BREAKING: Source Claims Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi to Be Released

BREAKING: Source Claims Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi to Be Released

ZTahmooressi3In March of this year, Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi missed his exit near San Diego. The Marine appeared to think little of his mistake, even informing the checkpoint that he intended to merely turn around and that he had firearms in his car.

Having crossed just feet into Mexico with these firearms has cost the veteran nearly eight months of his life as he has lingered in a Mexican jail cell as his combat-induced PTSD has worsened while President Obama has done nothing to secure the release of the Marine.

Now, it seems that finally, America might be receiving their hero soon.

According to a source within the House Foreign Affairs Committee staff, Sgt. Tahmooressi is expected to be released sometime this week.

The information reportedly comes directly from the office of Mexico’s Attorney General.

The Tahmooressi family has been incredibly outspoken about raising awareness for the Marine Corps veteran who served his country honorably in Afghanistan but that has been left to the mercy of the Mexican legal system.

Arizona Republican Matt Salmon, who has worked to secure the release of Sgt. Tahmooressi, told TPNN last month,
“It baffles me that [Obama] would trade five terrorists for a soldier of questionable reputation and do nothing to help an American hero,” Salmon stated, alluding to Obama’s illegal trade of five terrorists from Guantanamo Bay for Army deserter Bowe Bergdahl.

“Obama said time and time again that as president, when he got Bergdahl out, ‘I’m the president and I will leave no man on the field.’ Well, that’s right up there with, ‘If you like your health insurance, you can keep it,’ and ‘There will be no ground troops in Syria.’ As we all know, they’re all lies.”
Hopefully, Sgt. Tahmooressi will soon be back on American soil and his ordeal will be behind once and for all.

Please share on Facebook and Twitter if you are outraged that our veteran has been forced to linger in Mexico for this long.
