Former Vice-President of Egyptian Constitutional Court confirms Obama connection to Muslim Brotherhood

In October, a meeting in Cairo known as “the Cairo meeting” took place. It was led by Tahani Al-Jebali, the former Vice-President of Egypt’s Constitutional Court. Earlier in the year, she made headlines by claiming that President Obama’s half-brother, Malik Obama, was involved in fundraising for the Muslim Brotherhood. In an interview with Italian journalist Rodolfo Casadei, Al-Jebali made the following statement:

Jebali: I confirm. So, like many, Malik Obama, Barack’s brother from his father’s side in Kenya, is responsible for the financial investments of the international organization of the Muslim Brotherhood. The relationship that the U.S. president has with them (Brotherhood groups) is not innocent and it is not only political. There are many dark aspects to be clarified.

These accusations would go a long way towards explaining the foreign policy of the Obama administration towards Egypt. They supported the Muslim Brotherhood with both financial and military aid. However, once the Brotherhood was deposed the aid was discontinued. If you want stability in the Middle East, one would think that the reinstatement of military rule (which the people overwhelmingly protested for) would be a good thing to support. El-Sisi’s government is supporting religious freedom, cracking down on terrorism in the Sinai, and is even willing to work with Israel. Its also a government that the Obama Administration refuses to support and even sent John McCain and Lindsey Graham to Egypt to demand the release of Brotherhood leaders.

On another note, this is why I cannot trust anything John McCain or Graham says about a Benghazi investigation. I think they are all involved which is why two senior Republican senators were willing to go to Egypt to support an Islamist group. There was gun-running going on and everyone involved is trying to create an alternate story to minimize the damage and keep heads from rolling. One final prediction: John McCain and Lindsey Graham will leave the Republican Party if they cannot take down Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, Rand Paul, etc. They will go Democrat and support Hillary Clinton by presenting a timeline that is damaging to the President and exonerates Clinton.
