Republican Insider said this earlier in the week - “The trap is that the Senate wants to send something to the House and then have it stall there and spin that in the 24/7 news cycle about how out of touch and dysfunctional House Republicans are.  That sets up 2014.  Obama, the First Lady, and Biden are all scheduled to do a major media push at the same time.  We are telling the Toomey office all of this but they don’t care.  Or they think we are totally wrong.  I don’t know.”   LINK

Of course, the First Lady made her “tears in eyes” plea today in Chicago – home to the TOUGHEST GUN LAWS IN THE NATION AND THE MOST GUN VIOLENCE IN THE NATION.
MORE GUN LAWS = MORE GUN VIOLENCE.   Why?  Because it gives criminals and lunatics a green light to use their own guns without fear of the population being able to defend themselves.
Newtown Conn. has strict gun laws.  The school, as all schools are-  is a “gun free zone”.  And yet it, as in other similar and terrible tragedies, still took place.
No new federal gun regulations will change that.
What would have changed the Newtown Massacre is if a member of the office staff, or a security guard, had walked out into that hallway and shot the killer dead.
The only other possible way a gun law would have stopped the Newtown Massacre is if the FEDS were to ban ALL guns, and then initiate a nationwide confiscation program that has them coming to your home and searching to for weapons.
Anyone out there want to think this Obama administration and its progressive investors haven’t considered that?
If not – WISE UP.
