11 ISIS MEMBERS CROSSED THE SOUTHERN BORDER…

IllegalsCrossingDesertEleven ISIS members are believed to have crossed the border just outside downtown El Paso, Texas today.  They were mixed in among almost 30 children, and 15 adults from Central America.  Once across the border they quickly broke off from the main group and met up with 2 unidentified males, both approximately 5 foot 7 inches and 160 pounds, both men were described as heavily tanned with beards, one redhead and one brunette.
The eleven men were quickly loaded into two older white FORD vans that left the area in different directions.  Authorities said that both vans had been tracked to the outskirts of town by traffic cameras until they vanished into the countryside.  When they were last seen, one was headed north on interstate 35 while the other was headed west on interstate 10 after using county roads to bypass the check-point maintained by ICE west of El Paso.
Authorities have managed to learn from some of the original group that the men stayed together most of the time, spoke English and were carrying heavy packs and weapons.  They had told the illegals that if they were stopped, to say nothing about them.  The men generally followed the group about 200 yards back.
A spokesman for Homeland Security told news sources that one of the men had died prior to the border crossing and with the help of the Mexican government, the body has been recovered.  The cause of death appears to have been a broken neck sustained when he lost his footing and fell down a step 90 foot ravine.
From personal effects found with the remains, DHS has learned that the subject was a 24 year old male from a small town outside of Oklahoma City.  No name has been released, but the subject is said to have been missing for almost 2 years following his release from Oklahoma State Prison where he is believed to have converted to Islam.
Mexican sources have told us that among the items in his pack were six doses of Neurotoxin antidote, an American passport showing his entry into Mexico from Turkey 2 weeks ago, a copy of the Koran, two machine pistols with a dozen clips, three grenades, four pounds of Semtex explosive, a map of the mid-western states, and an untraceable cellphone.   The subject was also carrying an AK-47.
Homeland Security cautioned against panic from these reports, saying that we just don’t know enough to make any assumptions yet. An autopsy will be performed later today.  Meanwhile, an all-points bulletin has been issued for the white vans used in the evacuation of the other 11 men.
Sources close to the White House were quoted as saying “While we are highly interested in finding these individuals, we have no evidence that they are guilty of anything.”  When asked if the President thought this might be the prelude to a wide scale terrorist attack, the spokesman said, “The President is monitoring the situation closely but has not seen anything that warrants any action other than that which is currently being taken.”

This story SATIRE. It was written to underscore the likelihood that such persons have or will be crossing the southern border very shortly.  It is also meant to awaken the public to the likelihood that any targets will not just be in New York or Washington, but could be anywhere in the country.  It is not intended to scare you or create a panic. Its sole purpose is to awaken you and other Americans to the ease with which we can be infiltrated and the fact that the Terrorists are here, and there are more coming.  Do not put yourself in a situation where your options are limited. Stay vigilant and attentive to the things and people around you as we approach the anniversary of 9-11 and our upcoming Christian holidays.  Please share this with your friends and families, it might just save their lives.

NATO Summit: MoD discusses Sentinel maritime upgrades with Raytheon

NATO Summit: MoD discusses Sentinel maritime upgrades with Raytheon

Raytheon is currently in dialogue with the UK Ministry of Defence regarding the possible upgrade of its Sentinel R1 surveillance aircraft to include a maritime search capability that the Royal Air Force said it desired back in July.
During the Farnborough air show UK Prime Minister David Cameron pledged to extend the Sentinel programme to 2018, as well as earmarking some £1.1 billion ($1.8 billion) for a series of defence developments, including investing more in intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.
In parallel to the operational extension of the Bombardier Global Express-derived Sentinel, the RAF declared during the air show that it would desire a maritime surveillance capability for the primarily overland-operated aircraft. This could be achieved by adding a software-based maritime channel to the radar, although the actual means by which this would happen in terms of programme scheduling and funding is yet to be decided.

Philip Nettleship, chief engineer of airborne solutions at Raytheon, says that one aircraft will be used to test the upgrade – which would effectively turn the aircraft into a maritime surveillance aircraft – and this would be tested in 2015.
“It will go into a trials period,” Nettleship says. “We’re not 100% sure when that will start, and we’re still in discussions as to what will happen.”
Nettleship stresses that the aircraft would not fit a maritime patrol aircraft role – a capability that the UK is lacking – but the company is in conversation with Airbus regarding a potential solution for this should a requirement be formalised.
He says that of the five-strong Sentinel fleet, one aircraft is in maintenance in the UK, one is being used for training in the UK, while it is believed that two are stationed in Oman to be easily deployed for operations in Afghanistan. The other has been operating in Nigeria this year in the fight against Boko Haram militants, although it is unclear as to whether this aircraft still remains in Africa.
The UK provides the Sentinel as its offering for NATO ground surveillance. The alliance is also acquiring the Northrop Grumman RQ-4 Global Hawk high altitude, long endurance unmanned air vehicle, which other nations are providing financial support for.
According to a parliamentary response from this week, it will cost £198 million per year for the UK to keep all five Sentinel aircraft in service until 2018.

Military Experts: With ISIS in El Paso, Ft. Bliss in Danger of Terrorist Attack

Military Experts: With ISIS in El Paso, Ft. Bliss in Danger of Terrorist Attack

SEPTEMBER 04, 2014
The recent increase in security at a key Army base near a Mexican border city where Islamic terrorists are confirmed to be operating and planning an attack on the United States indicates that the facility is a target, according to senior military experts contacted by Judicial Watch.
Last week JW reported that the militant group Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS) is working in the Mexican border city of Ciudad Juarez and planning to attack the United States with car bombs or other vehicle borne improvised explosive devices (VBIED). High-level federal law enforcement, intelligence and other sources confirmed to JW that a warning bulletin for an imminent terrorist attack on the border has been issued. Agents across a number of Homeland Security, Justice and Defense agencies have all been placed on alert and instructed to aggressively work all possible leads and sources concerning this imminent terrorist threat.
Juarez is a famously crime-infested narcotics hotbed situated across from El Paso, Texas. Ft. Bliss is the Army’s second-largest installation, spanning more than 1 million acres with an active duty force of 34,411 and headquartered in El Paso. Two days after JW broke the story on ISIS operating in Juarez, Ft. Bliss announced it was increasing security measures. A statement that went out to the media was rather vague, attributing the move to several recent security assessments and the constant concern for the safety of military members, families, employees and civilians.
But senior military officials contacted by JW this week reveal that military installations in the U.S. only make changes to security measures when there are clear and present threats. “It’s a significant issue when this is done,” says retired Army Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin, former commander of the Army’s elite Delta Force who also served four years as Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence. “That means they’re getting a threat stream. Ft. Bliss had to have a clear and present threat.”
The inaccuracies to the public appear to be part of a broader effort by the Obama administration to downplay the bloodshed that has long plagued the southern border and now the imminent threat of Islamic jihadists planning a strike as the 13th anniversary of the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil approaches. Remember that Obama’s first Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano, famously proclaimed that the border is as secure as it’s ever been even as organized syndicates took over portions of the region, smuggling drugs, humans, weapons and money into the U.S.
Back in 2010 a veteran federal agent disclosed that the government was covering up the growing threat by Middle Eastern terrorists entering the country through Mexico. The U.S. Border Patrol classifies them as OTM (Other Than Mexican) and many come from terrorist nations like Yemen, Iran, Sudan, Somalia and Afghanistan. The feds call them SIAs (Special Interest Aliens) and the government doesn’t want Americans to know about them or that ISIS is operating adjacent to a major American city. “ISIS is working with the drug cartels,” confirms retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely, who’s regularly briefed by high-level contacts in the region. Besides Ft. Bliss, Maj. Gen. Vallely believes another Texas Army base, Ft. Hood, is also a target for Islamic terrorists.
As we all know, Ft. Hood was already attacked by a radical Army psychiatrist (Nidal Malik Hasan) who murdered 13 colleagues and wounded dozens of others as he chanted “Allahu Akbar!” (God is great in Arabic). Hasan had ties to a radical mosque leader (Anwar al Awlaki) who promotes jihad against the U.S., attempted to contact Al Qaeda associates prior to the attack and defended Islamic suicide bombers in comments he posted on the internet.
Hundreds of miles across the Lone Star State, geography makes Ft. Bliss an exceptionally big target at the moment, JW’s military experts say. For starters it’s a sensitive compound that sits near a notoriously porous border adjacent to a Mexican city long run by heavily armed drug cartels. As the anniversary of 9/11 approaches and ISIS establishes itself in Juarez, there’s no question the El Paso Army base is vulnerable, military experts told JW this week.
“Given how easy it is to cross the border terrorist can easily cross it,” Lt. Gen. Boykin said. “We’ve known for some time that terrorist elements have entered the U.S. through Mexico. This is nothing new.” Actually, Islamic terrorists are likely planning multiple attacks in the border region, including perhaps malls and power grids, according to Maj. Gen. Vallely, who assures that the cells are quite sophisticated. “They are well organized and well-funded,” he said.

For the second time Judge Martin Feldman rules against Obama administration

Posted on | September 3, 2014 | 22 Comments
USA TODAYJudge Martin Feldman is a conservative judge in La. several years ago he ruled against Obama administration and and issued  injunction against a ban on drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, which helped the gas and Oil industry to stay afloat.
  1. Today Judge Feldman ruled to uphold a ban on gay marriage in LA.

The decision is actually not anti-gay, it simply upholds the right of the citizens of the state to define the marriage, whether it is a union between a one man and one woman or  or whether it allows homosexual marriage and  in some cases polygamy.

As we know, Obama and his administration has long pushed for nation -wide legalization of gay and lesbian marriages irregardless of the will of the people in most states. Majority of states passed laws banning gay marriages. I, personally,  feel that it shuld be up to the people of the states, not up to unelected federal judges to define the marriage.

Definition of marriage and gay marriage is something that should come from the voters, not federal judges. In CA voters passed prop 8, which defied marriage as a union between one man and one woman. A gay couple shopped for an openly gay federal judge, who undid the law, which passed after multiple battles and millions of dollars spent on both sides. Our attorney General, Kamela Harris, recipient of large donations from the Gay and Lesbian community, decided not to defend the state law, even though it was her duty, as AG to do so.

The issue of gay marriage was not resolved on the merits by the Supreme Court. Until now the federal law, Defend of Marriage act, DOMA,  was stricken not because the Supreme court decided that every state has to recognize the gay marriage, but because it stated that this is a state issue and not a federal issue, that it is up to the states to decide.

We can expect this and multiple other cases to reach the Supreme Court as now there is a real controversy: some federal judges have stricken  bans on gay marriage, while others affirmed them.

We can expect Anthony Kenny, a perpetual swing vote, to decide on this one. He is currently wedged between Scalia, Roberts, Alito and Thomas on one side and Breyer, Kagen, Sotomyor and Bader-Ginsburg on the other side.

In the last years Kennedy leaned more towards the left, however he might rule that allowing gay marriage should be up to the voters, that the definition of marriage, age to get marriage, marital benefits, is a state issue and it should be decided by the states under the 10th amendment and by the voters of the states, not by the elitist federal judges.

So, what say you Justice Kennedy?

Q and A in regards to today’s decision by federal judge Martin Feldman to go against other federal judges and uphold LA ban on gay marriage

Q and A in regards to today’s decision by federal judge Martin Feldman to go against other federal judges and uphold LA ban on gay marriage

Rhoda Penmark Marriage for gays has to be uniform throughout the country because of:
1. Federal taxes
2. People serving in the military
3. Denying gays the right to marry is immoral
Answer from Orly:
I respect your opinion on the issue. I should say, though, that taxation and army service are different from marriage. People can be granted tax benefits for same sex unions, also, gays were allowed to serve in the military before legalization of the same sex marriage. I believe, people are more open and accepting on these two issues. In terms of morality I simply do not know. We do not have answers yet: why about 2% of the population have same sex attractions? Is it a variation of norm, is it a psychological issue, is it an influence of the environment? So far nobody found a “gay gene”. Twins studies show that there is no genetic predisposition. I guess, many in the society struggle to answer the question: why is it happening? is it a part of the norm?
Many decided that until they know what it is, they are not ready to codify it as marriage and this is the reason, why only a handful of states voted to allow gay and lesbian marriage. I believe that people want more answers before they are ready to vote “yes” on gay marriage. When obnoxious federal judges shove gay marriage down people’s throats after most states voted “no” time and again on gay marriage, people get angry and combatant not only against gay and lesbian couples, but also against elitist judges, who substituted the will of the people with their own thinking, their fad of political correctness. This is simply not the way to go.
Since the Supreme Court ruled in DOMA that gay marriage is a state issue, it should not be up to the federal courts to overturn the state bans on the gay marriage. This constitutes a usurpation of the state power guaranteed to the states in the 10th amendment and guaranteed to the people in the 9th amendment.
I respect the decision of the people of NY, Vermont and MA to allow gay marriage. They voted for it and so be it, this is their choice. With this being said, I also respect the decision of people in other states to define the marriage as a union between one man and one woman. If gay and lesbian community wants to change this, they need to do it the right way, by placing a proposition on the ballot, arguing the case to the people and changing the mind of the public, doing it legally, not by seeking one gay federal judge in California, who substituted the state law with his own opinion and started the snowball of cookie cutter decisions by politically correct robot judges, who have zero respect for the people’s rights, zero respect for the legislative process, zero respect for elections, zero respect for the state rights and for the separation of powers.
It is interesting that the same federal judges allowed Obama with a flagrantly stolen CT Social Security number and all fabricated IDs to sit in the WH and cause so much damage to this nation. Many judges argued that they do not want to overturn the elections, however they are perfectly ready and eager to overturn the elections on the issue of the gay and lesbian marriages. This shows that these  judges as simply lacking integrity.
This issue is so raw in many states, that it might lead to some states seceding, as the states are already fed up with 18 trillion debt, half of which was incurred in the last 6 years by Obama, IRS scandals, shipping all of the jobs abroad, open borders and flooding of the nation with millions of illegals. This issue might end up being the last drop.
