," he said. "There's a lot of correlation that it does."

If you haven’t heard about Agenda 21 or if you had and thought it was a fake think again. Obamacare may be the first of many steps in Agenda 21. The actual idea behind pushing Obamacare even though everybody in office knows it is a dead bill and will ultimately fail is this: By the time Obamacare does fail there won’t be any private insurance companies left to carry the ball and then to pick up the ball the oh so kind government will become the payee for all of your medical needs; Ted Cruz said as much. They will eventually dictate who will get what care and what doctors you will see. They will eventually resort to euthanizing the elderly and the very ill because they will be of no use to the government’s Agenda; according to Agenda 21 documents.
Step 2 in Agenda 21 is the removal of all guns and projectile type weapons from all people living within the country. This is already being acted upon behind closed doors and the strange incidents that are taking place that don’t add up are all part of this plan; according to Agenda 21 documents. Hunting will become illegal so nobody will need hunting guns, Bows or Arrows, etc., and special police will be policed at every community cite, (will explain in a minute); the public will be told this is to save endangered species from extinction. The police will be around to ensure that no person does anything out of the ordinary.
Step 3 is to remove every person from their home because they will not own a home anymore; by this time everything will be owned by the World Bank. People will be moved into prefabricated community buildings that will range from (4) stories to (10) ten stories tall in some areas. You will work in the communities you will be living in and the government will dictate to you what kind of work you will be doing. You will have no choice if you wish to live.
People will not receive paychecks and all pay for your medical, housing and clothing will be removed immediately from your pay. You will all be issued plastic cards that will have your entire history on it and that will have whatever “credits” you have left to spend. You will be told how to live, what to eat, how to dress, etc. No deviations will be permitted.
People will not be able to go into the woods or to rivers or lakes to fish either. All recreational places most people go to in order to relax today will be completely off limits to everybody except of course the top 2%, those in charge of running the so called government and of course members of the World Bank and all of the afore mentioned families. Each community will have “no go zones that will be guarded by high fences, some topped with barbed wire and in some places live wires. Trespassers will be immediately and swiftly dealt with.
To put it quite bluntly no person will have a mind of their own to use if it does not conform to their rules and regulations. All people living within their communities will be treated the same. While there will no longer be any class among people there will be no individuality either.
Agenda 21 was signed into affect by George H. W. Bush when he was in office; don’t forget that he was a Republican. Two years ago when I was shown some of the documents and plans for Agenda 21 I didn’t want to believe it. I kept telling myself that this kind of thing just wouldn’t happen in the United States of America. Like so many others I thought it was some crazy theorist thing, but yesterday I sat diligently listening to the various heads and leaders of all of the different countries and heard many eluding to “the agenda being on target in their countries.” It wasn’t until a couple of them actually stated that Agenda 21 was the Agenda they were alluding to that stunned me. Then I remembered what I was shown and it was not very pretty.
It was once stated by another President a long time ago that if the United States of America were to fall it would be from within. That President was correct.

Just as I was finishing up this article here came the proof of the very next step in Agenda 21 which by the way a good deal of it is due by the year 2015 for their next meeting. For now here is stage 2 of Agenda 21. Now they will work hard to confiscate all guns and projectile weapons. The Senate pushed Obamacare don’t count on them blocking crap. They are under Obama and Pelosi and the Clintons, and the Bush’s and the World Bank; the American people don’t matter anymore.
