Leaked Document Reveals Who Is Behind Jihadists ISIS Recruitment - Here's a Hint: Obama Just Released 5 Taliban Leaders to Them

A secret document was revealed (see References) which was issued by the Qatari Embassy in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, revealed that Qatar was able to equip some 1,800 volunteers from North Africa to fight in Iraq’s notorious ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant).

The document bears the signature of the Acting Qatari Embassy in Libya, Nayef Abdullah Al Emadi, in which he wrote that “the volunteers completed military and combat training with heavy weapons, especially in the camps Zintan, Benghazi, Zawiya and Misrata in Libya” suggesting to send these fighters in three batches over the Libyan ports to Turkey, and then to enter northern Iraq through Kurdistan.

Emadi noted that “these groups will be ready by next week,” and “We call on the need to accelerate in coordination with the Turkish side to receive the fighters in the appropriate port, and let us know the appropriate dates to send those groups.”
Besides Qatar’s aid to the ISIS, the document bolsters the case of Turkey’s involvement. Turkey has aided the ISIS in the northeastern parts of Syria when terrorists like the ISIS continue to organize the theft of oil to be shipped towards Turkey and sold cheaply which funded over $800 million to terrorists including the ISIS. That including Turkey’s secret plan that was exposed via a leaked recording in which the top Turkish officials were audio taped conspiring to even use the ISIS to invade Syria.

United Nations (United States) (AFP) – Syrian rebels linked to Al-Qaeda have seized UN weapons, uniforms and vehicles from peacekeepers in the Golan and set up a “safe zone” to wage attacks, the Syrian ambassador said Tuesday.

The United Nations on Monday was forced to pull back hundreds of peacekeepers to the Israeli-occupied sector of the Golan after Syrian rebels advanced on their positions.

Syrian Ambassador Bashar Jaafari said fighters from Al-Nusra “had succeeded in occupying all of the Syrian side” of the Golan, driving out the troops from the UN Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF).

“The terrorists are now using United Nations cars, which hold the emblem of the United Nations forces in the Golan. They are using the uniform of the UNDOF, the weapons of UNDOF, the positions of UNDOR to shell on the Syrian army as well as on the civilians in villages,” Jaafari told reporters.
The UN Security Council is due to discuss the crisis on the Golan during a session on Wednesday after more than 40 Fijian UNDOF troops were held hostage for two weeks by Al-Nusra.

Jaafari accused Israel, Qatar and Jordan of being behind a “very big plot” to destabilize Syria by letting the Syrian rebels take control of part of the buffer to set up a “safe zone” from where it can wage attacks.

A new report by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon listed several clashes on the Golan since May, but said UNDOF must stay the course and continue to fulfill its mandate.

UNDOF monitors a 1974 ceasefire between Israel and Syria on the Golan Heights.

Israel seized 1,200 square kilometers (460 square miles) of the Golan during the Six-Day War of 1967, then annexed it in 1981 in a move never recognized by the international community.

Some 510 square kilometers of the Golan remain on the Syrian side of the ceasefire line, with UNDOF overseeing a buffer zone stretching some 70 kilometers from Lebanon in the north to Jordan in the south.

Six countries contribute troops to the 1,200-strong UN force on the Golan: Fiji, India, Ireland, Nepal, the Netherlands and the Philippines.

Former Rep. Ron Paul’s push to audit the Federal Reserve got another boost Wednesday when the House passed the bill for the second time in three years, and by a bigger margin than before.
The bill, now sponsored by Rep. Paul Broun, Georgia Republican, was approved on a 333-92 vote, with all but one Republican and 106 Democrats in favor of it. That’s a major jump from last time, when a majority of Democrats voted against it.
Still, despite the overwhelming support, the law is likely to die. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, who had previously indicated support for such an audit, reversed himself in 2012 and said he wouldn’t let the bill come to to the Senate floor.
Mr. Paul, a long-time congressman who twice ran for the GOP’s presidential nomination, made auditing the Fed one of his chief campaign issues, and it regularly drew loud applause from his followers.
The bill would order the nonpartisan Government Accountability Office to review the Fed’s decision-making — particularly on monetary policy.
Congress established the Federal Reserve a century ago. The system, which consists of a board of governors and 12 regional banks, acts as lenders of last resort to the country’s banking system, and is charged both with fighting inflation and promoting economic growth and employment.

USS JAMES E. WILLIAMS, At Sea (NNS) -- Capt. Anthony L. Simmons relieved Cmdr. Curtis B. Calloway as commanding officer of guided-missile destroyer USS James E. Williams (DDG 95) at sea Sept. 16.

Simmons arrives from the staff of Commander, Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 2 and will remain in command pending the completion of a DESRON 2 command-directed investigation into the command climate aboard James E. Williams.

Calloway, former James E. Williams executive officer Cmdr. Ed Handley, and Command Master Chief Travis Biswell have been assigned to the staff at Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic pending the outcome of the investigation.

The ship and her crew departed Naval Station Norfolk May 30, for an eight-month deployment to the 6th Fleet area of operations. While there they have been participating in security operations, exercises, and combined cooperation (foreign nation) operations in conjunction with U.S. Africa Command.

In an extremely rare move, the US Navy removed a ship’s top three commanding officers from their posts while it is at sea. The Navy is conducting an investigation into the command climate aboard the USS James E. Williams (DDG-95).
Cmdr. Curtis B. Calloway was relieved as commanding officer of the guided-missile destroyer, along with Executive Officer (XO) Cmdr. Ed Handley and Command Master Chief Travis Biswell. The three posts make up the leadership aboard the Williams, an Arleigh Burke-class destroyer that has been underway since May 30.
Calloway was removed on Tuesday by Capt. Anthony L. Simmons, the deputy commodore of Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 2, who “will remain in command pending the completion of a DESRON 2 command-directed investigation into the command climate aboard James E. Williams,” the Navy said in a statement.
The military did not provide any details or explanation into the problems with the “command climate” that the three men created on board.

“Removing the three positions — commander, XO and CMC — almost all at once is exceedingly rare,” the US Naval Institute (USNI) reported.
The ship is halfway through a planned eight-month deployment to the US 6th Fleet at the Horn of Africa. The purpose of the deployment to US Africa Command is to conduct training and exercises with partner nations. This is not the first time since the Williams left its home base of Norfolk less than four months ago that it has made headlines.
On June 19, Boatswain’s Mate Seaman Yeshabel Villot-Carrasco, 23, of Parma, Ohio died aboard the guided missile destroyer while it was underway in the Red Sea. Her death, of non-combat injuries, is being investigated as a suspected suicide.
A Navy official who spoke on background to the Navy Times said there is a separate investigation being conducted by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service into a liberty incident that occurred in the Sixth Fleet area of operations, but declined to divulge further details.
It is also not the first time that the top three commanders of the Williams were relieved of command at the same time. In 2009, skipper Cmdr. Paul Marquis and Command Master Chief Timothy Youell reassigned to administrative duties at Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic (CNSFA). The executive officer, Cmdr. Daniel D. Sunvold, was reassigned as the XO onboard USS Bainbridge (DDG 96).
That leadership overhaul came after nine James E. Williams Sailors received nonjudicial punishment in November 2009, following investigations that substantiated charges of fraternization between senior and junior enlisted personnel aboard the ship, the Navy said in a statement at the time. The ship was in Norfolk when the relief occurred.
Calloway, Handley and Biswell ‒ who had served as the highest non-commissioned officer on the ship ‒ “have been assigned to the staff at Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic pending the outcome of the investigation,” the Navy said.
