Virginia Set To Charge Obama With Death Penalty Murder

A stunning Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) report on current legislative actions being considered and/or proposed by the individual States in America states that Virginia appears to be close to executing a warrant against President Barack Obama for the crime of “capital murder” which carries the death penalty.

According to this report, the top law enforcement officer in Virginia, Attorney General Kenneth Cuccinelli [photo 2^nd left], believes he has sufficient evidence to charge Obama with murder over the US Presidents killing of former State resident, and US citizen, Anwar al-Aulaqi.
Under Virginia law, this report continues, “the willful, deliberate, and premeditated killing of more than one person within a three-year period” constitutes the charging of Obama with capital murder, which carries the death sentence, due to the President’s killing of al-Aulaqi’s 16 year old son, Abdulrahman Anwar al-Aulaqi, who, like his father, was also a US citizen.

Attorney General Cuccinelli, this report says, has long been critical of Obama and during a 2010 appearance, when an audience member asked, “what can we do about Obama and the birth certificate thing”, responded that if Virginia challenged a law, he could seek to invalidate it because “someone qualified to be President didn't sign it”, and the possibility that Obama was born in Kenya did not “seem beyond the realm of possibility”.

Virginia appears to one of the most anti-Obama regime States as evidenced by when the White House called drone strikes against Americans on US soil 'legal,' 'ethical' and 'wise' - even without evidence of a pending attack – they responded by starting the process of enacting a law banning the use of police and/or Federal government drones, and their city of Charlottesville becoming the first in the United States to outlaw these pilotless assassins from being in their skies.

Al-Aulaqi, this report says, served as imam at the Dar al-Hijrah mosque near Falls Church, Virginia, serving Muslims in Northern Virginia. He also led academic discussions frequented by FBI Director of Counter-Intelligence for the Middle East Gordon M. Snow. Al-Aulaqi also served as the Muslim chaplain at George Washington University and in 2002 he became the first imam to conduct a prayer service for the Congressional Muslim Staffer Association at the US Capitol.

In 2010, however, Obama signed an “assassination order” against al-Aulaqi and on 30 September 2011 he was killed after being targeted by a CIA drone strike in Yemen.

Two weeks later, on 14 October 2011, al-Aulaqi’s son Abdulrahman was likewise killed in Yemen by Obama’s order leading human rights groups to ask questions as to why this child, an American teenager, was killed by the US in a country with which the United States is not at war. Jameel Jaffer, deputy legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), further stated after this childs assassination, “If the government is going to be firing Predator missiles at American citizens, surely the American public has a right to know who’s being targeted, and why.”

The Obama regime, however, disagrees with the ACLU and in a memo obtained by NBC News this past week refers to a broader definition of imminence and specifically says their government is not required to have “clear evidence that a specific attack on US persons and interests will take place in the immediate future” in order to assassinate anyone the President chooses without either charges or trial.
The highly respected US Constitutional lawyer and political journalist Glen Greenwald, writing in London Guardian newspaper, further stated, in his article titled Chilling Legal Memo From Obama DOJ Justifies Assassination Of US Citizens:

“The most extremist power any political leader can assert is the power to target his own citizens for execution without any charges or due process, far from any battlefield. The Obama administration has not only asserted exactly that power in theory, but has exercised it in practice. In September 2011, it killed US citizen Anwar Awlaki in a drone strike in Yemen, along with US citizen Samir Khan, and then, in circumstances that are still unexplained, two weeks later killed Awlaki's 16-year-old American son Abdulrahman with a separate drone strike in Yemen.

Since then, senior Obama officials including Attorney General Eric Holder and John Brennan, Obama's top terrorism adviser and his current nominee to lead the CIA, have explicitly argued that the president is and should be vested with this power. Meanwhile, a Washington Post article from October reported that the administration is formally institutionalizing this president's power to decide who dies under the Orwellian title “disposition matrix”.

So truly Orwellian has the United States become under the Obama regime, it should be further noted, that while at the same time their President claims the right to kill or imprison any American citizen we wants, for any reason he wants, and to keep those reasons secret, the real terrorists being targeted are children, and include:

A 10-year-old boy who was nearly arrested in his New York school for saying the words “Nerf gun.”
A 5-year-old boy in Massachusetts suspended from school for building a “Lego gun.”
A 5-year-old girl in Pennsylvania suspended from school as a “terrorist threat” because she extolled the virtues of a Hello Kitty toy, and said, “I’ll shoot you, you shoot me and we’ll all play together.”
A 6-year-old Maryland boy suspended from school because he used his fingers like a gun and said “pow” while playing during recess.
A 10-year-old girl in Philadelphia searched and called a “murderer” by her school because she had in her possession a scrap of paper that looked like a gun.
A 7-year-old Colorado student suspended from school because he threw an “imaginary grenade” trying to “save the world from evil” while playing during recess.
A 10-year-old Alexandria boy arrested for bringing a toy gun to school.
To if these seven children will now become targets for assassination by Obama too it is not in our knowing, other than to mention that in the US Presidents new “disposition matrix” it might be so…and no one will ever be allowed to know why.

The Associated Press reported Tuesday that the Senate approved a sweeping, $631 billion defense bill – the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act – “sending a clear signal to President Barack Obama to move quickly to get U.S. combat troops out of Afghanistan.”

Against Obama’s “veto threat,” the Senate passed the legislation by a vote of 98-0.

The 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) not only “tightens sanctions on Iran and limits the president's authority in handling terror suspects,” the bill “authorizes money for weapons, aircraft and ships and provides a 1.7 percent pay raise for military personnel.”

However, as The Washington Times reported Tuesday, the bill “hit an unexpected bump on its journey” when an amendment on veterans’ gun rights “devolved into a heated floor debate.”

Tom Coburn, Oklahoma Republican, wants veterans who have been deemed “mentally incompetent” to have their cases adjudicated by a judge — rather than the Department of Veterans Affairs, as happens currently — and argued that veterans who simply cannot support themselves financially are needlessly given the label and, as such, cannot buy or possess firearms.

In any case arising out of the administration by the Secretary of laws and benefits under this title, a person who is mentally incapacitated, deemed mentally incompetent, or experiencing an extended loss of consciousness shall not be considered adjudicated as a mental defective under subsection (d)(4) or (g)(4) of section 922 of title 18 without the order or finding of a judge, magistrate, or other judicial authority of competent jurisdiction that such person is a danger to himself or herself or others.

“We’re not asking for anything big,” Coburn explained on the Senate floor Thursday. “We’re just saying that if you’re going to take away the Second Amendment rights -- they ought to have it adjudicated, rather than mandated by someone who’s unqualified to state that they should lose their rights.”
However, as soon as New York Democrat Sen. Charles E. Schumer discovered that Coburn’s pitch was part of a bundle of amendments tucked into the NDAA, he quickly objected.
“I love our veterans,” Schumer prefaced his opinion. “I vote for them all the time, they defend us.”
Despite his professions of “love” for “our veterans,” Schumer then equated military veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder to convicted criminals.

But if you are mentally ill, whether you’re a veteran or not, just like if you’re a felon, if you’re a veteran or not, and you have been judged to be mentally infirm, you should not have a gun.

Against Schumer’s claim that he votes for them “all the time,” according to BradyCampaign.org, Schumer was one of three Democrats who “championed” the National Instant Check System Improvement Act of 2007. While the law “strengthens the Brady Law’s National Instant Check System (NICS)” and makes it “harder for criminals and other dangerous people to buy firearms,” it also strips veterans being treated for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder of their Second Amendment rights.
“As the first new federal gun control law in more than a decade,” the website explains, “it also helps lay the groundwork to expand Brady background checks to all gun sales.”
According to Schumer’s website, “writing and helping” to “pass” the Brady Bill is among what he considers to be his greatest “accomplishments” as a senator.
When a veteran is declared incompetent, the Veterans Administration (VA) appoints fiduciaries, often family members, to manage their pensions and disability benefits. Because of Schumer’s NICS Improvement Act of 2007, the VA also automatically enters the names of those veterans in the National Instant Criminal Background Check System, which prohibits them from buying or owning firearms.
Coburn sought to amend Chapter 55 of title 38, United States Code to prohibit the VA from entering those names into the system.

“All I am saying,” Coburn said during Thursday’s Senate debate, “is let them at least have their day in court if you are going to take away a fundamental right given under the Constitution.”
“We’re talking about people who have some form of disability to the extent that they’re unable to manage their own affairs,” said Dan Gross, president of the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence. “If you’re deemed unable to handle your own affairs, that’s likely to constitute a high percentage of people who are dangerously mentally ill.”

According to a report released quietly by the Department of Veterans Affairs in September, 247,243 veterans from the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars were “coded with potential PTSD” between Oct. 1, 2001 and June 30, 2012.

Tom Tarantino, chief policy officer for Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, said veterans with a traumatic brain injury or post-traumatic stress disorder but who pose no threat to others are possibly being barred from gun ownership.

"We want to remove these stigmas for mental health treatment. It's a combat injury," Tarantino said. "They wouldn't be doing this if you were missing your right hand, so they shouldn't be doing it if you're seeking treatment for post-traumatic-stress-disorder or traumatic brain injury."

“There’s more here, frankly, than just a refusal to allow an amendment,” The Washington Times quoted of Arizona Republican Sen. John McCain’s intervention.

The late-night tussle served to pick at the scab of the ongoing debate over Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s bid to reform the chamber’s filibuster rules to place limits on the minority party’s ability to hold up debate on legislation.

“That is going to mean that it’s more likely that we have this showdown, which we think — many of us think — would be devastating to this institution and the way that it’s done business for a couple of hundred years.”

The war on terror is a hoax

The best article yet written on this subject was penned by none other than Paul Craig Roberts, former Assistant Secretary of the US Treasury and former associate editor of the Wall Street Journal.

“The US government creates whatever new bogeymen and incidents are necessary to further the neoconservative agenda of world hegemony and higher profits for the armaments industry.”
He goes on to provide details:
“If we look around for the terror that the police state and a decade of war has allegedly protected us from, the terror is hard to find. Except for 9/11 itself, assuming we accept the government’s improbable conspiracy theory explanation, there have been no terror attacks on the US. Indeed, as RT pointed out on August 23, 2011, an investigative program at the University of California discovered that the domestic “terror plots” hyped in the media were plotted by FBI agents.”
“As there apparently are no real terror plots for this huge workforce to uncover, the FBI justifies its budget, terror alerts, and invasive searches of American citizens by thinking up “terror plots” and finding some deranged individuals to ensnare. For example, the Washington DC Metro bombing plot, the New York city subway plot, the plot to blow up the Sears Tower in Chicago were all FBI brainchilds organized and managed by FBI agents.”
Robert goes on to explain the real motivation behind the war on terror. It’s not to fight terrorism, as has been publicly claimed, but rather to scare Americans into a state of blind obedience to a police state government:
“When I observe the gullibility of my fellow citizens at the absurd “terror plots” that the US government manufactures, it causes me to realize that fear is the most powerful weapon any government has for advancing an undeclared agenda. Apparently, Americans, or most of them, are so ruled by fear that they suffer no remorse from “their” government’s murder and dislocation of millions of innocent people. In the American mind, one billion “towel-heads” have been reduced to terrorists who deserve to be exterminated.”
And commenting on the TSA’s total thuggishness and criminality, Roberts writes:
“One of America’s finest moments is the case, documented on YouTube, of a dying woman in a wheelchair, who requires special food, having her food thrown away by the Gestapo TSA despite the written approval from the Transportation Safety Administration, her daughter arrested for protesting, and the dying woman in the wheelchair left alone in the airport.”

A nation of gullible, paranoia-stricken slaves

What’s really amazing in all this is how easily the American people are sucked into believing all the imaginary fairytale terrorists. These stilted beliefs are driving national decisions about security, defense spending, Presidential elections and even the Bill of Rights.
What America needs to do right now is wake from its dreamy slumber and realize The Emperor Has No Clothes! The war on terror is a fabrication. The whole “if you see something, say something” campaign is a hypnosis script for mass paranoia. The airport security checkpoints are not designed to make flying safer but to make the American people more terrified.
Every element of the so-called “war on terror” is a complete fabrication, just as the original war on Iraq was a total fabrication with its WMDs and fabricated yellowcake uranium claims which turned out to be utter falsehoods.
Of course, if the American people actually got close to waking up and realizing the whole war on terror was a complete fabrication, you can rest assured an event would be staged to instill fear in the minds of the people once again. All the FBI would have to do, for example, is allow one of their many engineered terror plots to continue all the way. The FBI, as you probably know, already provides the terror plots, the weapons, the money, the grenades, ammunition, and anything else necessary for its chosen terror suspects to carry out these acts of violence. It then takes credit for halting these attacks, pretending to be protecting us from the very plots it engineered in the first place (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CyAX…) (http://rt.com/usa/news/fbi-usa-terr…).
It obviously wouldn’t take much for the FBI to simply allow a mass shooting in a mall or a sports stadium, for example — even as such acts were carried out with hardware supplied by the FBI itself! Here, crazy kid, take some antidepressant drugs, an AR-15 and some FBI ammunition, and go shoot up the local mall, they might say. And there are crazy enough youngsters in America who would carry it out, sadly.
Such an act would immediately be heralded by the corrupt mainstream media as yet more evidence that we’re “losing” the war on terror and therefore we need police checkpoints at every street corner; we need military personnel strip-searching everyone in U.S. cities; and we need to eliminate cash from society so that we can track everybody’s purchases via electronic instruments. Heck, we need to just end the entire Bill of Rights! Who needs “rights” when all these police are everywhere to protect us, right?
So you can expect such acts of violence to be engineered and unleashed upon America in the very near future by the very institutions that claim to be protecting us from terror. In reality, they are the real terrorists in the classic sense of the word. “Terrorism” means, by definition, the use of fear tactics to achieve a political or social goal. There is no better example that fits the definition perfectly than the Department of Homeland Security itself, which is far more interested in figuring out how to INFECT people with fear rather than to PROTECT them from real terrorism.

America’s government owes the Arab-American community a huge apology

What is especially insidious in all this is how these government elements who fabricate all these terror plots specifically work to entrap Arab Americans and others who “look” like terrorists because they are of Middle Eastern descent.
Through these actions, the U.S. government has unleashed a generation of hatred against Arab-Americans, Iranian-Americans and other groups of completely innocent people who are now subjected to social shunning, ridicule and suspicion by the rest of American society. People of Middle Eastern descent are looked at in America today with the kind of condescending disdain that blacks once suffered under just a few generations ago (and in some areas, even today). Some of the demeaning vocabulary has even been grafted onto the new victims, who are viciously called “sand ni…ers” as if that somehow justifies marginalizing their very existence.
On this historical point, by the way, at least when African Americans were held as slaves, they knew they were enslaved! But all the delusional white people running around America today dialing 911 because they saw some guy using CASH — OMG! — still don’t realize that they are far more enslaved than the plantation workers ever were. All these CNN-watching, clock-punching, government-worshipping morons are slaving away 60 hours a week to feed their money into a system that has already plotted to destroy them (and steal their wealth, too). They are the “mindlessly enslaved masses” of our modern world, and they have no clue they are enslaved at all.

Government is guilty of hate crimes

Getting back to the condemnation of Arab-Americans and others of Middle Eastern descent, that the government has specifically targeted these people to be entrapped in terror plot crimes is one of the most outrageous examples of a hate crime against an entire society. It is shameful beyond belief that a government which wants to make it illegal for citizens to engage in “hate crimes” against other citizens has effectively unleashed the greatest hate crime in history by demonizing huge swaths of American citizens whose parents happened to be Persian, or Kuwaiti, or Iraqi, or Saudi.
You know who is carrying out the real terror in America today? It’s not the “towel heads” to borrow a vulgar a highly inappropriate phrase from those who push this agenda. No, it’s the beer-bellied, white-faced, ego-driven, child-molesting TSA agents who terrorize tens of thousands of innocent air passengers every single day by stripping them down in those secret little rooms behind the security checkpoint naked body scanners — which are themselves another form of electronic strip searches that violate fundamental human rights.
And all the people out there who acquiesce to the tyranny, the in-your-pants searches by the TSA, the restrictions of free speech protests, and the coming “secret detainment” provisions just passed by the U.S. Senate (http://www.naturalnews.com/034291_S…), you are all fools and suckers who have been brainwashed into a state of irrational paranoia.

Those who foolishly believe the fabricated war on terror are the ultimate pessimists

You who have bought into all this fabricated terror nonsense are the worst “doom-and-gloomers” of our time, living your lives in a constant state of fear and despair, fretting about invisible imaginary terrorists who you think are going to magically leap out of your luggage and blow up an airplane. You’ve been indoctrinated by the “if you see something, say something” paranoia, and you’ve been hoodwinked by a bunch of social engineers who know how to manipulate fear to achieve their desired political (and military) agendas.
It’s pathetic. And it’s the oldest trick in the government book, of course: Use the fear of terror to manipulate the public into supporting a police state agenda which concentrates power in the hands of the executive branch, which quickly becomes a military dictatorship. Read your history, folks, or you will stupidly repeat it.
It might also be worth your time to read George Orwell’s 1984novel, as it’s very nearly a blueprint for the Department of Homeland Security’s “perpetual war” fraud.

The Associated Press reported Tuesday that the Senate approved a sweeping, $631 billion defense bill – the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act – “sending a clear signal to President Barack Obama to move quickly to get U.S. combat troops out of Afghanistan.”

The 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) not only “tightens sanctions on Iran and limits the president's authority in handling terror suspects,” the bill “authorizes money for weapons, aircraft and ships and provides a 1.7 percent pay raise for military personnel.”

However, as The Washington Times reported Tuesday, the bill “hit an unexpected bump on its journey” when an amendment on veterans’ gun rights “devolved into a heated floor debate.”
