GOOD: Military Generals Take Stand Against Barack Obama

GOOD: Military Generals Take Stand Against Barack Obama

Many Americans have reached the conclusion that President Obama harbors a dislike and disrespect for our military.  That in and of itself wouldn’t be a very big deal, except that Obama and his administration have instituted policies and taken actions that are directly detrimental to the current and former members of our military.
Our veterans are being forgotten and mistreated by Obama.  The VA has been placing veterans on secret waiting lists, sometimes dying while waiting for care.  Some are being arbitrarily disarmed and denied of their Second Amendment protected rights for no good reason.
Even our widely-respected WWII vets were blocked from paying their respects at their own memorial during the partial government shutdown last year.

Our men and women in the field, in combat zones, in the middle of a war, are having their hands tied behind their backs with Rules of Engagement that give the enemy an advantage over our own troops.  They have been disarmed at home on their own military bases, as Obama continues with a policy that doesn’t allow trained military members to carry guns, even after several shooting incidents on bases.
They are also taking the brunt of the short-sighted, misguided, and ill-targeted military budget cuts, resulting in cuts to vital supplies and pink slips delivered on the battlefield.  Other politically motivated social policy changes have damaged and harmed our troop’s morale and readiness.  There has also been a purge of high ranking officers that aren’t willing to go along with some of these policies and changes.
Supporters of the military have been speaking out about these travesties, and more.  For the most part, our current and former members of the military have exhibited a high level of decorum and quietly suffered the injustices aimed at them by Obama’s administration.  But there is only so much that can be taken, and some high ranking Generals have begun to speak out against Obama and his policies that they believe are destructive to our military and the country.  Even the fresh graduates of West Point quietly and respectfully let Obama know their displeasure with him.
Some Generals have come forward with the truth about Benghazi.  Several have formed the Citizens Committee on Benghazi, and they are working to expose what really happened on that terrible day in Libya.  The Committee’s report shows that the Benghazi attack was the end result of a secret operation that was arming Al-Qaeda affiliated groups fighting against Qaddafi, who then turned those weapons we gave them on us.
They claim that they wanted to help save our people that were under fire, or at least launch a counter-attack, but were not allowed to do so.  They also claim that they knew the White House’s “Youtube” story wasn’t true, knowing that Benghazi was a planned and coordinated terrorist attack from the start.
More recently, a few Generals have spoken out regarding the current border crisis that is taking place, with thousands of illegal immigrants, cartels, criminals, gangs, smugglers, and terrorists brazenly coming across our border.  The current Commander of US Southern Command calls the crisis a threat to America’s very existence.  A highly decorated Medal of Honor recipient even said that the border crisis shows how Obama is “openly defying the law“, and should be kicked out of office.
General Paul Vallely, who heads up the Citizens Committee on Benghazi, has called for Obama’s impeachment.  He has also called for mass protests against Obama and the government, suggesting that America needs an uprising similar to the Arab Spring to remove our current crop of corrupt government officials.  His sentiment is quietly shared by many, many Americans, both in and out of the military.
Our military knows that Obama is no good for them, and no good for our country.  He has weakened our military in the face of increasing hostilities and provocations around the globe.  Our enemies are getting stronger while Obama is making us weaker.
This untenable situation cannot go on much longer.  If the people don’t vote Obama’s party out of power in the midterms, and if Congress then refuses to take concrete actions to stop Obama’s destructive agenda, then the unthinkable may eventually become inevitable.  The people may ultimately be forced to rise up against Obama and his government, and a good portion of the military will end up on the people’s side.
Let us hope things never come to that though.
Please share this on Facebook and Twitter if you support the brave Generals, and other members of the military, that are speaking out against their “Commander-in-Chief”.
