A series of Muslim Outreach Summits are planned coast-to-coast by the Obama administration to get feedback from Muslims on how the government can better serve them and their specific desires.

The president’s adopted home town of Chicago will be the first stop.

WND initially discovered documents referring to the Muslim summits while examining a U.S. Department of Education procurement of data-gathering and report-writing services.

The services are specific to information being assembled by the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, or WHIAAPI, which Obama created via executive order in 2009.

Upon closer inspection, however, WND learned that the Education Department explicitly will direct the selected contractor to chronicle findings and recommendations gleaned from the Muslim Outreach Summits.

The White House views this year’s venues as an extension of a previous outreach to “new immigrants and refugees – some of the most underserved in the AAPI community,” according to a document titled “WHIAAPI 2013 Faith-Based and Community Engagement.”

Complementing the prior effort will be the three “regional convenings,” tentatively scheduled June 15 in Chicago, June 22 in San Francisco and June 29 in New York City.

“These cities are main AAPI immigrant hubs and entry points for new immigrants/refugees,” according to a related document, “Questions Received from Vendors: Development and Preparation of the AAPI Annual Report to the President.”

“Each convening with [sic] include panel discussions/workshops with federal officials on key issues impacting the community and also an open-dialogue session to hear directly from the community about issues of concern.”

One vendor submitted a question to the Education Department asking, “Is there separate authorizing legislation for the Muslim Outreach Summits, or is it included in the AAPI EO [Executive Order]?”

The department, in response, acknowledged that separate authorizing legislation does not exist.

Rather, it says that Obama crafted the initiative solely through executive order, which it justified because the endeavor’s goal is to “improve the quality of life of AAPIs through increased participation in federal programs in which AAPIs may be underserved.”

The vendor-question document further states that Obama’s “faith-based outreach summits” will help the government to provide federal resources to “underserved AAPIs” while determining their ongoing needs.

When Obama signed the executive order Oct. 14, 2009, he also launched a separate President’s Advisory Commission on AAPI as well as a Federal Interagency Working Group.

The groups work collaboratively with the White House Office of Public Engagement and federal agencies “to increase Asian American and Pacific Islander participation.”

“The initiative seeks to highlight both the tremendous unmet needs in the Asian American and Pacific Islander communities as well as the dynamic community assets that can be leveraged to meet many of those needs.”

It hopes to address the needs of those communities by increasing participation in a broad swath of programs, such as those involving art, business, education, environmental and justice programs.

Sometime after the three Muslim Outreach Summits, the chosen contractor will develop and then present its summary report to the president and to newly appointed WHIAAPI commissioners.

The contracting action – the first of its kind since its inception in 2008 – will help lay the foundation for the initiative’s future work, the document says.

Part of that outreach is US attorneys and the FBI enforcing Islamic blasphemy laws we told you about earlier this week.

Parents of children at an elementary school in Colorado are furious after the American flag was lowered at the multi-cultural school and replaced with a Saudi Arabian flag. As the tenth anniversary of 9/11 approaches, someone at Bauder Elementary School in Fort Collins appears to have lowered the American symbol while raising that of the Muslim country in its place.   The flag is thought to have initially been hung at the school as one of many posted around the site in recognition of the various nationalities represented by the young students. The school’s principal insisted the flag was not raised by a member of staff in order to disrespect the American flag – and said the American flag immediately was returned to its prominent position when the issue came to his attention.  But parents argue the display was a direct violation of federal law, which states: ’No other flag or pennant should be placed above, or, if on same level, to the right of the flag of the United States of America.’ They argue it’s the result of the effect a growing Muslim population is having on the area. A photograph of the Saudi Arabian flag was taken by a concerned local and first posted on the Greeley Report blog. Former IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman is married to the senior program adviser for Public Campaign, a leftist organization that aims to dramatically reduce the role of big special interest money in American politics and especially money to conservative groups. Susan L. Anderson, the Senior Program Advisor for Public Campaign, has worked extensively with national organizations and Congressional offices in promoting “Clean Money Campaign Reform.”

It’s not clear at this point how interested Public Campaign is in reducing public sector unions in the election process. But the group is definitely against several groups that support conservatives.
The Daily Caller reported:

Former Internal Revenue Service commissioner Douglas H. Shulman, a frequent White House guest during the period when the IRS was targeting conservative nonprofits, is married to the senior program advisor for Public Campaign, an “organization dedicated to sweeping campaign reform that aims to dramatically reduce the role of big special interest money in American politics.”
The IRS is under fire for improperly scrutinizing the tax-exempt nonprofit status of conservative groups between 2010 and 2012, demanding conservative training materials, personal information on conservative college interns and even the content of religious groups’ prayers. IRS supporters have defended the beleaguered agency by railing against outside spending and special interest money supposedly pumped into the 2012 campaign by conservative benefactors.
One of those defenders is the group of which Shulman’s spouse is an executive.

It was interesting to read someone else’s interpretation of calling them the “Butcher of Benghazi”, otherwise known as President Obama and Hillary Clinton, the most secretive, corrupt, extremist, left wing and lying administration that America has ever had the misfortune to run it. It has been built, intentionally, right from the beginning, prior to 2008, on a block of lies, fraud, treason and mis-information.


The following information has come to light which throws an air of secrecy on a trip that Hilary Clinton made in early December 2012
Was the world’s media censored in covering a fatal accident that nearly killed Hilary Clinton in the Iranian City of Avaz and how did this small military aicraft, carrying such high profile passengers end up in Iran when such an aircraft carried sophisticated navigation equipment and would have normally flown coastal from Bahrain to overhead Kuwait and onwards to Baghdad as shown in the map below.
There are two stories milling around involving Hilary Clinton and also US Navy Seal Commander Job W. Price both of which could now totally be false if this report is correct………I will let you decide its authenticity!!

In December 2012, Clinton was hospitalized for treatment of a blood clot of her right transverse venous sinus, a vein within the head that allows blood to drain from the brain. Her doctors had discovered the clot during a follow-up examination for a concussion she had sustained when she had fainted and fallen nearly 3 weeks earlier, after developing severe dehydration from a viral intestinal ailment acquired during a trip to Europe.
The above explanation I find most interesting having served my time in the ambulance service……… have you ever met anyone with a blood clot and listened to just how agonizingly painful it is……especially within the head!!!!
Could this have been a spin off from a high speed air crash as a direct result of injuries to the head?
Clinton’s recovery from the concussion and treatment for the thrombosis led to postponement of her testifying to Congress on the September Benghazi matter………..that was another “US Flag Event”……..how very convenient!!
The sudden death of US Navy Seals is no new topic, especially after the “Bin Laden False Flag” fiasco and this high ranking Commander certainly has some questionable attributes worth investigating. Hyderabad – SEAL Team 4 Commanding Officer Job W. Price commit suicide. He was best known for finding and then killing Osama bin Laden.
Cmdr. Job W. Price, 42, died Saturday, Dec. 22, of a non-combat-related injury while supporting stability operations in Uruzgan Province, Afghanistan.
Suicide of the Officer of this grade raises many questions among the media, as the team was best known for killing Osama Bin Laden that assaulted his compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan on May 1, 2011.
Military officials are looking into the death of Cmdr. Job W. Price as a possible suicide, but that his death remains under investigation.
Price, 42, of Pottstown, Pa., was in charge of coordinating all Team 4 missions.
Price was in Afghanistan supporting stability operations in Uruzgan Province. He was assigned to an East Coast-based Naval Special Warfare unit based in Virginia Beach, Va.
SEAL Team 4 is among eight SEAL team deployments. SEAL Team 6 is best known among them for finding and then killing Osama bin Laden.
I guess it is now time to reveal what is floating around the “Truth News Outlets” and allow you the public to question who is telling the truth.

Was American Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on a secret mission to Iran in the first week of December 2012? More specifically, was her recent, rather long illness, due to injuries sustained in a plane crash during this assignment? According to reports emanating from Israeli and Russian intelligence sources, Clinton was injured, apparently seriously, and a top US Navy Seal Commander killed when their C-12 Huron military passenger and transport airplane crash landed in the Iranian city of Ahvaz near the Iraqi border.
Tehran has so far refrained from commenting on the news which is circulating in cyberspace and informed diplomatic circles. What is interesting is that the Associated Press carried a new item on Dec. 30, 2012, that a US plane made a forced landing in Iran and it “was not clear why the announcement of the plane’s landing was not made earlier”. The report said: “A small American commercial plane left Iran Sunday after it was repaired following an emergency landing at an Iranian airport this month, state TV reported. The plane was forced to land 16 days ago at the airport of the southern city of Ahvaz due to technical failure, Mahmoud Rasoulinejad, head of the state-owned Iran Airports Company, told the TV station”.
According to Russian intelligence sources, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmedinejad had previously landed at Ahvaz International Airport on an “unscheduled” visit. He had reputedly gone there to receive Clinton for secret negotiations regarding Iran’s nuclear programme. It is known that the Obama administration has for some time been in touch with senior representatives of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
A Foreign Military Intelligence (GRU) report circulating in the Kremlin quotes Iranian intelligence agents as confirming that the C-12 Huron aircraft is still in their possession in Ahvaz, and that the plane was “forced to land because of technical problems”. The report says that the US Navy Seal member killed in the incident is Commander Job W. Price. As leader of this highly specialized American Special Forces unit, his job was to protect high-ranking diplomats traveling in Middle Eastern and Asian combat zones.
American media have reported that Secretary Clinton will return to work next week after recovering from a “nasty bout with stomach flu” and a “concussion”. She has been ‘unwell’ for the past three weeks, the exact duration since the alleged plane crash, but has since been discharged from hospital.
The GRU report states that US military flight logs recorded by Russian air and space forces confirm that Commander Price and other members of US Navy Seal Team 4 left their base in Urozgan Province, Afghanistan, on a flight to US Naval Support Activity Bahrain where they met with Secretary Clinton. They all transferred to the C-12 Huron that began a flight path to Baghdad, Iraq. But within minutes of leaving Bahrain airspace, the report says, the C-12 Huron “without notice” deviated from the assigned flight path heading, instead, directly towards Iran’s Ahwaz International Airport.
According to Debka file, speculation about Clinton’s health began when she suddenly cancelled participation in the Friends of Syrian forum in Marrakesh on Dec 6, at a critical time in the war. It was first said she was down with flu, but on Dec 9 this was changed to a stomach bug. Then, on Dec. 10, the day before she was to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee on the September 11 terrorist attack on the US Consulate in Benghazi, the State Department announced she had sustained a concussion after fainting due to dehydration. Experts analysing the hospital bulletins feel something is amiss as blood-thinners are not usually given for blood clots related to concussion; the line of treatment is different.
Rumours about Clinton being seriously injured while on a secret mission to Iran gathered intensity after Dec. 21 when President Barack Obama announced the nomination of Massachusetts Senator John Kerry as next Secretary of State.
The sudden and unexplained death of Commander Job Price, 42, SEAL commander in Afghanistan, is believed to be linked to this incident, though the Pentagon officially reported that his sudden death on Dec. 22, in Uruzgan, Afghanistan, was under investigation.
The US State Department on December 31, 2012, denied the report in a terse one line statement to a query from EU Times: Secretary of State Clinton was not injured or involved in a plane crash.
But Hillary Clinton disappeared from the public for an unduly long period in a manner reminiscent of the sudden disappearance of Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, just days after he was appointed as head of Saudi intelligence. At that time, there were reports that Prince Bandar had been killed in a bomb attack on July 23 at the Saudi General Intelligence headquarters in Riyadh. The assassination was attributed to Syrian operatives as retaliation for the Damascus bombing on July 18 which killed members of Bashar al-Assad’s inner circle, including Defense Minister General Daoud Rajha.
Till date, there has been no official statement from either Saudi Arabia or Syria confirming the alleged assassination. However, Saudi authorities did confirm the death of the Prince’s Deputy, Mashaal al-Qarni. Prince Bandar has not been seen in public since the bombing, but is reported to be alive.

Interviews with IRS employees have established that the Washington, D.C. headquarters of the Internal Revenue Service was engaged in targeting tea party groups and other conservative organizations for unfair levels of scrutiny when they applied for tax-exempt status.
Rep. Darrel lssa, chairman of powerful House Committee of Oversight and Government Reform, made that startling announcement on CNN Sunday morning. 
'As late as last week,' he said, 'the [Obama] administration was still trying to say the [IRS targeting scandal] was from a few rogue agents in Cincinnati, when in fact the indication is that they were directly being ordered from Washington.'

Issa told CNN's Candy Crowley that his staff has interviewed IRS agents from the agency's Cincinnati office who say Washington, DC headquarters was calling the shots

A committee spokesman sent MailOnline partial transcripts of two interviews with unnamed IRS workers about the agency's actions in early 2010, on whose testimony Issa based his bombshell statement.
One of those interviewees said it was 'impossible' for a few IRS agents to have orchestrated such widespread partisan targeting on their own.

'Did [your supervisor] give you any indication of the need for the search [for tea party groups], any more context?' one IRS witness was asked in a closed-door interview.
'He told me that Washington, D.C., wanted some cases,' came the reply.
The employee, who said he or she was evaluating 40 such applications for tax-exempt status from conservative organizations at the time, said 'some went to Washington. D.C. ... I sent seven.'

CNN's Crowley heard new information about interviews that Issa's spokesman explained to MailOnline, along with helpful portions of transcripts

House Committee On Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Rep. Darrell Issa has become the lead bulldog on the IRS matter, holding hearings and supervising interviews of a reported 88 different employees from the agency's Cincinnati, Ohio office where tax-exempt applications are generally handled

The interviews, which are still ongoing, are being conducted by oversight committee staff in conjunction with House Ways and Means committee staff, and include both Republicans and Democrats.
The employee told those congressional investigators that IRS headquarters had also requested two specific cases for review.
Another employee, that witness said, 'wanted to have two cases that she couldn't -- Washington, D.C. wanted them, but she couldn't find the paper.  So she requested me, through an email, to find these cases for her and to send them to Washington, D.C.'
'[The] allegation has been made, I think as you have seen in lots of press reports, that there were two rogue agents in Cincinnati that are sort of responsible for all of the issues that we have been talking about today.,' the investigator noted. 'What do you think about those allegations?'
'It's impossible.,' the employee replied. 'As an agent we are controlled by many, many people.  We have to submit many, many reports.  So the chance of two agents being rogue and doing things like that could never happen.'
Asked whether the problem 'was originated in and contained in the Cincinnati office,' as some Obama administration officials in Washington have claimed, the agent replied that 'I still hear people saying we were low level employees, so we were lower than dirt, according to people in D.C. So, take it for what it is.'
'They were basically throwing us underneath the bus.'

Flummoxed: White House Press Secretary Jay Carney has foudn himself behind the eight-ball as the Obama administration struggles to explain how it could possibly have been in the dark about IRS abuses. On Sunday Issa called him the WHite House's 'paid liar'

'[W]e didn't do anything wrong,' the agent said, according to the partial transcript. 'We followed directions based on other people telling us what to do.'
Did those directions came from Washington, D.C.? the investigator wanted to know.
'I believe so,' was the answer.
Another Cincinnati IRS employee, whom the oversight committee described Sunday as 'more senior,' told the investigators that he or she applied for another job in July 2010 out of a desire to avoid connections with a program that targeted certain Americans because of their political beliefs.
'It was the whole tea party. It was the whole picture,' the senior agent said.
'I mean, it was the micromanagement. The fact that the subject area was extremely sensitive and it was something that I didn't want to be associated with.'

It is 'what happened now' that the employee said he or she was trying to prevent involvement with.
'I mean, rogue agent? Even though I was taking all my direction from EO Technical [the Exempt Organizations technical office in Washington, D.C], I didn't want my name in the paper for being this rogue agent for a project I had no control over.'
Three separate congressional committees will hold hearings in the coming week about the IRS scandal, including a House Oversight and Government Reform hearing Monday about the agency's problematic pending of more than $60,000 to produce two comedic videos for employees to watch during a 2010 training conference.
One was a spoof on Star Trek. The other, which the Obama IRS provided to the committee just Friday, consisted of a group line-dancing session peppered with accounting jokes.
