Democrats Are Establishing A Modern Version Of Baal Worship As A National Religion; More Reason To Oppose ObamaCare

Anyone who is truly concerned about Democracy and religious freedom in America ought to oppose the Democrat’s Leftist Totalitarian agenda. I submit that one reason for this opposition is Constitutional, in that the Democrats are seeking to establish a modern version of Baal worship as America’s national religion. This for me is also a critical reason in opposing ObamaCare since it will play a major role in the establishment of Baal worship as a government mandated religion. This will also foster a public contempt for other religions that oppose the evil practices that Baal worship advocates, and the modern version of it is Liberalism. To understand the origins of today’s Liberalism we must look to the Old Testament to see what the fruit of this pagan religion is.
“Manasseh was twelve years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem fifty-five years. His mother’s name was Hephzibah. He did evil in the eyes of the LORD, following the detestable practices of the nations the LORD had driven out before the Israelites. He rebuilt the high places his father Hezekiah had destroyed; he also erected altars to Baal and made an Asherah pole, as Ahab king of Israel had done. He bowed down to all the starry hosts and worshiped them. He built altars in the temple of the LORD, of which the LORD had said, “In Jerusalem I will put my Name.” In both courts of the temple of the LORD, he built altars to all the starry hosts.”
“He sacrificed his own son in the fire, practiced sorcery and divination, and consulted mediums and spiritists. He did much evil in the eyes of the LORD, provoking him to anger.
He took the carved Asherah pole he had made and put it in the temple, of which the LORD had said to David and to his son Solomon, “In this temple and in Jerusalem, which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, I will put my Name forever. I will not again make the feet of the Israelites wander from the land I gave their forefathers, if only they will be careful to do everything I commanded them and will keep the whole Law that my servant Moses gave them.” But the people did not listen. Manasseh led them astray, so that they did more evil than the nations the LORD had destroyed before the Israelites. The LORD said through his servants the prophets: Manasseh king of Judah has committed these detestable sins. He has done more evil than the Amorites who preceded him and has led Judah into sin with his idols.” 2 Kings 21:1-11
This reads like the platform for the Democratic Party: abortion which is modern child sacrifice, propagating homosexuality which is an effect of idolatry, and spreading fear of global warming which is the idolatry of man and nature. These are all central to ancient paganism and the Democrats are seeking to make these things an unquestionable public right. To this end I think ObamaCare plays are critical part in this, that is why it must be defeated. Giving Leftist Totalitarians so much control over lives is a dangerous thing to do.
This also means that absolutely no Christian can justify supporting a Liberal agenda that will ensure the persecution of fellow Christians.

“How can Christians, as well as other persons who share similar values, vote for a candidate who wants to persecute them for their views and to compel them, against their consciences and subject to civil penalties, to be indoctrinated and participate in the affirmation of immoral practices? In short, how can Christians vote for someone who will insure society’s regard for them as bigots?”

Once sins like the above become an unquestionable public right the only consequence will be the persecution of those do not worship at the alter of Liberalism. Any Christian who still supports President Obama and the Democrats as long as they advocate these things are Christian Kapos.
