Anti-NDAA Legislation Tracking

Anti-NDAA Legislation Tracking

Track Anti-NDAA legislation throughout the United States. Includes city, county, state, and law enforcement actions, with links to the actual legislation when possible. On State legislation, we refuse to endorse some bills because they act as a false sense of security instead of fixing the problem.

*We keep this page as updated as we can, but if you see something you know is out of date please contact us and we'll be sure to update it.

City
*Note, if a bill/resolution is not endorsed it means the language is not yet strong enough to prevent indefinite detention/application of the laws of war. A few bills were endorsed previously before we knew the full scope of the 2012 NDAA.

If you don’t see anything for your state, consider starting a chapter. If a chapter is already established in your state, please join us!
The worse thing anyone can do is just hope something is being done…everyone who is against our over-reaching tyrannical government needs to unite! Nothing will change if there is no action. The clock is ticking. We need YOU!
Love & light from PANDA Missouri state coordinator

i just called my congressman  to push the anti ndaa  bill because its stripping us of our freedom and rights and making us slaves and we americans  do not need that if anyone else from ohio is reading this please do the same and  america needs to pray to God in heaven the ndaa is nullified and  not allowed in america or our  perspective states

I'm sure there are well trained people willing to help but most are afraid of detention, those well trained will most likely meet a simple accident "at the governments orders" if their presence is verified within the organization I will go down fighting probably by myself I do not expect help from any organization but I will help on the side to preserve THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ruled only by WE THE PEOPLE.

Dan this is awesome. It is really good to see where we are from where we have been. This is working. We ARE making a difference. Thank you for creating PANDA.

I’m not clear why Hawaii and West Virginia appear blue.

As a Texan, maybe it’s time to engage the clutch on all that “secession” talk that I’ve been hearing for the last 20 years.
