BREAKING: State Votes to Make Obama Basically Useless

BREAKING: State Votes to Make Obama Basically Useless

In recent days, Obama is on a massive rampage taking over every area of American life. He is reaching for citizens’ diets, their bullets and even their police.
The states are desperate to find a solution to Obama’s insatiable lust for power.

However, Arizona may have just devised the perfect solution.
Arizona Republican Bob Thorpe of Flagstaff introduced the epic House Bill 2368 which was then passed by the Arizona House on Wednesday.
The bill’s goal is to keep “the state of Arizona from funding any executive orders issued by President Obama, or policy directives issued by the Department of Justice,” according to YoungCons.com.
The Arizona State Legislature website describes the two goals of the defiant bill.
First, HB 2368 would prohibit Arizona  “or any of its political subdivisions from using any personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer or cooperate with an executive order issued by the President of the U.S. that has not been affirmed by a vote of Congress and signed into law as prescribed by the U.S. Constitution.”
The bill would be a hugely controversial if it stopped there, but it did not.
The second provision of the bill prohibits Arizona “from using any personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer or cooperate with a policy directive issued by the U.S. DOJ to law enforcement agencies in this state that has not been affirmed by a vote of Congress and signed into law as prescribed by the U.S. Constitution.”
If the bill were to become law, Arizona would be basically free of interference from federal law.
Arizona House Bill 2368 still has to be approved by the Arizona Senate but we support it wholeheartedly.  Anything a state can do to remove the burdensome shackles of Obama’s overreaching tyranny will be applauded by us.
