EXPOSED: Dem Party Submits Different Obama Birth Certificate To Alabama Supreme Court Than One He Released At White House Press Conference

Excerpted from Free Republic: In an unusual rare move, the Alabama Democratic Party has submitted a amicus brief in the McInnish Goode v Chapman Appeal case. The reason being is most likely because the Alabama Supreme Court has Chief Justice Roy Moore presiding over it. He supported Lt. Col. Terry Lakin during his court martial. Another worry for them is another justice named Tom Parker. He once opined in a prior McInnish case:
“McInnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the “short form” and the “long form” birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public.”
This has reasons for the Alabama Democratic Party to be alarmed. In the amicus brief, the Alabama Democratic Party attacked the merits of the appeal, calling the evidence submitted by McInnish “inadmissible and not worthy of belief” and stated:
“A county sheriff from Arizona is not an “official source” of anything in Alabama.”
One thing that stands out in the amicus brief filed, specifically on page 33 is something new. It’s a Barack Obama long form birth certificate that has a different backing, something not seen before. It’s not the normal security paper backing that the Hawaii Dept. Of Health has been using. It is raising a lot of questions that even has Obama supporters baffled. “The fact that the document displays another permutation of the Obama birth certificate should come as no surprise. In fact, this recent variation actually proves the argument that the layers displayed in the White House PDF released as Obama’s “official” birth certificate file — are in fact — a big F***ing deal (to quote Joe Biden). This variation not only proves the point that manipulation occurred to create Obama’s PDF, but is further proof that – due to the layers — it is easy for manipulation to continue to occur.” — This here is for Obot eyes.

Additionally, the Fogbow copy does not have a raised seal which is required to be official.

2. The PDF copy e-filed by the Alabama Democratic Party with the Alabama Supreme Court was obtained by Birther Report. The diamond pattern is not found on this e-filing. Pixel Patriot analysis reveals the security paper background extended on the right side farther than the visible area of the PDF copy (clipped/masked version) posted on the White House servers on April 27th, 2011.

Change of Behavior or Defiant Behavior – In the 2011-2012 school year Trayvon Martin was suspended from school three times. In addition in June of 2011 he was using his social media platforms to reflect a severe anti-social personality.

Grades Drop / Truancy – in the 2011/2012 school year
from August to February Trayvon had been absent 53 days from school.
Generally that would be considered excessive by any standard.

Unexplained Money / Jewelry – The second suspension from school was for having unknown jewelry in his posession and what was called by school administrators as “a burgalry tool”.

Slang – One only needs to look at his twitter feed, and Facebook pages to rapidly identify almost another language with profanity and well-versed slang use.

Graffitti on Books and Walls – Again part of the 2nd school suspension for writing vulgarities with permanent marker on school lockers.

According to the report,
on Oct. 21 staffers monitoring a security camera at Dr. Michael M. Krop
Senior High School spotted Trayvon and two other students writing
“W.T.F.,” an acronym for “What the f—,” on a hallway locker, according
to schools police. The security employee, who knew Trayvon, confronted
the teen and looked through his bag for the graffiti marker.

Trayvon’s backpack contained 12 pieces of jewelry, in
addition to a watch and a large flathead screwdriver, according to the
report, which described the screwdriver as a burglary tool.

Nicknames and Streetnames – “NO_LIMIT_NIGGA” was his twitter handle, and “Trey” was his common albeit strangely spelled nickname amid his social circle.

The UK's Daily Mail reveals that a CNN camera crew has dug up some new details on the attack on Benghazi and the death of Ambassador Stevens, including a film of the ambassador being carried from the compound to the hospital. They talked to eyewitnesses and the attending doctor, who pronounced Stevens dead.
Stevens and three others were killed in a six hour attack that included members of the Islamist militia Ansar al-Sharia. Ansar al-Sharia has denied that they planned the attack but did not dispute that some of their members were involved. There has been speculation that former president Morsi of Egypt was involved, but it has never been confirmed.
CNN spoke with a man who filmed the ambassador being carried from the compound. CNN reporter Amwa Damon spoke to the man who told the reporter, 'I thought it was a driver or a security guy. He had a pulse and his eyes were moving. His mouth was black from all the smoke.'
That's consistant with what the doctor, Dr Ziad Abu Zei, told the same CNN crew, 'I began resuscitating him but after 45 minutes the patient gave no signs of life.'
Stevens body was then taken by the protesters who shouted, "Allah Akbar, as they drug his body through the streets.
The attacked spawned criricism of both President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for not providing the ambassador with proper security. Eric Nordstrom testified in front of congress that he and Ambassador Stevens had made multiple requests for more security, but that all such requests were denied.
One such request was denied directly by Ms. Clinton, which is contrary to the testimony she gave to the House Foreign Affairs Committee on Jan. 23. The incident is detailed in a report by several committees with access to White House correspondance. The report outlined three major details:
(1) The committees' Republicans conclude that Clinton approved security reductions at the consulate, pointing to evidence such as an April 2012 State Department cable bearing her signature. The cable was a formal request from then-U.S. Ambassador to Libya Gene Cretz for more security. In her testimony before Congress in January, Clinton said, "With specific security requests they didn't come to me. I had no knowledge of them."
(2) The interim report also charges that White House and senior State Department officials attempted to protect the State Department from criticism by altering accurate talking points drafted by the intelligence community. For instance, the report says that, after a Sept. 15, 2012 meeting, administration officials removed references to the likely participation of Islamic extremists.
(3) The report also contradicts administration claims that the talking points were changed to protect classified information. None of the email exchanges reviewed ever mentioned a concern about classified information, according to the report.
Veteran CNN reporter Damon said, 'It's still stunning to see how little protection the compound had.' Her report also details facts about the rise of the Islamic extremists in Libya.
The extremists are making it difficult for the fledgling government of Mohamed Yousef el-Magariaf to transition from 42 years of dictatorship.

After we learn of a morally-crippled poll worker named 'Melowese' voting for Obama at least six times in Ohio, now a report comes out that has the Obama regime itself working directly with like-minded scum at the North Carolina Board of Elections (BoE) to illegally register 11,000+ people. They also paid a company per registration to scrape-up voters, a blatant, in-your-face violation of federal law...

The Examiner:

North Carolina's Civitas Institute has revealed that the NC State Board of Elections and the Obama campaign conspired to register at least 11,000 people via the internet in violation of state law.

This has been confirmed through records requests filed with all of North Carolina's 100 counties. The counting is not yet complete.

North Carolina does not allow online voting, but according to Civitas, SBE staff authorized an Obama campaign website, Gottaregister.com, to use a web-based registration program.

The SBE's chief lawyer responded to the charge with a plainly disingenuous 1984-newspeak answer: Wright repeatedly denied that the SBE allowed online voter registration, insisting that it was “web-based voter registration” instead, as if there could be a “web-based” process that wasn’t online.

The technology from Allpoint Voter Services uses remote-control pens to transmit “signatures” over the Internet, according to techpresident.com. After entering voter information in an online form, the citizen “signs” it with a stylus or a finger. The Allpoint technology records the signature and then transmits it to one of two autopens – one in California, the other in Nevada. One of the pens transcribes the signature on to a paper voter registration form...

To say this is not “online” registration but “web-based” is like saying a certain vehicle
is not a car, it’s an automobile.

The point of having a “wet signature” – one in ink – is to provide a universally accepted way proving that a prospective voter is affirming in person all the facts on the form. To have an auto pen inserted at one point in this long computerized process is a far different thing...

Why all this voter fraud in North Carolina? No voter-ID law, for one: add those 11,000 live specimens (illegally registered) to the 30,000 dead voters found registered in this very same
North Carolina, and it's a wonder Romney carried the state.

But just 'cuz Obama didn't win there doesn't mean it's OK to let it slide again- it's not: this crap needs to be fought tooth-and-nail by our side, from now-on into 2014/16. And if ossified Gee Oh Pee fossils like Boehner and McConnell won't do it, something -with $ behind it- needs to happen at the grass-roots level, and quick...

3 teens charged with shooting girl, 6

Three teenage boys have been charged with the shooting of a 6-year-old girl while she was riding a scooter on the Far South Side last week.
Landon Barker, 16, of an undisclosed address, was charged in the attack that left a girl family members identify as Quianna Tomplins wounded, police said in a release Tuesday evening. Terrence Lynom, 16, of the 1800 block of North Luna Avenue, and Angelo Clark, of the 12100 block of South Lafayette Avenue, were charged this morning with first-degree attempted murder and aggravated battery with a firearm, Cook County state's attorney's office spokeswoman Tandra Simonton had said earlier Tuesday. Police gave Clark's age as 15, while prosecutors said he was 17.
The shooting started about 8 p.m. Friday during a barbecue in the 300 block of West 105th Street in an area neighbors have nicknamed “Trouble City.” A young man spotted two others and started shooting, and the two returned fire.

Quianna was struck in the chest and a woman in her 50s was shot in the thigh. Quianna remains in critical condition at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. The woman was treated and released from the hospital, spokesman Mike Maggio.
Chicago Police said the barbecue was part of an annual memorial for Brandon Snype, a man who was shot to death on the same street five years ago.
Over the weekend, the girl's mother made an emotional plea to those responsible for the shooting.
“I know you didn’t mean to do it on purpose, but please don’t go through life with this guilt on your heart,” Juannakee Kennedy said. “We forgive you, we just want some justice for our baby.”

Quianna turned 6 just two weeks ago and is preparing to start the first grade.

“She was just outside playing with her friends, the kids can’t go play outside,” Kennedy said.

Vanessa Ross said she was hosting a memorial for her son who was shot and killed five years ago while sitting in a porch on the same block. "At first we thought it was firecrackers," she said. "When we realized it was gunfire, everybody started getting up, running into my house."
Quianna collapsed on the stairs at Ross' home, she said. "These guys came out of nowhere," Ross said. "They was just shooting anywhere and everywhere."

Ross grabbed a sheet to keep the girl warm while a relative put pressure on the girl's chest in an attempt to stop the bleeding, Ross said.

"I'm like, okay, they done shot this little girl," Ross said. "That just blew me away."

A New Haven businessman was beaten so badly by rabid black animals that he doesn’t even remember the incident.
Oh, but wait. The report doesn’t even mention that these were blacks – it just says ‘teens.’

According to a New Haven Police press release, witnesses said “between five and six black male teenagers rushed him, pushed him from the moving scooter, assaulted him, and fled with the scooter.”

The good news is, there will be riots and protests until these blacks who committed this racial hate crime are prosecuted.
Jesse Jackson has already called a press conference to address this vile racial hatred.
