The services will be provided at DHS/FEMA Joint Field Offices (JFO) and Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC) located in Lamar and Forest Counties. One (1) guard must support JFO 7/24 hours and Two (2) guards from 8:00am-8:00pm. The Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC) will have one guard 7/24 hours and one guard 8:00am-8:00pm for four (4) DRCs located in Forest and Lamar Counties. Local Preference will be given to local firms within Lamar and Forest Counties. This is also a Local Area-Set Aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart(s) 26.202-2, Local Area Preference and 26.202-1 Local Area Set-aside.
