DHS Islamist tweets enthusiasm for Muslim Brotherhood

Mohamed Elibiary, a noted Islamist serving as a Senior Fellow on the Department of Homeland Security’s Advisory Council spends a lot of his time on Twitter.
In many of Elibiary’s posts, he queries why some on the right question his patriotism and whether he truly has an interest in stopping terrorists. A quick example of some of his tweets can help answer this question.
Last month Elibiary tweeted his congratulations to the Palestinians for forming a unity government between the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) and Hamas:

Moreover, in a recent tweet, Elibiary showed his open enthusiasm when the Muslim Brotherhood (founders of Hamas) announced its support for the unity government:

First, Hamas is a terrorist organization – they’ve been designated as such by the State Department and everything (#Snark). Hamas is an openly anti-, violent terrorist organization. They have claimed responsibility for the deaths of hundreds of innocent Israelis through the cowardly act of suicide bombing. Moreover, they have never renounced their interest in killing Jews and they still state that they will never recognize Israel.
Moreover, Hamas’ parent organization, the Muslim Brotherhood – according to their American branches own Explanatory Memorandum – has been waging a subversive “Civilization jihad” in America in an attempt at “destroying Western civilization from within.”
This is a man who helps craft America’s counter-terrorism policies. Yet he is openly excited that an organization that wants to “destroy Western civilization” decided to support the actions taken by one of their subsidiaries, which advocates killing Jews.
Elibiary’s Islamist sympathies have been exposed in the past.
Additionally, an appropriate Twitter post for a member of the Department of Homeland Security’s Advisory Council to issue on a unity government with Hamas should read a little more like:
‘We need to cut off all aid to the new Palestinian unity government because they are openly uniting with terrorists.’

EXPLOSIVE REPORT: VA Told Pittsburgh Hospital To Mislead Congress...

(Washington Free Beacon) --The Department of Veterans Affairs ordered a Pittsburgh VA hospital to block attempts by two congressmen to find out about hundreds of patients languishing on the hospital’s wait list, according to a CNN report.

Congressional sources told CNN that Rep. Tim Murphy (R., Penn.) received a call from Pittsburgh VA director and CEO Terry Gerigk Wolf, who said that the hospital had passed an internal audit on patient wait times “with flying colors.”
“It is my belief the purpose of the unannounced call was not to provide me the facts on patient wait times at the Pittsburgh VA, but was a smokescreen to prevent me from understanding what exactly was going on there,” Murphy told CNN. “I’ve heard the ‘all is okay’ message in midst of management failures too many times from the VA to believe it on face value ever again.”
The congressman compared notes with his fellow western Pennsylvanian, Democratic Rep. Mike Doyle.
Doyle said that Wolf had told him something quite different—that Pittsburgh had up to 700 patients on this wait list, called the NEAR (New Enrollee Appointment Request) List, for veterans enrolling for the first time. Some of these veterans had been waiting years for their first appointment.
Doyle and Murphy say they called Wolf, who told them she knew about the list three weeks before, but was told not to inform the congressional delegation about it for fear she would be fired for disclosing the information.

Border Agent Issues Desperate Plea For Help, Says U.S. Is Completely Overrun By Criminal Illegal Aliens

(Infowars.com) -- A US Border Patrol agent stationed in South Texas has reached out to Infowars in a desperate plea for help, stating more than half of immigrants crossing the border end up doing so successfully and that many of those are the most criminal types.
“As a Border Patrol Agent, I can tell you as an eye witness that we are currently losing more than we are catching,” the agent claims.
Labeling efforts to secure the border an “ongoing crisis,” the agent points to numerous issues further adding to the fruitless task, including a lack of staffing, a lack of support from the American people and the Obama administration’s refusal to acknowledge the crisis.
Patrolling the Rio Grande Valley sector, the United States’ southernmost border with Mexico and its most porous, the agent says immigrants who evade capture are typically the most violent.
“The ones we are losing are convicted felons, aliens from special interest countries, and other high risk individuals. We are so overwhelmed and preoccupied by the flood of juveniles and family units that we cannot use our resources to catch the more serious aliens,” the agent states.
Furthermore, the agent says, under the direction of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, immigrants are being rounded up and released in largely-Hispanic populated South Texas towns, such as Brownsville and McAllen, because “fewer people will notice or care.”
“We have been doing that for months before the stories broke in Phoenix, Arizona a couple of weeks ago,” reports the agent.

Desperate for a solution to the overwhelming number of immigrants flooding past the border (the agent estimates they are unable to prevent sometimes more than 10,000 per week), the CBP agent has launched a petition on the White House website asking President Obama to “Provide Immediate Border Support In South Texas.”

“The Border Patrol in the Rio Grande Valley Sector is overwhelmed and at a breaking point,” the petition says. “We The People need President Obama and the Department of Homeland Security to protect us and take the necessary steps to meet this state of emergency adequately and immediately.”
While Infowars frequently highlights violations of the Fourth Amendment by overzealous border agents, it is equally reprehensible the Department of Homeland Security and the Obama administration are failing to address the flood of criminal immigrants invading the nation.

Over a year ago, in May of 2012, the Wall Street Journal reported on a Stanford University study. Daniel Madigan, a marine ecologist who led the study, was quoted as saying, “The tuna packaged it up (the radiation) and brought it across the world’s largest ocean. We were definitely surprised to see it at all and even more surprised to see it in every one we measured.”
Another member of the study group, Marine biologist Nicholas Fisher at Stony Brook University in New York State reported, “We found that absolutely every one of them had comparable concentrations of cesium 134 and cesium 137.”
That was over a year ago. The fish that were tested had relatively little exposure to the radioactive waste being dumped into the ocean following the nuclear melt-through that occurred at the Fukushima Daiichi plant in March of 2011. Since that time, the flow of radioactive contaminants dumping into the ocean has continued unabated. Fish arriving at this juncture have been swimming in contaminants for all of their lives.
When contact with radioactive cesium occurs, which is highly unlikely, a person can experience cell damage due to radiation of the cesium particles. Due to this, effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and bleeding may occur. When the exposure lasts a long time, people may even lose consciousness. Coma or even death may then follow. How serious the effects are depends upon the resistance of individual persons and the duration of exposure and the concentration a person is exposed to.

LAW CLEARLY BROKEN -- Hagel: 'Yes, There Is A 30-Day Notification' Law; I Notified...Committee Leadership Yesterday'

(CNSNews.com) - Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said on Sunday that he's aware of the law requiring the Executive Branch to consult with Congress at least 30 days before agreeing to any prisoner swap.

"As to notification of Congress, yes, there is a 30-day notification. I notified the appropriate committee leadership, different committee leadership yesterday. That's part of the responsibility I have as the secretary of defense."
Hagel said the situation was urgent: "This was essentially, in our opinion, to save the life of Sergeant Bergdahl. As I said before, we had information that his health could be deteriorating rapidly. There was a question about his safety. We found an opportunity. We took that opportunity. I'll stand by that decision. I signed off on the decision. The president made the ultimate decision. We did spend time looking at this."
Hagel said he would not "sign off" on the release of any Guantanamo detainee "unless I am assured, unless our...country can be assured that we can sufficiently mitigate any risk to America's security."

Last night Obama administration officials told Congress that Hagel made the ultimate decision on the Bergdahl trade:

Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel – not President Obama – executed the administration’s final call to proceed with the prisoner exchange of five ranking Taliban detainees for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, administration officials told Congress today in a classified briefing today.
“They indicated [it was] Secretary Hagel [who made the final call],” House Armed Services Chairman Buck McKeon, R-California, told reporters following the briefing Monday evening. “It was the president of the United States that came out [in the Rose Garden] with the Bergdahls and took all the credit and now that there’s been a little pushback he’s moving away from it and it’s Secretary Hagel?”

But that’s not what Hagel told MSNBC on Meet The Press last week. He indicated clearly that the president made the ultimate call on the Bergdahl trade:

“We found an opportunity. We took that opportunity. I’ll stand by that decision. I signed off on the decision. The president made the ultimate decision. We did spend time looking at this. As to Guantanamo, the president has made very clear he wants to close Guantanamo.”
