The Obama administration and govenor Jay Dixon of Mo, are front running the Mo Legislature on the White River Blueway project.
With a veto-proof majority, the Missouri legislature approved a popular bill protecting private property and due process rights by banning a deeply controversial United Nations “sustainability” scheme known as UN Agenda 21
The law passed with a “veto proof” majority. Yet the Democrat Governor Jay Nixon neither signs nor veto’s the legislation-why?
To Delay the law by one month to implement the Obama Administration’s biggest UN Agenda 21 program in US history!
The effective date for SB265 to become Law is 8/28/2013 the Blueway project is set to be final in July 6 2013.If there is no opposition to this Blueway project by the people, countys and states of Arkansas and Missouri, the White River Drainage project will be final.
This is what you can expect.
The Blueway is a very broad spectrum, all-encompassing program that will be very unkind to property owners and their unalienable rights that protect them. It represents an end-run around Constitutional law. The Blueway will adversely affect both ranchers and farmers in the county, as well as the support base centered around those functions: businesses like the feed stores, the hardware stores, tack shops, farriers, real estate people, county fair functions, co-ops, farm equipment dealers and maintenance shops, large animal veterinarians, health care providers & hospitals, restaurants, fuel depots, schools, etc. etc. If the farmers, ranchers and rural land owners cannot function freely, then the rural and small towns and hamlets in Arkansas and Missouri will ultimately dry up as an industry in this federally designated corridor called the Blueway.
The Blueway is presented as some warm and fuzzy program to protect the environment, when in fact it is an unlawful federal land grab with an end run game plan to drive you off of your land, so some obscure endangered species won’t be threatened by man’s progress. Think of an Environmental Impact Study on steroids, and you have the Blueway. Progress won’t be just thwarted for several months or years; it will be halted altogether. Several years back, the nation all watched in horror when the California Fish and Game Commission ruled in favor of the Long fin and Delta smelt (a two inch minnow) over the livelihoods of 60,000 workers and land owners in California’s San Joaquin Valley, considered by many to be the richest and most productive farmland in the nation. The environmentalists shut off the water pumps to farmers, prohibiting them from irrigating their fields. Aside from the vast loss in food production to the world, the workers all went on unemployment overnight! With an annual rainfall of 12 inches, the place looked like a dust bowl in a few short months. Any farmer will tell us, once you uncover the land, and then don’t water it, nothing will grow there again. Duh. The same mentality pushing the Blueways is the same mentality that shut that water off. Animal protection takes priority over humans. Economic growth is the enemy to the Environmentalists and to their god, Mother Nature. It is really a religion of sorts to these people. The White River National Blueway will help to terminate economic activity in and around the 17.8 million acres shown on the map. Running water and moving water becomes the yoke around the neck of those who live in this area.
The time for our input is NOW before the 180 days expires, which will happen in early July 2013. To read more about the purpose of this White River Watershed National Blueway designation, go to the Memorandum of Understanding.
Please help oppose the destruction of our heartland. The White River Watershed National Blueway designation is nothing more than a private property land grab by our federal government. This is that same attempt that was tried in the late 90′s under the Ozark Highland Man and the Biosphere. Both are Agenda 21 issues. The deadline to oppose this issue is July 6, 2013.
All private land that lies within the White River Watershed National Blueway designation area:
http://arkansas.securetherepublic.com/main/white-river-watershed-national-blueway-designation/blueway-maps/ is in jeopardy. This is nothing more than a federal land grab of private property. We need the help of our Quorum Courts and local politicians to stop this federal land grab.
Here is another link that discuses What is the White River Watershed National Blueway:

Here is the Memorandum of Understanding mention in the article below.

We still need some more volunteers to take this resolution to their Quorum Court

Here is a copy of the resolution that needs to be passed by the Quorum Court.

A simular resolution is available for Missouri. A copy of the Missouri resolution will be posted on the Secure The Republic Site and is available from oaklogman@gmail.com
This is what you can expect if the Blueway UN Agenda 21 to seize 17.8 Million Acres From Missouri And Arkansas goes into effect before this becomes law.
Can it be reversed? It is doubtful that once the White River Blueway Project is implimented that it will ever be reversed.
This proposed letter was sent out to our U.S. Senators and Congressmen this month from our Secure Arkansas Chair, Jeannie Burlsworth.
ACTION to be taken:
1. Begin contacting your U.S. Senators and Congressmen IMMEDIATELY via phone, fax, AND email. Voice your protest against this National Blueway designation and forced take-over. It’s very important that we get the point across to our legislators that we do not want the National Blueway designation. Don’t just stop at one form of communication! Their names and contact information are listed below.
2. Please contact Secure Arkansas if you’re willing to volunteer to submit a resolution to your Quorum Court in June. We need to cover all 75 counties in Arkansas and several counties in Missouri. This will help restore local county governmental authority as a defense for the property rights of the people, which is the guardian of all other liberties! Click here to volunteer for this and enter your info.
Arkansas’ State Constitution, Article 7, § 28 states:
“The county courts shall have exclusive original jurisdiction in all matters relating to county taxes, roads, bridges, ferries, paupers, bastardy, vagrants, the apprenticeship of minors, the disbursement of money for county purposes, and in every other case that may be necessary to the internal improvement and local concerns of the respective counties. The county court shall be held by one judge, except in cases otherwise herein provided.”
The effective date for Bill SB265 to become law is 8/28/2013 as you can see from the source: Mo.gov wbsite.
We understand it’s important to take care of our natural resources, but the federal governments involvement is neither necessary or desired.

Another example of big city progressive communists bullying small landowners and businessmen. If you could cut out the cancer called St. Louis, and Kansas City, the rest of Missouri might have a chance. Although seems you reap what you sowed. Who voted for these commie asshats anyway?
