America’s political Kabuki theater has finally achieved a level of self parody that even the comedic geniuses Lenny Bruce and Leslie Nielsen, in their wildest alcohol binging cocaine fueled craziest couldn’t have dreamed up. One one hand we have the nine Keystone cop wannabe’s of the SCOTUS pretending to consider the issue of Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility to serve in the office of the POTUS.

Keep in mind, that if Barack Obama were to be found ineligible to serve as POTUS, Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor would be automatically removed from the Court. Now please raise you hand if you are actually gullible enough to think that either Elena Kagan or Sonia Sotomayor would ever willing allow that possibility to take place.
That Chief Justice Roberts would, knowing what the outcome of Obama being found ineligible to serve as POTUS, allow Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor to take part in such discussions is nothing less than a 100 percent pure telegraphing of the SCOTUS intention regarding this matter. In other words, the fix is already in, their isn’t even the pretense of an illusion of impartiality. Act one, scene one of Kabuki theater, case dismissed…

Rep. Stockman threatens to impeach Obama over gun control
Rep. Steve Stockman threatened on Monday to defund the White House and potentially file impeachment charges if President Obama pushes forward with gun control measures without congressional approval.
The Texas Republican called Mr. Obama’s plans to skirt Congress and implement some controls administratively “an unconstitutional and unconscionable attack on the very founding principles of this republic.”
“I will seek to thwart this action by any means necessary, including but not limited to eliminating funding for implementation, defunding the White House, and even filing articles of impeachment,” Mr. Stockman said.
Mr. Obama said at a press conference Monday that tracking data on guns that criminals use could be one item done administratively that would not have to go through Congress.
But Mr. Stockman said such executive action is “an existential threat to this nation.”
“Any proposal to abuse executive power and infringe upon gun rights must be repelled with the stiffest legislative force possible,” he said. “Under no circumstances whatsoever may the government take any action that disarms any peaceable person — much less without due process through an executive declaration without a vote of Congress or a ruling of a court.”

Rep. Steve Stockman may well be a fair to middling congressman, perhaps even representing his constitutes well in congress. But this… This constitutes nothing short of braggadocio and bald faced bluster. Absurdity take to the power of ten and then cubed. Rep. Stockman could not have found a better method of putting the GOP’s impotence, cowardice or corruption on public display had he hired an entire football stadium full of certified Geniuses to formulate the plan.
Barack Obama has already repeatedly displayed a staggering contempt for the United States Constitution and the United States Congress. Rep. Stockman and his fellow GOP members have shown thus far less testicular fortitude than a four year old little girl. To believe that Rep. Stockman himself even believes for one second that John “Bought and Paid for” Boehner or Mitch “Obama’s Bitch” McConnell would ever allow Rep. Stockman’s mythical articles of Impeachment to even be read on the House floor requires one of Hillary’s infamous “Suspension’s of Disbelief” that even Art Bell would be ashamed to broadcast.

President Barack Obama on Monday acknowledged that full implementation of his expected gun control proposals may be stonewalled in Congress but pledged to “vigorously pursue” recommendations from an administration task force, including a “meaningful” assault weapons ban.
“What you can count on is that the things that I’ve said in the past – the belief that we have to have stronger background checks, that we can do a much better job in terms of keeping these magazine clips with high capacity out of the hands of those who shouldn’t have them, an assault weapons ban that’s meaningful – those are things I continue to believe make sense,” Obama said during the final press conference of his first term.

In short, If Rep. Stockman actually had the balls or influence to file articles of Impeachment, he would have over the myriad of transgression Obama has already committed, but the truth is… He hasn’t and he isn’t going to. He’s blowing more Kabuki Theater Smoke up his Texas Constitutes Asses then their is open space in the entire great State of Texas.
So Act one of this Kabuki Theater production: The Supreme Court of the United States lifts’ it’s Black robes and exposes it’s corruption and partiality for the entire world to see.
While Act Two of this Kabuki Theater production: The Congress of the United States puts clown make-up a big red rubber nose and huge clown shoes on and throws cream pies at the American people.
