United States Department of Commerce1969 Article Outlines Weather Modification Cooperation between ‘Rival’ Nations.

The article in question on page 3 outlines the clear cooperation between the two “rival” nations in regard to weather modification. This piece adds yet more evidence to conclude that global superpowers have indeed had a cooperative interaction with weather modification programs going back a very long way.
