I
want to pass this along as information. Bret is busy working on a legal
type document that we can use to communicate our expectations to
elected officials. We are talking about it and Chad stumbled upon
something when I asked for some feedback. It would appear that the 2013
NDAA overrules the controversial parts of the 2012 NDAA. I just stumbled
upon this possibility today. Read this and see if you get the same
thing out of it that we did. I hate to mention this, but it's under the
FEINSTEIN-Lee amendment. Yes, Feinstein. LOL Just check it out and see
what you get out of it. I was actually turned on to this when I heard a
letter from Rand Paul read on youtube. Paul voted for the 2013 NDAA
despite trying to block the 2012 version. It might be that those
provisions are gone. -Dean
