While We Are Sleeping Our Constitutional Republic Is Being Destroyed on Capitol Hill

Obama’s response to Judge Katherine Forrester’s ruling that indefinite detention is unconstitutional and under the NDAA, this provision in Section 1021 cannot be enacted on American citizens, was to have the Department of Justice (DoJ) refer to Forrester’s ruling as “unprecedented” and that the US government may detain anyone with self-accredited authority as the US government.
The DoJ requested that the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals place Forrester’s ruling on hold, citing that it impedes Obama’s ability to perform his job functions as Commander-in-Chief.
This week, Forrester’s ruling was quashed by appellate Judge Lohier who gave Obama the authority to become America’s first Dictator-in-Chief. The indefinite detention provision allows the US government to imprison “who was part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners” indefinitely until “hostilities” have ceased.
According to Congressman Dana Rohrabacher, the Taliban is a “construct of the CIA and was armed by the CIA.” Rohrabacher said that the CIA-created Taliban served the US interests against the Russians in Afghanistan and have continued to be used even up-and-to the current presidential administration.
Roharbacher spoke during a House Committee on Foreign Affairs meeting where he named Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State was part of the ruse that is the Taliban. Clinton’s husband, during his presidency formed the Taliban with the assistance of the Saudi Arabian government and Pakistan.
In creating the fake Islamic extremist groups and insurgents to be used for the proxy wars the US government wanted to fight subversively, $3 billion was invested into fake revolutionaries like the Taliban.
As the CIA funded and trained the Taliban for false flag operations wherein they would be used to attack key locations and cause havoc in pre-determined regions around the world, the ideology and perception of Islam as a radical religion began to take root.
The US State Department has been involved in the inception of at least 35 terrorist training camps within the domestic US. Interestingly, those who are trained belong to organizations that the US government has conveniently forgotten to include on their list of foreign terrorist groups.
At these terrorist training camps , recruits are taught how to use AK-47 rifles, rocket launchers, machine guns and C4 explosives. Other skills learned are how to kidnap Americans, kill them, and commit sabotage and subversive operations.
Last week there were several bomb threats to universities that involved allegations about US government-funded al-Qaeda, without any proof.
The latest university to be added to the list of CIA-sponsored al-Qaeda potential threats is Louisiana State University after an indiscriminate call-in threat was made and bomb-sniffing dogs swept the campus. Just as with the previous universities, this threat was called-in to 911 which prompted university administration to declare an emergency and evacuation.
The campus website stated: “Please evacuate as calmly and quickly as possible.”
Mainstream is planting the propaganda-filled notion that this is the beginning of an epidemic that could sweep the nation. State and local authorities are working together across state borders to function as one unit to attempt to undermine the sudden influx of bomb threats.
In reality, the manufactured threat originates in the minds of the US Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs that released a report determining that there is a radicalization of Islam spreading throughout American prisons. They claim as well that growing possible movements within the US military wherein active duty soldiers are recruited to commit crimes.
The report asserts that homegrown radicalization of al-Qaeda would coincide with domestic incidents of terrorism and it would be at the discretion of law enforcement and intelligence agencies to ascertain if the threat were indicative of al-Qaeda.
Since 2009, terrorism perpetrated by Muslim Americans had fallen to 47 incidents, 26 in 2010, and 20 in 2011.
While the attention is focused on false flag bomb threats, DHS solicitations for ammunition and fertilizer bomb ingredients, more attacks on the UN has injected their subversive attack on our 2nd Amendment with the “Programme of Action to Prevent, Combat, and Eradicate the Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons in All Its Aspects” (PoA) that states: “In implementing the Programme of Action at the national level, States, where they have not yet done so, undertake: To support the development and implementation of adequate laws, regulations and administrative procedures to prevent, combat and eradicate the illicit trade in small arms and light weapons in all its aspects, including diversion of small arms and light weapons to unauthorized recipients.
“To establish or strengthen, as appropriate, national coordination mechanisms to improve coordination among governmental agencies, in particular among law enforcement, national border and customs control agencies, and arms transfer licensing authorities, to implement the Programme of Action.”
Beginning with the removal of armory from “insurgents, armed gang members, pirates, and terrorists”, the manufactured re-emergence of extremist groups in America is quite perfectly timed. Along with the NDAA which classified all Americans as terrorists, this means that all registered gun owners are targets for UN-enforced law enforcement which enables the confiscation of those weapons, incriminates all traceable owners (even previous owners) that could be held accountable for any criminal activity the gun had been involved in.
The UN, through the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) is working toward disarming Americans because a global Elite coup is easier to accomplish if Americans cannot defend themselves.
Mainstream propaganda , career political strategists , and other talking heads have planted the seeds into the social consciousness that outlawing armory, access to firearms and ammunition is a good thing.
Coinciding with the ATT came HR 6241 and S.3458, entitled the Stop Online Ammunition Sales Act of 2012 (SOAS) which both encompass the ideal that ammunition is bad and gun control begins with restricting access to bullets for the general American public. Currently on the docket for discussion in the Congress is HR 591 entitled, the Gun Show Loophole Closing Act of 2011 and S.35. This legislation will make gun shows illegal and therefore further restrict American citizen’s access to ammunition.
Semi-automatic clips are under attack and will be banned in the US if HR 308 is ratified. This will limit the protection citizens can have from government officials and local law enforcement on the basis of gun capability which can define a moment.
Under the guise of protecting our children, the Congress has passed a bill entitled the Child Gun Safety and Gun Access Prevention Act of 2011 which not only tells parents who to raise their children by creating a Nanny State, but also penalizes adults for transferring ammunition to minors even if under adult supervision.
These controls stem from the UN’s slow destruction of our 2nd Amendment. The Heritage Foundation praises this incremental take over as a “victory by further institutionalizing the Programme and scheduling meetings through 2018, allowing the PoA to continue to thrive on bureaucratic momentum. As with so much at the U.N., the U.S.’s job at the Review Conference was essentially to stop too many bad things from happening. The Conference’s outcome means that, if the U.S. continues to participate in the PoA, it will have to keep on playing that role.”
Under the thumb of the UN, with globalist puppets and compromised politicians, Americans are losing our Constitutional Republic, one inalienable right at a time. Everything our Founding Fathers fought for is being stripped of us even as this article is written. And still we sleep.
