FEMA CONCENTRATION CAMPS: Locations and Executive Orders

There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and
ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by
full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by
FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be
implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential
signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a
warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really
want to be on Ashcroft's list.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass
exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be
quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84
allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into
prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will
be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose.
Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the
program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the
federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state
and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders
already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework
for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from
the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of
the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the
largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The
Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold
approximately 2 million people.

Now let's review the justification for any actions taken...

Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution
and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for
nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential
pen:...

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990

allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control
of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995

allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997

allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum,
fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998

allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including
personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control over all
highways, seaports, and waterways.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10999

allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000

allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under
government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001

allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare
functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002

designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all
persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and
aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate
communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be
abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005

allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public
storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051

specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives
authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased
international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310

grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out
in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial
and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and
correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049

assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and
agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen
year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921

allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to
establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of
energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S.
financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides
that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress
cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management
Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank
Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division stated in a 1983
conference that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection of
individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and
military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention
of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global
audience in times of crisis." FEMA's powers were consolidated by President
Carter to incorporate the...

National Security Act of 1947

allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and
other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements
for manpower, resources and production facilities.

1950 Defense Production Act

gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy.

Act of August 29, 1916

authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of
any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other
purpose related to the emergency.

International Emergency Economic Powers Act

enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or
national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation
in 1979.

pads, railheads for prisoners, Red/Blue/Green zones for
classifying/processing incoming personnel, one-way turnstiles, barracks,

railroad, and is staffed with some foreign-speaking UN troops. A local
police officer who was hunting and camping close to the base in the game
preserve was accosted, roughed up, and warned by the English-speaking unit
commander to stay away from the area. It was suggested to the officer that
the welfare of his family would depend on his "silence". Located just

OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES
There are many other locations not listed above that are worthy of
consideration as a possible detention camp site, but due to space
limitations and the time needed to verify, could not be included here.
Virtually all military reservations, posts, bases, stations, & depots can
be considered highly suspect (because it is "federal" land). Also fitting
this category are "Regional Airports" and "International Airports" which
also fall under federal jurisdiction and have limited-access areas. Mental
hospitals, closed hospitals & nursing homes, closed military bases,
wildlife refuges, state prisons, toxic waste dumps, hotels and other areas
all have varying degrees of potential for being a detention camp area. The
likelihood of a site being suspect increases with transportation access to
the site, including airports/airstrips, railheads, navigable waterways &
ports, interstate and US highways. Some facilities are "disguised" as
industrial or commercial properties, camouflaged or even wholly contained
inside large buildings (Indianapolis) or factories. Many inner-city
buildings left vacant during the de-industrialization of America have been
quietly acquired and held, sometimes retrofitted for their new uses.

CANADA
Our Canadian friends tell us that virtually all Canadian military bases,
especially those north of the 50th Parallel, are all set up with
concentration camps. Not even half of these can be listed, but here are a
few sites with the massive land space to handle any population:
Suffield CFB - just north of Medicine Hat, less than 60 miles from the USA.
Primrose Lake Air Range - 70 miles northeast of Edmonton.
Wainwright CFB - halfway between Medicine Hat and Primrose Lake.
Ft. Nelson - Northernmost point on the BC Railway line.
Ft. McPherson - Very cold territory ~ NW Territories. Ft. Providence -
Located on Great Slave Lake. Halifax - Nova Scotia. Dept. of National
Defense reserve.... And others.

Guantanamo Bay, Cuba - US Marine Corps Base - Presently home to 30,000
Mariel Cubans and 40,000 Albanians. Total capacity unknown.

Ty for the URLs.
I won't go to a camp when called by executive order/declaration. The scenario and how to resist that is tough. It is so outside of my life experience. The USA has never been invaded. We don't have bombs going off daily in our hood. A base comfort level is maintained with food stamps and other public assistance to the populace.
What if that is all cut off in an emergency? The sheeple will be told to go here and there and be taken care of. I wonder what will happen to those of us who choose not to....
The breakdown of civilized society is nightmarish. I need to conquer that nightmare and take action to prepare.... It is all about personal responsibility.

Everyone has seen the video of Beech Grove Amtrak facility in Indiana.  http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=258.0
Another site listed, though, is Camp Atterbury near Columbus.  If you put "camp atterbury" into google maps then go to the far North end of the Camp you will see a county road running north/south called 325 E.  If you follow it south past burnside street and switch to satellite view, you will see where train tracks start.  The tracks are not seen on the "map" setting.  On older maps you can see that the tracks were once part of a larger camp system.  The rest is gone though and this portion is very well maintained.  The railhead is actually a sloped platform that is pointless for loading anything other than cattle/horses/humans.  The tracks connect to the main line that passes through Edinburgh and goes to Indy(where Beech Grove is located).  The prison at Atterbury is a short bus ride from this railhead.  There is also an unmarked airstrip beside the prison. (just add "prison" to "camp atterbury" in the search to see the complex).

You could be put on a train in atterbury and end up at beech grove.  Just a point of interest.

Jewish Quarter Resident: Obama Put Us 'Under Siege'

The visit to Jerusalem of President Barack H. Obama will impact perhaps most negatively on residents of the Jewish Quarter.

The visit to Jerusalem of President Barack H. Obama will impact negatively on many residents of the city, but perhaps the worst hit by the visit are the residents of the Jewish Quarter in Jerusalem's Old City. Residents there, said an individual who lives there, are about to find themselves under a virtual “siege,” said S.
Because of the proximity of the Old City to the King David Hotel, and many of the sites the President will visit – and especially due to the security threat by Arabs in the area – the residents of the Jewish Quarter will have to walk if they want to go anywhere. And food – at least bread and milk, which is delivered daily – is going to be hard to find. “All the stores in the neighborhood were told that there would be no more deliveries for the rest of the week. Today, Tuesday, was essentially our last shopping day before Passover,” said S.
As a result, many families in the area are likely to have a hard time preparing for the holiday. “People need to organize, to change their pots and pans and undertake other tasks, but as we are under a virtual siege, it is impossible,” S. said.
And it isn't just Obama, said S. “We are tired of the 'edicts' imposed on us nearly every week,” she said. “Now it's Obama, next week it will be another music festival, after that a food festival, and so on. During these events access to the Jewish quarter by vehicles is almost impossible. Not to mention that there is no parking. The city is concerned with getting more tourists here, but they forgot that people actually live here,” she said.

Anti-Gun Lawmakers Push Ammunition Sales Ban

Anti-Gun Lawmakers Push Ammunition Sales Ban

Posted on August 3, 2012
On Monday, July 30, U.S. Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-N.J.) and U.S. Rep. Carolyn McCarthy (D-N.Y.) introduced legislation that would impose sweeping new--and not so new--restrictions on ammunition sales.

The bills,
S. 3458 and H.R. 6241, are known as the “Stop Online Ammunition Sales Act.”  The bill itself has four elements:

  • A federal licensing requirement for ammunition sellers;
  • Recordkeeping on all ammunition sales;
  • Reporting of all sales of more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition to anyone without a federal firearms license within five consecutive business days; and
  • A photo identification requirement for all non-licensees buying ammunition, “effectively banning the online or mail order purchase of ammo by regular civilians.”
The two lawmakers’ contempt for “regular civilians” is nothing new, and neither are the first two of the requirements they propose. Starting in 1968, ammunition dealers had to have licenses from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, and also had to keep records of purchasers. The recordkeeping requirement on .22 caliber rimfire ammunition was so burdensome that it was repealed in 1982. Congress did away with the remaining licensing and recordkeeping provisions as part of the "Firearms Owners’ Protection Act of 1986" after the BATF itself said the restrictions had “no substantial law enforcement value.”

The proposed bill would turn back the clock to the days when ammunition was only available in person at licensed stores, driving up prices and making less popular cartridges nearly unobtainable for millions of lawful gun owners. The effect of all of these proposals on competitive shooters, who buy ammunition by the case lot for consistent accuracy and shoot tens of thousands of rounds each year in practice, would be especially devastating. And because the word “ammunition” is defined in federal law to include components such as bullets and empty cartridge cases, the bill would be disastrous for handloaders--especially those who enjoy shooting rare, historic cartridges.

In fact, Lautenberg and McCarthy would do well to heed the words of the Obama administration’s top negotiator at the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty conference, who pointed out to the nations of the world that “Ammunition is … fungible, consumable, reloadable, and cannot be marked in any practical way that would permit it to be tracked or traced. Any practical proposal for ammunition would need to consider the significant burdens associated with licensing, authorizations, and recordkeeping for ammunition that is produced and transferred in the billions of rounds per year.”

Bills, S. 3458 and H.R. 6241, AKA “Stop Online Ammunition Sales Act"

On Monday, July 30, U.S. Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-N.J.) and U.S. Rep.
Carolyn McCarthy (D-N.Y.) introduced legislation that would impose
sweeping new--and not so new--restrictions on ammunition sales.

U.N. triggers Plan B on global gun control

'What's at stake is the entire fate of firearms in America'

Americans who thought the United Nations’ gun-grabbing agenda collapsed with the adjournment of the Small Arms Treaty meetings in July are in for a surprise.
Enter the U.N. Programme Against Small Arms, an administrative program that National Association for Gun Rights Executive Vice President Dudley Brown says wouldn’t require a vote in Congress to be enacted, but has so far flown under the radar of most gun-rights groups.
A U.N. conference called the “Second United Nations Conference to Review Progress Made in the Implementation of the Programme of Action to Prevent, Combat and Eradicate the Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons in All Its Aspects) that concluded this past week drafted a 2012 report that says the body maintains its commitment eliminate small arms trade, despite the July setback.
Obama and the U.N. are conspiring to steal your gun rights. Get the final copies of “America Disarmed.” Extremely limited supply. When these books are gone, they will not be reprinted.
“In implementing the Programme of Action at the national level,” the report said, “States, where they have not yet done so, undertake: To support the development and implementation of adequate laws, regulations and administrative procedures to prevent, combat and eradicate the illicit trade in small arms and light weapons in all its aspects, including diversion of small arms and light weapons to unauthorized recipients.
“To establish or strengthen, as appropriate,” the report continued, “national coordination mechanisms to improve coordination among governmental agencies, in particular among law enforcement, national border and customs control agencies, and arms transfer licensing authorities, to implement the Programme of Action.
“This should include aspects of the illicit manufacture, control, trafficking, circulation, brokering and trade, as well as tracing, finance, collection and destruction of small arms and light weapons,” the report concluded.
The full scope of what the program intends to accomplish are explained on the U.N. Office for Disarmament Affairs web site.
The site lists the groups the body is hoping to impact: “Insurgents, armed gang members, pirates, terrorists.”
Further the site says, “The illicit circulation of small arms, light weapons and their ammunition destabilizes communities and impacts security and development in all regions of the world.”
The website further explains what the program intends to implement in the participating countries.
“If national law enforcement officials were able to trace small arms back to their last legitimate owner, who might then be held accountable, this would form an effective measure against illicit trade and diversion,” the website states. “For that purpose, it is essential that the weapon be marked upon production and import, and that appropriate records be kept. Existing stocks should also be marked. Although many weapons are marked upon production and import, international cooperation in marking and tracing of small arms is in its infancy.”
Brown says the U.N. gun ban is difficult to stop.
“This fight, however, is on such a massive scale,” Brown said in a statement, “with so many moving targets and on so many fronts, that it has been a virtual course in adapting tactics to fit the battle.”
Brown told WND traditional gun-rights groups have thus far dismissed the U.N. program.
“When this fight with the U.N. first surfaced,” Brown said, “the institutional gun lobby dismissed the threat as paranoia, but we knew the U.N.’s agenda put the United States’ freedoms squarely in their sights.”
Brown also says that the U.N.’s target is nothing less than complete control of all guns and ammunition.
“What’s at stake is the entire fate of firearms in America,” Brown said.
And Brown says there’s only one way to stop the U.N. Programme Against Small Arms. It starts with diligent, local lobbying and activism.
“Grassroots activism – led by my organization, the National Association for Gun Rights – derailed the U.N.’s Small Arms Treaty,” Brown said. “But now they’re using a more insidious avenue called the Programme Against Small Arms to push for global gun control. And it just might work, unless we mobilize Americans against it.”

Obama’s response to Judge Katherine Forrester’s ruling that indefinite detention is unconstitutional and under the NDAA, this provision in Section 1021 cannot be enacted on American citizens, was to have the Department of Justice (DoJ) refer to Forrester’s ruling as “unprecedented” and that the US government may detain anyone with self-accredited authority as the US government.
The DoJ requested that the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals place Forrester’s ruling on hold, citing that it impedes Obama’s ability to perform his job functions as Commander-in-Chief.
This week, Forrester’s ruling was quashed by appellate Judge Lohier who gave Obama the authority to become America’s first Dictator-in-Chief. The indefinite detention provision allows the US government to imprison “who was part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners” indefinitely until “hostilities” have ceased.
According to Congressman Dana Rohrabacher, the Taliban is a “construct of the CIA and was armed by the CIA.” Rohrabacher said that the CIA-created Taliban served the US interests against the Russians in Afghanistan and have continued to be used even up-and-to the current presidential administration.
Roharbacher spoke during a House Committee on Foreign Affairs meeting where he named Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State was part of the ruse that is the Taliban. Clinton’s husband, during his presidency formed the Taliban with the assistance of the Saudi Arabian government and Pakistan.
In creating the fake Islamic extremist groups and insurgents to be used for the proxy wars the US government wanted to fight subversively, $3 billion was invested into fake revolutionaries like the Taliban.
As the CIA funded and trained the Taliban for false flag operations wherein they would be used to attack key locations and cause havoc in pre-determined regions around the world, the ideology and perception of Islam as a radical religion began to take root.
The US State Department has been involved in the inception of at least 35 terrorist training camps within the domestic US. Interestingly, those who are trained belong to organizations that the US government has conveniently forgotten to include on their list of foreign terrorist groups.
At these terrorist training camps , recruits are taught how to use AK-47 rifles, rocket launchers, machine guns and C4 explosives. Other skills learned are how to kidnap Americans, kill them, and commit sabotage and subversive operations.
Last week there were several bomb threats to universities that involved allegations about US government-funded al-Qaeda, without any proof.
The latest university to be added to the list of CIA-sponsored al-Qaeda potential threats is Louisiana State University after an indiscriminate call-in threat was made and bomb-sniffing dogs swept the campus. Just as with the previous universities, this threat was called-in to 911 which prompted university administration to declare an emergency and evacuation.
The campus website stated: “Please evacuate as calmly and quickly as possible.”
Mainstream is planting the propaganda-filled notion that this is the beginning of an epidemic that could sweep the nation. State and local authorities are working together across state borders to function as one unit to attempt to undermine the sudden influx of bomb threats.
In reality, the manufactured threat originates in the minds of the US Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs that released a report determining that there is a radicalization of Islam spreading throughout American prisons. They claim as well that growing possible movements within the US military wherein active duty soldiers are recruited to commit crimes.
The report asserts that homegrown radicalization of al-Qaeda would coincide with domestic incidents of terrorism and it would be at the discretion of law enforcement and intelligence agencies to ascertain if the threat were indicative of al-Qaeda.
Since 2009, terrorism perpetrated by Muslim Americans had fallen to 47 incidents, 26 in 2010, and 20 in 2011.
While the attention is focused on false flag bomb threats, DHS solicitations for ammunition and fertilizer bomb ingredients, more attacks on the UN has injected their subversive attack on our 2nd Amendment with the “Programme of Action to Prevent, Combat, and Eradicate the Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons in All Its Aspects” (PoA) that states: “In implementing the Programme of Action at the national level, States, where they have not yet done so, undertake: To support the development and implementation of adequate laws, regulations and administrative procedures to prevent, combat and eradicate the illicit trade in small arms and light weapons in all its aspects, including diversion of small arms and light weapons to unauthorized recipients.
“To establish or strengthen, as appropriate, national coordination mechanisms to improve coordination among governmental agencies, in particular among law enforcement, national border and customs control agencies, and arms transfer licensing authorities, to implement the Programme of Action.”
Beginning with the removal of armory from “insurgents, armed gang members, pirates, and terrorists”, the manufactured re-emergence of extremist groups in America is quite perfectly timed. Along with the NDAA which classified all Americans as terrorists, this means that all registered gun owners are targets for UN-enforced law enforcement which enables the confiscation of those weapons, incriminates all traceable owners (even previous owners) that could be held accountable for any criminal activity the gun had been involved in.
The UN, through the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) is working toward disarming Americans because a global Elite coup is easier to accomplish if Americans cannot defend themselves.
Mainstream propaganda , career political strategists , and other talking heads have planted the seeds into the social consciousness that outlawing armory, access to firearms and ammunition is a good thing.
Coinciding with the ATT came HR 6241 and S.3458, entitled the Stop Online Ammunition Sales Act of 2012 (SOAS) which both encompass the ideal that ammunition is bad and gun control begins with restricting access to bullets for the general American public. Currently on the docket for discussion in the Congress is HR 591 entitled, the Gun Show Loophole Closing Act of 2011 and S.35. This legislation will make gun shows illegal and therefore further restrict American citizen’s access to ammunition.
Semi-automatic clips are under attack and will be banned in the US if HR 308 is ratified. This will limit the protection citizens can have from government officials and local law enforcement on the basis of gun capability which can define a moment.
Under the guise of protecting our children, the Congress has passed a bill entitled the Child Gun Safety and Gun Access Prevention Act of 2011 which not only tells parents who to raise their children by creating a Nanny State, but also penalizes adults for transferring ammunition to minors even if under adult supervision.
These controls stem from the UN’s slow destruction of our 2nd Amendment. The Heritage Foundation praises this incremental take over as a “victory by further institutionalizing the Programme and scheduling meetings through 2018, allowing the PoA to continue to thrive on bureaucratic momentum. As with so much at the U.N., the U.S.’s job at the Review Conference was essentially to stop too many bad things from happening. The Conference’s outcome means that, if the U.S. continues to participate in the PoA, it will have to keep on playing that role.”
Under the thumb of the UN, with globalist puppets and compromised politicians, Americans are losing our Constitutional Republic, one inalienable right at a time. Everything our Founding Fathers fought for is being stripped of us even as this article is written. And still we sleep.
