BREAKING: Netanyahu promises ‘great force’ against Hamas over rejected truce; one Israeli now killed in conflict

By The Right Scoop

Sadly, the first Israeli has been killed by a Hamas rocket near the Gaza border:
According to the Jerusalem Post he was a rabbi who was helping feed the IDF soldiers:
Shrapnel from a mortar shell killed a man at the Erez Crossing, who, according to Israeli media reports , was a Chabad rabbi who had volunteered to distribute food to soldiers in the dangerous area.
Netanyahu has reportedly promised ‘great force’ against Hamas for rejecting the ceasefire:
And this from the Israeli PM Twitter account:
hamasrejectionceasefire_israel
I hope some of this ‘great force’ will be in the name of this Rabbi who was killed while serving the IDF.
After all, his death will be cause for celebration in Gaza and elsewhere. I hope these terrorist have a party and Israel drops a bomb on it.

What’s it going to take until we can talk frankly about the enemy?
We are constantly being told by jihadists that they are waging holy war in the cause of Islam, while their operatives here in the West (CAIR, ISNA, ICNA, MSA, etc.) insist that it has nothing to do with Islam. And our political and media elites do their bidding, shutting up and shutting down any discussion of jihadic doctrine, despite the reality.
How many people have to be slaughtered before it’s too late?
It’s not islamophobia, it’s islamorealism. Our AFDI ad, which ran in NYC, below:

Cops Say Inspire Magazine Instructing Would-Be Terrorists On Where To Set Bombs Off
he US Open Tennis Championship appears on a wish list of terror targets in an al Qaeda magazine, an NYPD official said Wednesday.
In a briefing for New York City’s private security community, Rebecca Weiner, the NYPD’s director of intelligence analysis, warned that Inspire magazine is instructing would-be terrorists on how to make bombs and where to set them off, WCBS 880′s Marla Diamond reported.
The magazine lists targets in Washington, D.C.; Virginia; and New York — including the US Open, which begins Aug. 25 in Flushing Meadows, Queens.
Weiner stressed that police are not aware of any specific threats against the tournament.
“We will ensure that the suggestions in this magazine remain hypothetical,” she said. “Nonetheless, we would be remiss not to take note of it as this event comes up.”
NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton said the biggest concern is lone wolves who operate under law enforcement’s radar.
“Two thousand years ago, the expression was ‘all roads lead to Rome,’” Bratton said. “Well, in 2014, as it relates to this subject matter, terrorism, unfortunately all roads lead to New York City.”

Top Marine to Obama: Get in the Fight
It’s highly unusual for a high-ranking soldier, let alone a high-ranking Marine, to publicly question White House and Pentagon policy. Yet that’s exactly what four-star Gen. James Amos, Commandant of the Marine Corps, did yesterday in Washington.
Speaking at the Brookings Institute Tuesday, Amos said the Obama administration paved the way for the emergence of the Islamic State of Syria and Iraq (ISIS) by completely withdrawing American troops in 2011.

“I have a hard time believing that had we been there, and worked with the government, and worked with parliament, and worked with the minister of defense, the minister of interior, I don't think we'd be in the same shape we're in today,” Amos said.
Amos also blasted the White House for failing to live up to its obligations around the world.
“We may think we're done with all of these nasty, thorny, tacky little things that are going on around the world -- and I'd argue that if you're in that nation, it's not a tacky, little thing for you. We may think we're done with them, but they're not done with us," Amos said.
“We're probably the only country in the world that has the resources and the capability to be able to do some of this that others can't,” Amos added.
Perhaps Amos felt free to voice opinions on White House policy because he is set to retire this fall. Now, his comments are likely to influence the debate within the defense community about how to handle the myriad of crises going on around the world.
Unlike most issues in Washington, the argument surrounding American engagement around the world does not split along party lines. One strand of the GOP, represented by Rick Perry, believes the United States cannot retreat into an isolationist posture. The other, represented by Rand Paul, believes engagement will lead to prolonged wars like the one in Afghanistan.
Amos is clearly in Perry’s camp. He also gave voice to a growing concern among DOD brass: that the troops who sacrificed by fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan are becoming disillusioned as the gains they made disappeared.
“It breaks our hearts,” Amos said, referring to the fall of the Anbar province in Iraq, which Marines won in 2010. He noted that 852 Marines were killed and another 8,500 injured in Iraq.
“They believed that they'd made a difference,” he said.

GOOD: Popular Generals Take Huge Stand Against Barack Obama

GOOD: Popular Generals Take Huge Stand Against Barack Obama

In most countries around the world, when a number of high-ranking military officers take a public stand against the country’s leadership, it’s a sign that a military coup is in the offing. In America, however, it’s a sign that our First Amendment guarantee of free speech is still alive and well–at least for now.
It’s one thing when retired generals, whose military careers are obviously behind them, speak out against a sitting president. This has often been the case lately. For example, retired U.S. Army Major General Paul E. Vallely has been vocal about his belief that American liberty will only be restored through peaceful marches and protests to force the resignations of key political leaders, including President Obama. General Vallely has been joined by Air Force Brigadier General Charles Jones to create a “citizen’s council” directly challenging the administration’s policy decisions. Obama’s treatment of Islamic terrorists, including his trade of several Guantanamo Bay detainees for accused deserter Bowe Bergdahl has drawn fire from two other retired generals, Air Force Major General Bentley Rayburn and four-star Army General Jack Keane.
However, it must be even more troubling to the Obama administration to be called out by active-duty officers. Lending his voice to that of highly-decorated retired Army Major General Patrick Henry Brady, active-duty 4-star Marine General and US Southern Command Commander John Kelly has argued publicly that the current border crisis threatens America’s very existence.
From WND:
Particularly in regards to the drug trade, murder rates and terrorist activity brewing in Central America, Kelly says, the waves of Latin Americans sweeping through Mexico and illegally into Texas presents a threat to the U.S. every bit as serious as Iran or North Korea.
“In comparison to other global threats, the near collapse of societies in [this] hemisphere with the associated drug and [illegal immigrant] flow are frequently viewed to be of low importance,” Kelly said in an interview with Defense One. “Many argue these threats are not existential and do not challenge our national security. I disagree.”
It isn’t the first time Kelly has sounded the alarm. In testimony before the Senate Armed Services Committee in March, Kelly complained that budget cuts in recent years have handcuffed the military’s ability to shut down many drug and human trafficking corridors.
The leaders of America’s armed forces have a unique perspective on governance, as they are often close to the decision makers and sometimes called upon to enact, or clean up after, policy decisions. Their opinions are not, of course, of inherently more value than anyone else’s–although they are typically better informed.
However, they are long-service officers and have served under multiple administrations, allowing them to draw comparisons and contrasts between leaders and policies.
To put it bluntly: when this many generals with this much combined experience observing, implementing, and evaluating U.S. policy agree that America is headed in the wrong direction, the American people would be fools not to pay attention.
Please share this article on Facebook and Twitter to spread the word about how unpopular President Barack Obama is with both former and active-duty military officers who see his policies firsthand.

BREAKING: Governors and Mayors Unite Against Barack Obama

BREAKING: Governors and Mayors Unite Against Barack Obama

Local communities, especially those located in border states, have just about had enough of Barack Obama’s manufactured immigration crisis.
The federal government is dumping thousands of illegals in these communities, demanding that they provide them with food, shelter, and other forms of care.
This is eroding public funds and other limited resources, putting an unnecessary strain on the economy and making a lot of people very angry.
As the pressure mounts on border states, the government is attempting to fan out across the country to find places to house illegals, but these communities are joining the fight and pushing back against the Obama administration.
Local mayors have been  joining forces with state governors to create bans preventing illegals from being dropped in their areas, and protesters have taken to the streets, voicing their concerns and often stopping the federal government in their tracks.
via NewsMax:
As the federal government seeks to provide temporary shelter for the tens of thousands of illegal Central American children that have flooded over the southern United States border, local communities are pushing back.
“Governors and mayors have the right to know when the federal government is transporting a large group of individuals, in this case illegal immigrants, into your state,” Nebraska GOP Gov. Dave Heineman, told the Journal.
Beyond vociferous opposition among communities closest to the border, protest has fanned out across the country. In Escondido, California, the planning commission denied a permit to convert a former nursing home into a youth shelter after residents protested, according to the Journal. In Murrieta, California, protesters blocked buses carrying migrants.
A proposal to place immigrant children in Greece, N.Y., was also axed after residents protested, as was a plan by the Department of Health and Human Services to put undocumented children at a former Army Reserve facility near Westminster, Maryland.
At the National Governors Association meeting in Nashville, Tennessee, this weekend, governors raised concerns over the cost of housing children in their states, according to the Journal. And a few communities that have not even been approached for relocations have taken preemptive steps to block it, passing ordinances banning newly arrived immigrants from being placed in their towns.
Residents in Richmond, Virginia, were among the earliest to protest the opening of a shelter to relocate children.
Awesome. This border crisis is awakening patriots all over the country to rise up and defend their rights, something liberals probably didn’t intend to happen at such an incredible rate.
Hopefully, despite the best efforts of the federal government, these protests will continue to spread around the country, with local and state officials working hand-in-hand to put a stop to this crisis and return some of the power to the American people.
Please share this article on Facebook and Twitter if you support mayors and governors working together to end the border crisis.

Obama Wants To Disarm American Christians, While He Gives Arms To Muslims To Slaughter Christians In The Middle East

Obama Wants To Disarm American Christians, While He Gives Arms To Muslims To Slaughter Christians In The Middle East

By Theodore Shoebat
Obama wants to disarm American Christians, while he gives arms to Muslims to slaughter Christians in the Middle East
If Christians have no arms, they are left to the slaughter, an open field ready to be tilled and plunged into the harrowing depths of the earth.
A Christian from Iraq, named Joseph Kassab, a medical researcher at the University of Baghdad who fled persecution and now resides in the United States, had this very revealing truth to say in regards to the helplessness of the Christians:
[The Christians] are the weakest of the weak because they don’t carry arms, they don’t form a militia, they don’t have a police force, and the government is too weak to protect them
This statement contains so much reality, and should ring in our ears the knowledge of tyranny’s nature. While Obama wants to seize the guns of the American conservatives, he is giving guns to the jihadists in the Middle East, who then use those same weapons to slaughter Christians. The elitist in the United States government want to make American Christians just as vulnerable as the Christians in the Middle East.
If the Christians in the Middle East could all collectively form a militia, the Muslims would not stand a chance against such a holy band of godly warriors.
In the words of holy warrior:
Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.
Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;
To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;
To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;
To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the Lord. (Psalm 149:5-9)
In 2013 I wrote an article entitled, Obama Wants To Disarm Americans But Arm Terrorists
, and for the sake of whats happening in both America and to the Christians now, I will post it here…
Obama wants to decree a ban on all assault rifles and semi-automatic weapons, which would apply to rifles and pistols. On this ban, Obama stated clearly:
I’m going to be putting forward a package and I’m going to be putting my full weight behind it… I’m going to be making an argument to the American people about why this is important and why we have to do everything we can to make sure that something like what happened at Sandy Hook Elementary does not happen again.
Yet, the Obama administration has been involved in providing weapons to rebels who have committed many atrocities throughout Syria. Why must Americans be disarmed and jihadists be given weapons to? Americans are simply observing a right, while the Islamists want guns to force Syria into becoming a Sharia governed state.
Leon Panetta, who is now retiring, and General Martin Dempsey, the principle military adviser of Obama, have both revealed that they supported a plan last year composed by Hillary Clinton and General Petraeus that would provide weapons to the Syrian rebels, who are all fighting for a jihadist cause.
John Mccain also supported, and still supports, this plan, saying
“I urge the president to heed the advice of his former and current national security leaders and immediately take the necessary steps, along with our friends and allies, that could hasten the end of the conflict in Syria”
Though Obama is said to have turned down this plan, he still has supported the Syrian rebellion in a very covert and elusive manner. The current administration has instead used a middle-man: Saudi Arabia, to receive American weapons and then transfer them to the hands of the jihadists.
Michael Kelley of Business Insider reported last year that in
2011 the U.S. sold $33.4 billion worth of weapons to Saudi Arabia and $1.7 billion to Qatar as sales tripled to a record high and accounted for nearly 78 percent of all global arms sales.
And where did these weapons go to? Syria, where they were obtained by jihadists who would not hesitate for a second to behead any American, or any non-Muslim.
As one American official put it:
“The opposition groups that are receiving the most of the lethal aid are exactly the ones we don’t want to have it”
Though the U.S. is not directly sending arms to the revolutionists, it is providing support for shipping small arms such as rifles (which Obama wants to ban in the U.S.) and grenades, and therefore, is nevertheless directly supporting the rebels themselves.
So, to Obama Americans shouldn’t have rifles but Syrian rebels should? This dangerous distortion is just more evidence as to how supportive the current administration has been for the Islamists.
The American government actually expected an organized plan mapped out by the rebels that would show how Syria will be governed in the future. But they haven’t received any future plans, and the reason is that the rebels are using the Americans for the assistance but refuse to reveal their true intentions for a post-Assad Syria, since what they really desire is a Muslim Brotherhood ruled nation.
One Middle Eastern diplomat, who has worked extensively with the C.I.A., has said that there hasn’t been any report by the rebels as to how Syria will be ruled after Assad is removed. In his own words:
We haven’t seen anyone step up to take a leadership role for what happens after Assad, … There’s not much of anything that’s encouraging. We should have lowered our expectations
Syria is going down the road to become just another state of the future Sunni confederacy that is forming, alongside Egypt and Libya.
Obama said to NBC that
there are a vast majority of responsible gun owners out there who recognize that we can’t have a situation in which somebody with severe psychological problems is able to get the kind of high capacity weapons that this individual in Newtown obtained and gun down our kids.
Yet, his administration is helping ship rifles and grenades to Syria, and is working with the Saudis to provide arms to Islamic renegades who themselves have severe urges to commit some of the most vile violence caught on film.
In Syria right now, the most armed entity is the military, the second most equipped are the rebels, and the most defenseless are the civilians. In the midst of the fray, the civilians are the ones who suffer the most, since the Islamists have the weapons, and the military is unable to protect all places of the country at once.
Now, apply this to America. If a full weapons band was ever decreed, the military, the police, and the lawless would be the most armed, and American civilians helpless. Police and military personal would not be able to protect the entire country, leaving the criminals many opportunities to pick out their victims.
Obama and the rest of his Leftist ilk keep promoting the idea that guns are the problem, while neglecting the roots of the issue at hand: violent ideologies. All murderers, be they jihadists or spree killers, reject the philosophical idea that life is sacred. Since the Left is not pro-life, they have refused to confront this issue all together, and so are now giving the way to terrorists. The assistance to terrorists in the Middle East will provide confidence for Islamists here in America. Just take a look at the news now. Just this month, a Muslim named Yusuf Ibrahim shot to death two Coptic Christians (Hanny F. Tawadros, 25, and Amgad A. Konds, 27), decapitated them, severed their hands, and buried them in a randomly picked yard. We’re going to be seeing more of this as Islam is allowed to rise and thrive on our insane obsession on tolerance.
As I write in my book, For God or For Tyranny, when the Third Reich reigned, Hitler and his minions established the Nazi Weapons Act of 1938, which prohibited German civilians from owning any firearms. The Left is doing the same thing, but in a ‘nicer,’ ‘gentler,’ more ‘sensitive’ and gradual way. Only those without prudence, foresight, and some historical knowledge on how tyrannies function, would believe that the Obama administration really wants to end crime and protect children (they are all pro-choice).
In our Declaration of Independence, one of the stated reasons for the American Revolution was that King George
excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian savages, whose known rule of warfare, is undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.
If the Second Amendment is ever done away with, the only people that would be helped are the savages amongst us.

Unilateral Gaza ceasefire collapses. Israeli air strikes resume after dozens of Palestinian rockets in hours

Unilateral Gaza ceasefire collapses. Israeli air strikes resume after dozens of Palestinian rockets in hours
DEBKAfile Exclusive Report July 15, 2014, 3:48 PM (IDT)
Ashdod under heavy rocket attack
Ashdod under heavy rocket attack
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon ordered the Israeli Air Force to resume strikes over Gaza Tuesday afternoon, six hours after a ceasefire proposed by Egypt, accepted by Israel and rejected by Hamas, was due to go into effect. During those hours, dozens of Hamas rockets raked town after town and village after village. debkafile: The White House called off US Secretary of State John Kerry’s Cairo visit upon finding Tehran’s hand behind the rockets. Netanyahu goes on the air at 8 p.m. to explain what went wrong.
Straight after the ceasefire was due to go into effect Tuesday at 9 a.m., Hamas fired 20 rockets from the Gaza Strip. The Israeli security cabinet had meanwhile endorsed Cairo’s proposal to mediate the conflict with the Palestinian extremists, but warned that if they continued to fire rockets, Israel would hit back with “all possible force.”
In Cairo, Hamas official Mussa Abu Marzuk took responsibility for eight of the post-“truce” rockets, most of which landed on Ashdod, slightly injuring one woman. Iron Dome intercepted four.
The first rockets hit Eshkol before 9.30, soon to be followed by a steady stream at Sderot, Ashkelon, Kiryat Malachi, Shear Hanegev, Gan Yavneh and Eshkol. As the Hamas official spoke, a rocket hit Netivot and Israel TV reporters at Shear Hanegev interrupted their broadcast and scurried to safety in a shelter.
At 12:30 p.m. Rehovot, Ness Ziona and Kibbutz Givat Brenner were targeted, then sirens blared on Mt. Carmel, in Haifa, Zichron Yaakov and Ain Hashofet and at 13.05 p.m. in the inland towns.
And the day was still young.
debkafile: It was obvious from the first that the Egyptian bid to enforce a comprehensive truce before summoning the parties to Cairo to discuss a substantial deal - on the lines published Monday night in Cairo - had no legs. It was artificially cobbled together by Israel and Egypt with no reference to the initial aggressor, Hamas and its pro-Iranian ally Jihad Islami. Had they been consulted, some sort of dialogue might have developed and led to a bilateral ceasefire, however fragile.
But this did not happen and the rosy bubble filled with nothing but hot air was bound to burst.
Early Tuesday, US Secretary of State John Kerry was already heading to Cairo to take the lead in the Egyptian initiative when he was ordered by Washington to turn around and make tracks for home.
President Barack Obama had no wish to stand in line with Egyptian President Abdel-Fatteh El-Sisi and Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu behind their highly speculative initiative.
According to our sources in Washington, the real reason the White House pulled Kerry out of another certain fiasco in the nick of time was incoming intelligence that Tehran had ordered its Palestinian pawn Jihad Islami to ignore the ceasefire and keep on shooting from Gaza. This left Hamas no option but to follow suit.
The Obama administration was also advised of that hand behind the trickle of rockets fired this week from Lebanon and Syria at Western Galilee and the Golan. It was the radical Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestinian, PFLP-General Command, whose chief Ahmed Jibril has made his organization an operational branch of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards’ Al Qods Brigades.
Israeli spokesmen have carefully refrained from putting these incidents together, all leading to Tehran, and inferring a well-orchestrated master plan afoot against the Jewish state that would not be put off by an unsustainable truce.
debkafile reported after midnight Monday:
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has accepted President Abdel-Fatah El-Siisi’s proposal to mediate the halt of hostilities between Israel and the Palestinian Hamas faction ruling the Gaza Strip and agreed to a ceasefire going into effect Tuesday, July 15 at 9:00 a.m., debkafile reports.
The Prime minister informed senior security cabinet ministers Monday night, July 14, that he had reached this decision after conversations with Washington and Cairo, stressing that the mediation process did not mark any change in Egyptian and Israeli policies for Hamas and the Gaza Strip. The Gaza blockade would not be lifted, and Israel would not hand over the Palestinian prisoners, released for the Israeli soldier held hostage, and re-arrested again last month during the hunt for the three Israeli teenagers whom Hamas abducted and murdered. These demands were the price set by Hamas for halting its rocket fire against the Israeli population.
Netanyahu also reported the Egyptian president was fully aware that Israel would insist on any deal with Hamas being contingent on the creation of an international mechanism to dismantle and remove Hamas’s rockets stocks and production facilities from the Gaza Strip. The ministers gained the impression from his presentation that El-Sisi had not objected to this demand.
Monday night, the Hamas prime minister of Gaza, Ismail Haniyeh, announced in a speech that his movement had accepted Cairo’s proposal to negotiate a ceasefire with Israel. He held Israel responsible for initiating the military campaign against Hamas.
Official Egyptian sources published some high points of Cairo’s proposal Monday night, whereby Egyptian officials would meet with each side separately for talks held in accordance with the Cairo-brokered ceasefire of 2012 (which ended the Israeli Defensive Pillar operation).
"Israel should put an end to all of its land, sea, air hostilities against the Gaza Strip while emphasizing that no ground invasion will be implemented against Gaza or the targeting of civilians," the Egyptian proposal stipulated.
"To end all hostilities by political factions (DEBKA: Hamas is not mentioned by name) based in Gaza against Israel via land, sea, air and underground, while emphasizing the stoppage of rockets of all kinds, assaults on the borders and the targeting of civilians," the document said.
The proposal also called for the opening of crossings and facilitating the movement of people and goods through border crossings – but only in consideration of "ground security conditions".

Renunciation of U.S. Nationality

A. THE IMMIGRATION & NATIONALITY ACT
Section 349(a)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) (8 U.S.C. 1481(a)(5)) is the section of law governing the right of a United States citizen to renounce his or her U.S. citizenship. That section of law provides for the loss of nationality by voluntarily
"(5) making a formal renunciation of nationality before a diplomatic or consular officer of the United States in a foreign state , in such form as may be prescribed by the Secretary of State" (emphasis added).
B. ELEMENTS OF RENUNCIATION
A person wishing to renounce his or her U.S. citizenship must voluntarily and with intent to relinquish U.S. citizenship:
  1. appear in person before a U.S. consular or diplomatic officer,
  2. in a foreign country (normally at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate); and
  3. sign an oath of renunciation
Renunciations that do not meet the conditions described above have no legal effect. Because of the provisions of Section 349(a)(5), U.S. citizens cannot effectively renounce their citizenship by mail, through an agent, or while in the United States. In fact, U.S. courts have held certain attempts to renounce U.S. citizenship to be ineffective on a variety of grounds, as discussed below.
C. REQUIREMENT - RENOUNCE ALL RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES
a person seeking to renounce U.S. citizenship must renounce all the rights and privileges associated with such citizenships.  In the case of Colon v. U.S. Department of State , 2 F.Supp.2d 43 (1998),the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia rejected Colon’s petition for a writ of mandamus directing the Secretary of State to approve a Certificate of Loss of Nationality in the case because he wanted to retain the right to live in the United States while claiming he was not a U.S. citizen.
D. DUAL NATIONALITY / STATELESSNESS
Persons intending to renounce U.S. citizenship should be aware that, unless they already possess a foreign nationality, they may be rendered stateless and, thus, lack the protection of any government. They may also have difficulty traveling as they may not be entitled to a passport from any country. Even if not stateless, former U.S. citizens would still be required to obtain a visa to travel to the United States, or show that they are eligible for admission pursuant to the terms of the Visa Waiver Pilot Program (VWPP).  Renunciation of U.S. citizenship may not prevent a foreign country from deporting that individual  to the United States in some non-citizen status.
E. TAX & MILITARY OBLIGATIONS /NO ESCAPE FROM PROSECUTION
Persons who wish to renounce U.S. citizenship should be aware of the fact that renunciation of U.S. citizenship may have no effect whatsoever on his or her U.S. tax or military service obligations (contact the Internal Revenue Service or U.S. Selective Service for more information). In addition, the act of renouncing U.S. citizenship does not allow persons to avoid possible prosecution for crimes which they may have committed in the United States, or escape the repayment of financial obligations previously incurred in the United States or incurred as United States citizens abroad.
F. RENUNCIATION FOR MINOR CHILDREN/INCOMPETENTS
Citizenship is a status that is personal to the U.S. citizen.  Therefore parents may not renounce the citizenship of their minor children.  Similarly, parents/legal guardians may not renounce the citizenship of individuals who are mentally incompetent.  Minors seeking to renounce their U.S. citizenship must demonstrate to a consular officer that they are acting voluntarily and that they fully understand the implications/consequences attendant to the renunciation of U.S. citizenship.
G. IRREVOCABILITY OF RENUNCIATION
Finally, those contemplating a renunciation of U.S. citizenship should understand that the act is irrevocable, except as provided in section 351 of the INA (8 U.S.C. 1483), and cannot be canceled or set aside absent successful administrative or judicial appeal. (Section 351(b) of the INA provides that an applicant who renounced his or her U.S. citizenship before the age of eighteen can have that citizenship reinstated if he or she makes that desire known to the Department of State within six months after attaining the age of eighteen. See also Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations, section 50.20).
Renunciation is the most unequivocal way in which a person can manifest an intention to relinquish U.S. citizenship. Please consider the effects of renouncing U.S. citizenship, described above, before taking this serious and irrevocable action. ALL CHRISTIANS ALL OVER THE WORLD NEED TO DO THIS 200 Muslims Attack Church, Christians Fight Back, Slaughter Them, And Take The Victory For Christ

200 Muslims Attack Church, Christians Fight Back, Slaughter Them, And Take The Victory For Christ

By Theodore Shoebat
200 Muslims attacked the Cherebeen convent in Syria, but Christian militants protecting the premises fought back, slaughtered the Muslims and took the victory for Christ.
One of the head Christian militants, named Sari, said:
We stopped them and we killed them but Christian guys from Saidnaya also died in the battle… The Syrian government protects and provides Christian people with weapons and ammunition because they are loyal to Syria
Shoebat.com wrote an exclusive and detailed report on the Christian militia, called The Lions of the Cherubim, who are are protecting the beautiful and ancient church at Saidnaya, which can be read by clicking here.
As we read from one report:

Sari was driving through the Ghouta region east of Damascus last year delivering car parts to a customer when his car was stopped by several armed men. He was forced out of the vehicle, which was driven away along with his wares.
That was the moment the 25-year-old Christian from Saidnaya, 30km north of Syria’s capital, Damascus, decided to join the National Defence Forces – locally based pro-government militia groups armed by the Syrian regime.
Today, he’s a paid militia member operating as a frontline responder to rebel attacks on his mostly Christian-populated town – cannon fodder in a war that has drawn in international powers across the region.
“I wanted to fight because I love my country and I want to defend my town, where they [opposition fighters] used to kidnap people and ask for ransom,” he told The Irish Times.
“In the past, the armed people used to fire mortars into Saidnaya but we attacked their areas and killed a lot of their men and took their weapons. We succeeded in making Saidnaya safe from the mortars.”
With all but two national army divisions (the Alawite-dominated fourth division and the Republican Guard) long since diverted from the front lines to prevent defections, the Syrian regime has become increasingly reliant on civilians from minority religious groups to fight rebels.
Christian militias have been fighting on the side of the Syrian government since 2012, fearing an onslaught from the jihadi groups that emerged from the instability that accompanied the 2011 revolution.

The recapturing of Maaloula and Yabroud – both areas with large Christian populations close to the Lebanese border – was crucial in preventing opposition forces from moving weapons and supplies between Syria and Lebanon. It also means Hizbullah, the Lebanese Shia militia fighting in support of President Bashar al-Assad, has control of important border regions in both countries.
As more Christians die fighting for the regime, the community is set to become further involved in the conflict. Pictures of Sari and his friends on Facebook show them holding guns and dressed in fatigues, while notes mourning friends killed in fighting are also commonplace on social media websites.
Still, he says, there are opportunities for compromise.
“If the armed people want to face us with killing or with negotiations we are ready . . . But we in Saidnaya all have weapons and we fight with the government,” he said.
Using a local expression, he said: “We’re going to protect Saidnaya for as long as women give birth.”

The group of emerging economies signed the long-anticipated document to create the $100 bn BRICS Development Bank and a reserve currency pool worth over another $100 bn. Both will counter the influence of Western-based lending institutions and the dollar.
The new bank will provide money for infrastructure and development projects in BRICS countries, and unlike the IMF or World Bank, each nation has equal say, regardless of GDP size.
Each BRICS member is expected to put an equal share into establishing the startup capital of $50 billion with a goal to reach $100 billion. The BRICS bank will be headquartered in Shanghai, India will preside as president the first year, and Russia will be the chairman of the representatives.
“BRICS Bank will be one of the major multilateral development finance institutions in this world,” Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday at the 6th BRICS summit in Fortaleza, Brazil.
The big launch of the BRICS bank is seen as a first step to break the dominance of the US dollar in global trade, as well as dollar-backed institutions such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank, both US-based institutions BRICS countries have little influence within.
“In terms of escalating international competition the task of activating the trade and investment cooperation between BRICS member states becomes important,” Putin said.
Russia, Brazil, India, China and South Africa account for 11 percent of global capital investment, and trade turnover almost doubled in the last 5 years, the president reminded.
Each country will send either their finance minister or Central Bank chair to the bank’s representative board.
Membership may not just be limited to just BRICS nations, either. Future members could include countries in other emerging markets blocs, such as Mexico, Indonesia, or Argentina, once it sorts out its debt burden.
BRICS represents 42 percent of the world’s population and roughly 20 percent of the world’s economy based on GDP, and 30 percent of the world’s GDP based on PPP, a more accurate reading of the real economy. Total trade between the countries is $6.14 trillion, or nearly 17 percent of the world’s total.
The $100 billion crisis lending fund, called the Contingent Reserve Arrangement (CRA), was also established. China will contribute the lion’s share, about $41 billion, Russia, Brazil and India will chip in $18 billion, and South Africa, the newest member of the economic bloc, will contribute $5 billion.
The idea is that the creation of the bank will lessen dependence on the West and create a more multi-polar world, at least financially.
“This mechanism creates the foundation for an effective protection of our national economies from a crisis in financial markets," Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
The group has already created the BRICS Stock Alliance an initiative to cross list derivatives to smooth the path for international investors interested in emerging markets.
Russia has also proposed the countries come together under an energy alliance that will include a fuel reserve, as well as an institute for energy policy
"We propose the establishment of the Energy Association of BRICS. Under this ‘umbrella’, a Fuel Reserve Bank and BRICS Energy Policy Institute could be set up,” Putin said.
Documents on cooperation between BRICS export credit agencies and an agreement of cooperation on innovation were also inked.
Bringing emerging economies closer has become vital at a time when the world is guttered by the financial crisis and BRICS countries can’t remain above international problems, said Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff.
She cautioned the world not to see BRICS deals as a desire to dominate.
“We want justice and equal rights,” she said.
“The IMF should urgently revise distribution of voting rights to reflect the importance of emerging economies globally,” Rousseff said.

US loses multi-billion dollar court cases against China and India

The World Trade Organization agreed on Monday this week to side with claims against the United States made by both China and India concerning US-imposed tariffs on products exported to America.
In both instances, the WTO ruled against the US and decided in favor of the major BRICs countries, who for two years now have each asked the organization to intervene and weigh in on America’s use of tariffs to tax certain imports dating back to 2007.
With regards to both cases, the WTO’s judges ruled that the US acted “inconsistent with its agreement on subsidies and countervailing duties,” or taxes imposed on goods sold by “public bodies.”
In China, the panel agreed, US officials improperly levied those taxes against state-owned enterprises that the WTO does not consider to be “public bodies.” Instead, the WTO said, those entities were majority-owned by the Chinese government, but did not perform “government function” or exercise “government authority,” according to the Financial Times. With respect to India, the WTO again agreed that the US was wrong to similarly treat state-owned National Mineral Development Corporation as a public body, according to the International Business Times.
At issue were billions of dollars’ worth of Chinese steel products, solar panels, aluminum, paper and other goods shipped to the US after being taxed as originating from public bodies. The panel’s decision, Reuters reported, “reflected a widespread concern in the 160-member WTO over what many see as illegal U.S. protection of its own producers.”
“China urges the United States to respect the WTO rulings and correct its wrongdoings of abusively using trade remedy measures, and to ensure an environment of fair competition for Chinese enterprises,” China’s commerce ministry said in a statement.
Mike Froman, the US trade representative, responded by saying Washington was “carefully evaluating its options, and will take all appropriate steps to ensure that US remedies against unfair subsidies remain strong and effective”.
Nevertheless, Froman added that the WTO’s ruling in the Indian case constituted at least a partial victory for the US.
"The panel's findings rejecting most of India's numerous challenges to our laws and determinations is a significant victory for the United States and for the (US) workers and businesses making these steep products," he told Reuters.

(CNSNews.com) – At a time when Hamas continues to fire salvos of rockets into Israel while rejecting a ceasefire proposal, the United States has finalized a deal to provide the Palestinian terrorist group’s leading supporter, Qatar, with weaponry worth $11 billion. The deal signed at the Pentagon Monday by Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel and his Qatari counterpart comes just months after a senior U.S. Treasury official in a speech deplored Qatar’s open support for Hamas, and covert funding for jihadists in Syria, including the al-Qaeda affiliate Al-Nusra and the al-Qaeda offshoot the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS).
Despite concerns about this terror-sponsorship, the U.S. regards the small, natural-gas-rich Gulf state as a key regional ally. Qatar’s Al Udeid Air Base hosts the forward headquarters for U.S. Central Command.
Pentagon press secretary Rear Adm. John Kirby said the agreement to sell Qatar $11 billion worth of Apache helicopters and Patriot and Javelin defense systems “underscores the strong partnership between the United States and Qatar in the area of security and defense.”
“This is a critically important relationship in the region,” Kirby said. “And the secretary is pleased to be able to continue to make it stronger.”
During Qatari Defense Minister Hamad bin Ali al-Attiyah’s visit to Washington he also met with chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Army Gen. Martin Dempsey  and CIA director John Brennan.
A statement by the Gulf state’s official news agency QNA said the U.S. officials during those meetings had “praised the leading role of the State of Qatar in maintaining the security and stability of the region.”
Qatar’s foreign and security policy decisions do not always align with U.S. interests, however.
In a speech last March, the Treasury Department’s undersecretary for terrorism and financial intelligence, David Cohen, said fundraisers in Qatar were collecting donations for extremists in Syria, including ISIS and al-Nusra.
“Press reports indicate that the Qatari government is also supporting extremist groups operating in Syria,” he said. “To say the least, this threatens to aggravate an already volatile situation.”
In recent months, Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki also has accused Qatar, as well as Saudi Arabia, of funding ISIS-led Sunni jihadists who have seized significant territory north of Baghdad.
Amid the current upsurge of violence in the Gaza Strip, Qatar’s close relationship with Hamas is again in the spotlight.
In that same speech in March, Cohen said that Qatar “has for many years openly financed Hamas, a group that continues to undermine regional stability.”
Leaked classified U.S. diplomatic cables attributed to the U.S. Embassy in Doha tracked Washington’s concerns about the Qatari financial and political support for Hamas over the years following the Palestinian terrorist group’s violent seizure of the Gaza Strip in 2007.
In late 2012 Qatar’s then emir, Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, became the first head of state to visit Gaza since Hamas wrestled control of the territory from its rival Fatah, the organization led by Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas.
Hailed by Hamas as a diplomatic coup, the 2012 visit was a strong demonstration of support for a group that the U.S. has designated a “foreign terrorist organization” since 1997. The emir during that visit pledged $400 million for projects in the territory.
Qatar has also provided a safe haven to Hamas’ exiled leader Khaled Meshaal since 2012, when he left his previous base in war-torn Syria. QNA periodically reports on meetings or telephone conversations between current emir Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and Meshaal, who is effectively portrayed as a head of state.
After Hamas reached a reconciliation agreement with Fatah last May leading to a “unity” government, the emir pledged another $60 million to Hamas, this time to pay salaries for its employees in Gaza affected by the unity deal.
Qatar is also a strong supporter and financial backer of the Muslim Brotherhood, a stance that has led to tensions with some of its Gulf neighbors, who view the Muslim Brotherhood as a security threat to their regimes.
The U.S.-Qatari relationship was recently spotlighted by the administration’s controversial deal to free five senior Taliban detainees from Guantanamo Bay in exchange for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, who was seized in Afghanistan by the Taliban-affiliated Haqqani network in 2009.
Qatar brokered the deal, accepted the freed Taliban leaders, and undertook to monitor their activities for one year.
A little smaller than Connecticut, Qatar is located on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It has fewer than 300,000 citizens. The rest of its 2.1 million inhabitants are expatriates and foreign workers.

Bloods Gang Vows To Kill More New Jersey Cops “Until The National Guard Is Called Out”…

Bloods Gang Vows To Kill More New Jersey Cops “Until The National Guard Is Called Out”…

Via NY Post:
The Bloods have vowed to kill more Jersey City cops to avenge the thug the police shot dead this week after he executed a rookie officer, The Post has learned.
The violent street gang has threatened to “kill a Jersey City cop and not stop until the National Guard is called out,” a senior law enforcement source revealed.
Police are even being warned that violent Bloods gang members may be traveling from out of state to target officers in New Jersey, according to an internal New Jersey State Police advisory obtained by The Post.
“New Jersey State Police has received credible information from the Jersey City Police Department about specific threats toward Jersey City police officers and law enforcement,” the advisory read.
“The United Blood Nation may take retaliatory action against police officers.”
The PA advisory cautioned that officers should remain vigilant and be aware of “the potential for Bloods traveling into Jersey City.”
In addition to the Port Authority advisory, a statewide alert has been issued to police officers, a senior law enforcement official said Tuesday.

Today in Judiciary Committee we voted on S.J. Res. 19: a constitutional amendment that would give Congress power to curtail Americans' First Amendment right to free speech

Today in Judiciary Committee we voted on S.J. Res. 19: a constitutional amendment that would give Congress power to curtail Americans' First Amendment right to free speech.
It doesn’t take a complicated constitutional exposition to see what this proposed amendment is really about: power…giving it to sitting Members of Congress and taking it away from the American people, including, not coincidentally, any potential candidate that might like to challenge a sitting Member of Congress.
As we have seen in the unfolding scandal at the IRS, there is a permanent temptation facing those in power to muzzle dissent and a permanent inclination to deceive oneself into thinking that such a temptation does not exist.
This is precisely why we have a written Constitution that checks those in authority and prevents the kind of proposal I voted against today.

Obama Demands Republicans Surrender And Say “All Right, Mr. President, You Are Right”…

Via White House transcript:
OBAMA: [N]ow, I want to work with everybody — Republicans and Democrats — to move this country forward.  But I can’t just stand by while politics threatens all the hard work of millions of Americans because we’ve just got gridlock in Washington.  So what I’ve tried to do is take a range of actions this year to help working Americans with my own legal authorities — from speeding up big infrastructure projects to raising wages.  I’m waiting for Congress to act, but in the meantime I’ve got to go ahead and do what I can do.
And in response, their plan so far has not been to join me and say, all right, Mr. President, you’re right, we do need to rebuild our roads; we do need to spruce up our airports.  Instead their big idea has been to sue me.  That’s what they’re spending time on — a political stunt that wastes America’s time and taxpayer dollars.

VA Caught Red-Handed After Booby Trap For Investigators Blew Up In Their Face

VA Caught Red-Handed After Booby Trap For Investigators Blew Up In Their Face

"...there was no attempt to deny that it had occurred.”

Veterans' Affairs
As the Department of Veterans Affairs deals with heavy criticism regarding inordinate wait times at its medical facilities, an ensuing investigation seeks to determine how many veterans have died as a result. Furthermore, the agency has been accused of attempting to hide its actions through dishonest record-keeping.
Adding another wrinkle to the still-developing scandal, recent reports reveal an interagency plot to spy on those tasked with investigating it.
Jeff Miller, who chairs the House Veterans Affairs Committee, levied the shocking allegation during a radio interview this week. The Republican congressman recalled some suspicious requests that took place during his staffers’ attempt to look into complaints at a Veterans Benefits Administration office. The investigators were repeatedly compelled to take their private meetings to a specific room, Miller confirmed. Even after a VA employee explained the room was not needed, the acting director of the VBA allegedly continued to push the issue. Ultimately, the congressman claimed, his staffers entered the room to find it set up to record their every action.
“In that room,” he said, “both of the mics were hot and the camera itself was activated.”
At that point, Miller said his staff emphatically opposed working in that room and requested different provisions. After continued back-and-forth between investigators and VBA staff, Miller’s staff was eventually given access to another room.
Miller concluded that Allison Hickey, the VA’s undersecretary for benefits, was subsequently asked about the incident.
He noted that “there was no attempt to deny that it had occurred.”

Lois Lerner CAUGHT By Washington Post and CNN As Being Accessory to Terror Funding

Lois Lerner CAUGHT By Washington Post and CNN As Being Accessory to Terror Funding

Based on a 2009 article that appeared in the Washington Post and a March 2013 report by CNN, Rep. Steve Stockman (R-TX) – who authored a resolution calling for the Sergeant at Arms to arrest Lois Lerner for contempt of Congress – should perhaps point to a much more significant crime in response to any concerns that Lerner could become a sympathetic figure if she were arrested. That crime involves Lerner's alleged illegal backdating of a tax exempt approval letter for an organization whose founder does business with a State Sponsor of Terrorism, business the Post says is illegal.
Here is what the Washington Post's Dan Eggen wrote nearly five years ago:
U.S. legal requirements… mandate disclosure of work for foreign governments and which prohibit doing business with Sudan under sanctions first imposed in the 1990s.

Here is what CNN reported in 2013:
…Sudan, which has been under strict U.S. government sanctions and a trade embargo for nearly 20 years for supporting terrorism and violating human rights.

As Shoebat.com has demonstrated for over a year now, Malik Obama – the brother of the President of the United States – has been "doing business with Sudan" since at least 2010, a year prior to when Lerner granted him tax exempt status.
Stockman was interviewed by Megyn Kelly about his resolution and one of the counterarguments raised by Kelly was that if the Sergeant at Arms is ordered to arrest Lerner, Republicans risk making Lerner a sympathetic figure. Stockman, whom we believe is well aware of the Malik Obama angle to the scandal (based on his trips to Egypt earlier this year), didn't seem concerned with Lerner garnering sympathy during his interview:
As to the subject of the 2009 Post article, it was former Reagan National Security Advisor Robert "Bud" McFarlane. Last year, McFarlane's Watergate apartment was raided by the FBI and in affidavit, agent Graydon Ridd wrote the following, according to CNN:
"I believe these e-mails are evidence that McFarlane was entering into an agreement with the Government of Sudan to lobby the U.S. government officials on behalf of Sudan and to provide it with advice during negotiations with the United States."

The U.K. Daily Mail quoted Ridd as further stating that emails obtained in the raid provide further evidence that McFarlane and a Sudanese intelligence operative were attempting…
"…to hide McFarlane's relationship with Sudan by construing the agreement to make it appear that his contractual relationship was with Qatar, when in fact it was not."

How does all of this involve Lerner?
Simple. The admission by the Washington Post and CNN that dealing with Sudan is illegal for Americans to do, coupled with McFarlane's alleged attempt to mask said dealings by contracting with Qatar, means that Malik Obama's dealings with Sudan are much easier to demonstrate as being illegal. Ditto for Lerner being an accessory.
In fact, McFarlane's alleged attempt at masking the deal could make the case against Lerner and Malik even stronger.
McFarlane's case appears to have gone cold since Malik's connections to Sudan were discovered in May of 2013 by Shoebat.com. In fact, he's writing unrelated Op-eds for the Wall Street Journal and as Shoebat.com reported, even recently attended an event hosted by an organization whose Vice President is a former henchman for the Sudanese government – Abubaker Y. Ahmed Al Shingieti.
ICRD President speaking with McFarlane in audience. Shingieti is ICRD's Vice President.
The alleged pseudo-deal with Qatar to mask dealings with Sudan netted McFarlane a $1.3 million contract.
The Post article said that McFarlane was "close to the edge of U.S. legal requirements" in his deal with Qatar potentially a cover for an actual deal with Sudan. If McFarlane is "close to the edge", Malik Obama and Lois Lerner are over the edge. Malik for dealing with Sudan and Lerner for not only illegally letting him do it but by violating a separate law in the process.
According to the CNN report, one of the items on McFarlane's agenda was to get Sudan off the State Sponsors of Terrorism list, quite potentially on behalf of the Obama administration, which has been seeking the same thing as reported by Shoebat.com.
In his interview with Kelly – who played the role of devil's advocate – Stockman responded to a question about allowing the process involving the Justice Department to work by rightly pointing out that Attorney General Eric Holder has been found in contempt of Congress too. In fact, the U.S. Attorney responsible for prosecuting Holder is actually Holder's subordinate and refused to do his job.
The notion that Lerner would be a sympathetic figure is on par with Republicans being afraid of their own shadow. Here is a woman who has for years represented a body – the IRS – that targets and bullies Americans with great regularity.
Moreover, no politician of consequence is going for the jugular in this scandal.
Last March, before Lerner was found in contempt of Congress, Shoebat.com called for House Speaker John Boehner to arrest Lerner if she were to be found in contempt.
In April, she was.
