Dam removal has already begin in the First Blueway designation out east. Here is something to think about. What is going to happen with flood control. Dams are a good way to retain water for when there is a drought. Removal of dams will create a water shortage which will also create a food shortage. Do you think this is a plan.
Just think the National Blueway was created by bureaucrats and NOT congress.
If your Quorum Court will not pass the Opposition Resolution to the White River Watershed National Blueway let me know, so that we can work with them.
If you want to get active and volunteer please call the number below.

We now have 6 counties that have passed the Resolution of Opposition to the White Water Watershed National Bllueway. The counties that passed the Resolution of Opposition are as follows:
Boone
Cleveland
Fulton
Lawrence
Perry
Searcy
If your county isn’t listed above please call your County Quorum Court Judge and JP members and ask them to pass the resolution to stop the Federal Land and Water grab. If you need to know who your County Judge and JP members are for your county, give me a call or send me some email.
Check the article below and click on the links to get the rest of the story.

Coordinators,
Minutes after we sent out the previous email “County Victories!”, we heard that the Resolution was passed in BOONE County last night, also! What a great night!
That’s a total of 5 counties in Arkansas so far! (Boone, Fulton, Lawrence, Perry, and Searcy)
Keep up the great work! Let us know if you have any questions. And please help us recruit other people in other counties to help! We CAN stop this federal land grab!

Click here for a map of the affected area. It encompasses almost 18 MILLION acres!
Click here for the map of counties . Counties highlighted in yellow already have volunteers to bring the Resolution of Opposition to their county judge or J.P. to stop the Blueway designation. (In Missouri: county commissioners) Is your county covered? If not, PLEASE help us! We need you to volunteer to help in the counties that aren’t highlighted in yellow. You may click on a county and enter your contact information. Counties highlighted in green have PASSED their Resolution.
We have over 48 counties covered, and we need 60 by the end of the week. We’ll need you to take the Resolution of Opposition to your County Judge or JP. Click here for the Resolution (simplified).
We’ll send you all the other information needed after you sign up.
Also, make sure that your state senators and representatives are notified by you personally about this Blueway designation.
Please contact our Chairperson, Jeannie Burlsworth, with any questions:

ACTION to be taken:
1. Begin contacting your U.S. Senators and Congressmen IMMEDIATELY via phone, fax, AND email. Voice your protest against this National Blueway designation and forced take-over. It’s very important that we get the point across to our legislators that we do not want the National Blueway designation. Don’t just stop at one form of communication! Their names and contact information are listed below.
2. Please contact Secure Arkansas if you’re willing to volunteer to submit a resolution to your Quorum Court in June. We need to cover all 75 counties in Arkansas and several counties in Missouri. This will help restore local county governmental authority as a defense for the property rights of the people, which is the guardian of all other liberties! Click here to volunteer for this and enter your info.
Arkansas’ State Constitution, Article 7, § 28 states:
“The county courts shall have exclusive original jurisdiction in all matters relating to county taxes, roads, bridges, ferries, paupers, bastardy, vagrants, the apprenticeship of minors, the disbursement of money for county purposes, and in every other case that may be necessary to the internal improvement and local concerns of the respective counties. The county court shall be held by one judge, except in cases otherwise herein provided.”
Counties in both states of the White River Watershed which have adopted Interim or Comprehensive Land Use and Management Plans were not notified nor included from the beginning stages of this purported “designation” as is required by federal law. Therefore, as we see it, the whole process to this point is null and void and has therefore been a waste of taxpayer dollars.
