While Obama is still refusing to cooperate with Pentagon and refusing to ban the flights of Russian spy planes over US, Russian media reported that Putin already banned all similar US flights which were allowed before under “open sky agreement”. It is believed that Putin’s decision is motivated by desire to hide the concentration of troops. I believe that Obama’s indecision is motivated by either treason (if he ever became a US citizen) or by flagrant act of espionage and sabotage
