BENGHAZI UPDATE: Confirmed – Response Forces Told Not To Act To Save Benghazi Victims

Possibly lost in the hours of two day testimony on the Benghazi Massacre and accompanying Obama administration cover up was a briefly worded admission by Admiral Mike Mullen of a “hold in place” order being given to American military forces in the region as the attack against American citizens was ongoing in Benghazi on September 11th, 2012.  This is the first time any high ranking official with direct ties to the Obama administration has admitted to such a scenario.

(So who gave the order to “hold in place” Admiral Mullen?)

Admiral Mullen was clearly playing on words a bit when he refused to admit to a “stand down” order having been given to special forces operatives, an order State Department official Gregory Hicks had earlier testified under oath had been given  – an order that effectively sealed the fates of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans killed by the terrorist attack that night.
Semantics aside, the difference between “stand down” and “hold in place” are subtle indeed, and resulted in the same outcome – the assurance that those Americans were left to die.
There is one question though that remains, and one that members of Congress have yet to forcibly demand and answer to  – WHO GAVE THE “HOLD IN PLACE” ORDER?  Chain of command would indicate that with America effectively under attack, such an order would have to originate from the White House.
Paging Valerie Jarrett…
