WATCH: Congressman Tom Price Wants to Take Obama to Court (VIDEO)

When Republicans tried to repeal, delay, or even slightly tweak Obamacare, the government shut down thanks to an uncooperative Senate.
It’s the law,” the left said. (I suppose we are forever forbidden from changing or repealing oppressive legislation. Who knew?)
However, Obama and his supporters seem to believe he is able to bypass the legislative branch in order to change his namesake law as he sees fit. He ignores parts of the law when it becomes politically convenient. This is blatantly illegal.
When your president has the  so-called authority to pick and choose which parts of the law he wants to enforce, he acts no longer as a president but as a dictator. Dictators make up the law as they go along. Dictators believe they do not need to go through the proper legislative channels to achieve their agenda. Dictators say things like, “We are not repealing [Obamacare] as long as I’m president.” This is not the mark of a democratically-elected president of a free country.
Our Founders revolted over a tax on tea and now our president is getting by with changing the law on his own accord?  That is as embarrassing as it is disheartening. The actual parts of the law Obama changed are not the core issue here; it is the precedent this kind of abuse sets. So, where is the outrage over this?
Thankfully, people are beginning to question the president’s abuse of power — and take action.
Congressman Tom Rice (R-SC) has drafted a resolution to sue Obama for operating outside the bounds of his authority by changing the “Affordable” Care Act. And the best part? It does not require the Senate’s approval. In other words, Harry Reid and the Senate Democrats are powerless to stop it.
The article continues beneath the video.
Newsmax reports:
Obama roiled many Republicans when he delayed the employer mandate for a year and made other changes to the healthcare law without first seeking approval on Capitol Hill.
The president is someone who will continue to press until he finds the line, and we’re going to try to push back a little bit,” Rice said. [...]
“Many of the steps the president has taken are certainly outside of his authority. Things like extending, unilaterally, the employer mandate for a year, things like allowing the ‘substandard insurance policies’ to continue to be issued for a year …”
While action against the president by the House has been attempted before, “there has never been a case like this.”
People all over the country are coming up with new, interesting, and effective ways to fight back against our tyrannical government. South Carolina and Georgia are poised to ban Obamacare in their state. Arizona is doing the same thing with the NSA. Nearly one hundred legislators met recently for to plan a Convention of the States — an unprecedented means by which to amend the Constitution.
Since Obama apparently did not get the forty-six messages that no one wants Obamacare, it is time to get creative, fight back, and get results.
We have to get the word out that the states have the legal authority — and the moral obligation — to keep our government in check. It could be our last hope for preserving liberty. Will you help us by “recommending” this article on Facebook?
