This came in the wake of new email revelations that showed that the entire Obama White House was in on the coverup, misleading the American people on the nature of the attack to get himself reelected.
Gowdy appeared on On the Record with Greta van Susteren last night to discuss these new developments, and he mentioned that he has some damning evidence that will show a deliberate effort on the part of Obama to withhold documents related to the attack from Congress.
“Well, I have evidence that not only are they hiding it, there is an intent to hide it,” Gowdy replied. “I can’t disclose that evidence yet, but I have evidence that there was a systematic, intentional decision to withhold certain documents from Congress.”Gowdy also discussed why having a select committee on Benghazi will be beneficial to the investigation. He said that it would have subpoena powers and it would cross jurisdictional boundaries, which have been an impediment to the investigation thus far:
“And we’re just sick of it,” he added. “So we’re gonna have him come explain why we’re getting documents 20 months late.”
“If you want to have Greg Hicks and the station chief from Tripoli and Hillary Clinton all sitting at the same table, you need to have a committee that has the power to do that,” he said. “And a select committee would have that power.”

Go get him, Trey Gowdy. I couldn’t think of anyone better to finally expose the lies and the massive coverup that this administration has perpetuated since the day of the attack. We finally need to hold everyone, including Obama, Hillary, Susan Rice, and anyone else, accountable for their actions that night and since then.

Are we supposed to believe that Osama Bin Ladin and President Obama could be one and the same person, or is Obama actually the actor portraying Bin Ladin before becoming a senator in 2004?
Witnesses Sabbath La Fleur and her sister Precious La Fleur
Both testified that they checked the Columbia University archives and yearbooks dating from 1980-1985 and they could find no evidence or photos of any Barack Obama or Barry Soetoro. They also testified that they could not find any Phil Bonner either. Obama stated in his book that Bonner was a friend of his that attened Columbia University with him, after a transfer from Occidental college.
Via the Conservative Monster, 5/17/10; Today was a very busy day, but I will make it as brief as possible. First, I want to say that I believe Pastor Manning and his witnesses are proving without a doubt that Obama did not ever attend Columbia University physically. Some of Pastor Manning’s witnesses are members of his congregation, but they have been very credible with their testimony. It is their community and they know every nook and cranny of their neighborhood, unlike Obama.
Obama stated in his book “Dreams From My Father” (rumored to be written by Bill Ayers) that he briefly lived at 109th Street and Broadway in Spanish Harlem while he says he attended Columbia University. The only problem is that address in not located in Spanish Harlem and for someone to say that after living in the area and attending the University shows that they do not know the area. So, you figure that one out.
Remember that the purpose of this trial is to prove that Obama never attended Columbia University and that his degree that he obtained was allegedly bought, not earned. Columbia University refuses to comment on this issue or respond to questions. What are they so afraid of? Do you mean to tell me that these records are also sealed? Interesting…
Dr Allan Keyes and Wayne Allyn Root
Pastor Manning stated that he had spoken on the phone with both Dr. Keyes and Wayne Allyn Root about their possible assistance with this trial. Dr. Keyes stated that his lawyers advised him not to testify and pastor Manning understood completely. Wayne Allyn Root, was supposed to testify on Sunday, but there was a mix up and he did not. Mr. Root was willing to testify, but Pastor Manning felt that it was not necessary due to the testimony from Sunday by witnesses.
Plus, there was a massive smear campaign on the Internet by fellow Libertarians that were shouting the “bither” name at Root for even thinking about participating in the Columbia trial. Glenn Beck has many of the libertarians split on this issue and I am sure that Barry and Soros are very happy for Glenn’s assistance in undermining the eligibility movement.
Fox New video
Pastor Manning then submitted into evidence a documentary done by Bill Hemmer of Fox News on Obama, prior to the election. The video stated that “over 400 students and faculty were questioned and not one of them knew of Obama or the fact that he even attended Columbia University”.
1. The video also showed Obama’s school records from Indonesia where it stated that his name was Barry Soetoro and that his religion was Islam. Obama’s “Fight the Smears” website once stated that Obama never was a Muslim, but this school records proves that to be untrue.
2. The Fox News documentary stated Obama lived in 96th Street and 1st Ave in NYC, but that seems to contradict his book where he states that he lived in 109th street and Broadway.
3. Obama traveled to Pakistan when he was just 20 years old (more on this later)
4. Obama’s roommate was an illegal alien (Pakistani) named Saddiqi.

- Day two of the Columbia trial started off with an alternate judge presiding over the case. Jan Johnson is one of Pastor Manning’s loyal church followers and she is also aspiring to run for Governor of New York. Judge Unger is reportedly returning for Sunday’s hearing.
- Judge Johnson then instructed the jury not to discuss the case outside of the court room and that they should remain to keep an open mind not to make a decision or final determination as far as a verdict.
- Pastor Manning then stated that George Washington never had the powersthat Barack Hussein Obama has. Manning then mentioned that Obama has anability to manipulate the media and people unlike any other politician today. This has given Obama even more power.
- Manning then suspiciously states that he would not be surprised if Obama sent a plant to infiltrate the jury, to undermine this trial.
12 Noon – The Bailiff swears in the jury and alternate jurors. Then, Manning plays a video of Lt Col Lakin on you Tube explaining why he disobeyed his orders to go to Afghanistan. manning and the judge note that the video is for information purposes only and that it will not be submitted as evidence.
The FIRST WITNESS
Linda Bentley, the 1st witness is sworn in. Bentley is an investigative reporter from Arizona and she was a very impressing and convincing witness with her testimony on Obama’s selective service card. Bentely, also a former private investigator went into great detail how Steve Hoffman (an immigration agent) obtained Obama’s selective service records. Hoffman filed a request for Obama’s selective service records after he saw an interview with George Stephanopolous back in September 2008.
Obama stated during the interview that “he filed for selective service after he graduated from high school”. Bentley then noted that Obama graduated in 1979 and at that time there was no requirement to file a selective service card since President Ford ended that requirement back in 1975.
Bentley then stated that Hoffman noted that the filing date on Obama’s selective service card was just 6 weeks prior to when he obtained the requested information. The date filing date on the card was just two days after the Stephanopolous interview. There were many dates mentioned, but this is what your reporter is stating that he heard.
There was also an issue with the stamp on the document since there was only a two digit number year (80), rather than a four digit number (1980). Bentley questioned whether the number was made two digits to give the appearance that it was filed in 80, rather than 08 (1980 rather than 200.
Social Security Numbers
Bentley then testified that Orly Taitz hired two investigators and they determined that Obama reportedly had over 30 different Social Security numbers that came up in the computer when his name was entered. Bentley then alleged that the number Obama is currently using is from a man that was born in 1890 in Connecticut. She then noted that Obama never lived in Connecticut and that the first three digits of the SS# came back to that state, rather than Hawaii.
Bentley also mentioned that if you ran Obama’s SS# in the computer, the results came up as Barack Obama, but the number did not belong to him.
Pastor Manning then called one of his elders, Jeff Smith to take the stand due to the fact that he is a Postal Worker the past 25 years. Manning then asked him about the controversy over the two digit and four digit years. Smith testified that the Post Office always uses four digits when they stamp documents and that he was unsure how Obama’s seclective service card had only a two digit year stamped on it. The plot thickens….
Dr Ron Polland Video – Fraud in the USA
Manning then played a video of Dr Ron Polland for the court where he showed in depth how the media targeted John McCain’s possible ineligibility issues due to the fact that he was born in Panama. In many instances, the video showed how the media was biased against McCain and for Obama.
It was also interesting to see that the attacks against anyone that questioned Obama’s ineligibility were brutal, but no attacks or name calling was used against anyone that questioned McCain’s possible ineligibility. The video also claimed that Factcheck.org was allegedly the instigator that started the name calling and this is unusual since they are supposed to be non-biased.
Manning then submitted into evidence a notarized letter from Dr Polland stating that his videos were true and that he owned them.
Cody Robert Judy
Cody Robert Judy was the final witness of the day. He was a candidate from the 2008 election that ran as a Conservative. He filed a lawsuit against John McCain and the RNC, because he questioned whether McCain was eligible to be president since he was born in Panama. His case was dismissed by the judge after McCain lost the election. Judy also stated that there was an attempt to change the requirement for Presidents to be natural born back in 2000 when McCain was running for POTUS. This did raise some suspicions.

Obama’s certificate of live birth was printed by a laser printer, but then stated that there were no laser printers back in 1961. [ BirtherReport.com: what was posted online by Obama's campaign was a CertifiCATION of Live Birth, not CertifiCATE of Live Birth, and it was never claimed by anyone that it was printed back in 1961, it is reported to be issued in 2007 ]
The serial number was blacked out on the document as to hide the date that it was actually filed.
Manning also stated that the COLB was altered and it states on the document that “any altering will make this document invalid.”
Pastor Manning said that there was some more disturbances last night in front of the Atlah church by people in the community that are upset about the trial. There were police barriers in front of the church this morning, but there were no protesters.

I have been writing about this time for, at least, the last ten years. It has now arrived. It has occurred under Barack Hussein Obama. Those who say “Obama has now lost his political power” are either not seeing what’s going on or are willfully attempting ignorance. As predicted, Obama’s power as dictator-in-chief is on the rise and growing exponentially every day.
Obama and his criminal syndicate are completely and tyrannically running the show in the USA. US and Constitutional laws are not being followed—and have not been since Obama took the Office of POTUS—by Obama and the members of his ruling cabal. Obama’s legal authority is to enforce the laws of the land. Obama has—and is—doing neither. Instead, he is writing and judging laws—replacing both Congress and SCOTUS.
The Obama syndicate didn’t like SCOTUS’ Citizens United decision regarding political contributions from all—not just its own leftist supporters. Therefore, the ObamaGov sicced its now-whollyowned IRS on Obama’s enemies conservative, Christian and observant Jewish organizations in order to keep them all from being politically active in opposing his Orwellian and subversive policies. In an article from Huff Post—hardly a conservative or even “moderate” publication—Harlow Giles Unger writes: “Nothing in the Constitution gives a president power to issue executive orders or proclamations with the force of law. The opening words of Article I of the Constitution are quite clear: “All legislative powers… shall be vested in a Congress of the United States.” “
Obama’s message that the US’ Southern border is now wide-open has reached not only Mexico, but Central America and the Middle East’s jihadis…and they are entering what used to be a country—our country—by the thousands. Obama’s—or perhaps Jarrett’s—strategy seems to have been and still does “Let them know we’re no longer trying to keep anyone out and that they can send their kids here so that the stupid American people will feel sorry for them. Then, their parents can follow and be new Democrat voters!” Note: Without well-maintained and policed borders, there is not a sovereign country. And quite obviously the Islamic terrorist groups, drug cartels, human traffickers and Latin gangs (with MS-13 members reported to be in the forefront) are now entering at will. Obama said he would “transform” what was once our country. Transform to Obama means “obliterate”…and he has done so while Congress members still do nothing to stop him in the hopes that Obama will allow them to retain their “elite-ruler” status.

Obama has overtly turned against our veterans, is in the process of criminalizing his opposition, is removing our Constitutional rights, has illegally opened our borders to all comers (effectively “providing aid and comfort to our enemies”—that’s treason) each and every day (BTW, the Obama-directed Copyright/Patent office’s decision against the name “Washington Redskins” globally removes the owners of the team’s rights to that which they have paid for decades) so that the destruction of our country will soon be completed. And please don’t forget that Muslim Brotherhood members are running huge portions of the US federal government—including, but not limited to, the US DHS.
Impeaching Obama is interesting but—unfortunately—won’t work…and he knows it. Ostensibly, impeachment would give Congress the right to provide them with discovery and subpoena Obama & Co. The problem is that the Obama syndicate will not comply with any orders that do not comport with their own “kill the USA” agenda. Just this week, the IRS issued the statement that ‘all of Lois Lerner’s emails, including those back and forth from the White House, have been lost due to a ‘computer glitch’. I can hear the conversation from Obama’s dictator chambers now: “Val, I love your idea! Let’s go with it. We’ll tell the peasants that we can’t find the emails or they’re lost…or whatever. What can Congress or the stupid American people do to us? Nothing! Heck, they voted for their destruction twice when they voted us in. Besides, we’ve militarized most of our government now to protect us while they and Congress let us do it.” (Laughter is heard while Obama takes another drag on his cig and slugs down another beer). “So, you take care of it and that Iraq thing, too. I need some sleep so that I’ll be awake on the links in the Springs tomorrow.”
We have but one choice, folks, and it was always the only and inevitable one. There are now no other options left. Obama and his cabal must be physically removed from our White House.

When you lose data during a hard drive crash, it typically means your hard drive—at least in part—is trashed. Moreover, although it's often possible to get some hard drives working again, it's best to start fresh with a new, more reliable hard drive, rather than continue risking more data loss. It’s understandable if you want to stick it out with the hard drive you’ve had for quite awhile, but the risk far outweighs the benefits in this situation. A new hard drive will likely have features that can help you stave off further disaster.
Data Recovery Step #2: Create "Master" and "Slave" Drives
Once you've purchased and installed your new hard drive, you'll want to reload your operating system onto it. The next step is to install your new drive as your master (or primary) hard drive and reassign your original hard drive as a slave (or secondary) drive-this allows you to run your computer from your new hard drive, but still gives you access to your original. This is also a risky proposition because it might lead to your new hard drive being compromised. The key here is to find out what caused your crash in the first place. It’s wise to wait to install your new hard drive until you have cured what ailed the original hard drive.
Data Recovery Step #3: Attempt to Recover Lost Data
After you have your computer up and running, you can attempt to recover the data off your slave drive by using data recovery software. This software is designed to recover data that's been deleted during a crash or was stored in sectors of a hard drive that have become damaged. You will only be able to recover your data this way if your data is still recoverable. If it’s too far gone, you will have to pick up the pieces and find a way to rebuild your digital existence.
Although the computer novice may require help performing some of the aforementioned steps, doing so can help you turn a moment of total, data-loss devastation into pure, data-recovery delight. Your luck with these steps will depend on the severity of your data loss; however, attempting to recover your data is always worthwhile, even when the situation gets grim. In the case of the grim situation, there’s no possible way for you to make things worse, if you follow the steps correctly. The disaster could become even more severe if you mess up one of these steps. If you’re not sure of your abilities, we recommend that you take your damaged hard drive to a professional.

Currently running for Governor of Colorado Tancredo is embroiled in a four way dog fight for the Republican nomination that appears to be between Tancredo and establishment candidate Bob Beauprez. The primary is June 24th and most indicators show Tancredo with a lead that is somewhere between slim and comfortable. As a result of his lead, he is drawing negative ads from his wealthy self funding opponent and outside establishment groups that have taken a toll in his polling.
In a relaxed setting I sat down with Tancredo and had a serious discussion about America’s precarious position and what he would do as Governor. He was tough, making it clear that he would challenge the administration, the BLM, or any other agency that strayed outside their constitutional bounds. He said he would actually welcome the confrontation. He is tired of the blatant disregard for the law and the constitution that is rampant in all levels of government. He’s game for an Article 5 and wants control of Colorado territorial land back from the B.L.M and Washington, DC. How bad have things gotten: “President Obama is more dangerous than any foe we face or have faced because he is in the Oval Office.”
The standard political labels don’t stick to Tancredo because of his unique combination of policy positions. His platform meshes ideas from libertarians, conservatives, independents, democrats, republicans, and anything else he finds practical, logical, and constitutional. As one local put it, “John McCain called himself a maverick?!? Tom Tancredo, he’s a maverick”
One of the most entertaining portions of the interview were his recollection of interactions with Speaker Tom “the hammer” Delay during his time in Congress. “He would pull me into his office and stick his finger right in my face and he’d tell me, ‘Tom how many times do I have to tell you, stop voting against us, it’s causing major problems.’ Then you know what he told me?!? ‘If you keep this up you’re going to ruin your career in this place.’ What he doesn’t get is that I don’t want a career in this place, I hate this place. You don’t have anything I want so you don’t have any leverage on me. Boy that really fired him up.” After the exchange escalated Tancredo says, “I walked straight down stairs to the ethics office and put it on the record.” Delay would eventually be convicted and then have his conviction overturned for similar encounters.
Colorado has become one of the largest battle ground states receiving big attention and big dollars from political strategists in both parties. Michael Bloomberg, George Soros, and the rest of the organized left have spent millions and successfully changed Colorado from red to blue. “They understand that how Colorado goes, the west will follow. We’re on the front lines on the battleground for the soul of America and we’re at war with foreign money out to fundamentally transform America.”

Federal prosecutors have arrested two Central Texas
men who they say both expressed a desire to go abroad and help terrorist
groups in Syria and Africa.
Authorities on Tuesday announced the arrests of Rahatul Khan and Michael Todd Wolfe. Both are 23.
A criminal complaint says Khan is a University of Texas student and Round Rock resident who said in an online chat room that he was recruiting fighters for "jihad" -- an Arabic term sometimes used to mean holy war.
A separate complaint accuses Wolfe, an Austin resident, of arranging to fly with his family to Turkey so he could enter neighboring Syria and fight there.
Both men are in custody and face up to 15 years in prison if convicted. Neither had an attorney listed.
