Warned World Bank President Jim Yong Kim of the United States entered the stage of "high-risk" after the officials have failed again Saturday to reach an agreement to end the crisis of the federal budget and raise the debt ceiling.

Kim said at the conclusion of the joint annual meeting of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund in Washington, "We are now on after five days of a very dangerous moment."

The Ministry announced that the U.S. Treasury has existing liquidity enough until Oct. 16, and after this date, any effect from the current 17, the ministry will not be able to meet the financial obligations of the United States if it is not raising the debt ceiling.
