In the AM of June 28th, 2013 — a large RADAR pulse / “HAARP ring” appeared out of Dover, Delaware Airforce Base.

Move forward approximately 5 hours from the point of the pulse, and a tornado warning has been issued VERY close to Dover Delaware.
The ONLY tornado warning for the area.
