The Board of Directors
Mr. Wayne Hamit, Chief Executive Officer
Wayne Hamit is a US Navy veteran and has served in the field worldwide with the Navy and US Marine Corps.  Mr, Hamit has worked for a number of technology firms in business development and management, including a fortune 100 corporation.  Mr. Hamit has served as a security, economics, and social development consultant for foreign governments.  Wayne is a credentialed consultant to the United Nations Economic and Social Council.  Mr. Hamit has developed a vast network of NGOs and business connections worldwide, with special emphasis on under-developed and unstable nations.
Mr. Leonard Davis, Director of Investigations
Leonard Davis is a veteran Special Agent with the U.S. Customs Service and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security with 31 years of dedicated real-world experience, including: long term undercover operations, member and tactical supervisor on the U.S. Customs Special Response teams.  After leaving federal service, Mr. Davis served as a contact instructor for the U.S. Department of State’s Global Anti-terrorism Assistance program, training anti-terrorism forces throughout the world before forming Conquest Management International, Inc.
Mr. J. R. Starch, Director of Air Operations / Chief Pilot
A former U.S. Marine reconnaissance specialist, aviator, and experienced in high-risk penetration operations, Mr. Starch coordinates and executes with the best of CMI’s forward personnel. Mr. Starch holds a Masters in International Affairs, with an emphasis in Intelligence and International Security. With his government EP and aviation experience, he manages the execution of operations and support in high risk/high threat environments.
Mr. Jesse (Rocky) Carlock, Operations Chief
Mr. Carlock is a renowned U.S. Navy SEAL and founding member of SEAL Team “Red Cell.” His accomplishments and accolades in the world of Special Operations speak volumes. His efforts helped vault Special Operations to the very top of all military units in the world, and his expertise in high-risk penetration and recovery on sea and land is unparalleled.
Mr. Mark Christianson, Director of Training
A retired U.S. Army combat veteran, Mr. Christianson spent his career operating in various ODA’s in the Special Forces community. Mr. Christianson is an expert at managing any scale operation – from large multi-leveled classified government programs and projects to small, elite, surgical security teams. He is a Certified Range Master and widely-known expert in small arms, demolitions, free-fall parachute operations, and a variety of other specialties.
Mr. Ken W. Walther, Director of Intelligence
Mr. Walther worked as an undercover Technical Operations Officer for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) for 27 years. He primarily worked in the Directorate of Science and Technology (DS&T) but also served in the Directorate of Operations (DO), and the Directorate of Administration (DA). Prior to the Agency he served four years in the Army Security Agency (ASA) with three years in Southeast Asia involved with tactical SIGINT collection, e.g., Radio Fingerprinting & Radio Direction Finding.
Prior to retirement Mr. Walther was certified as a Senior Instructor at the CIA’s clandestine training facility (the Farm), working for the Office of Training and Education. Students included both Agency recruits and military from the Defense Intelligence Agency. At retirement, the Agency allowed Mr. Walther to retire “open” and his cover was rolled back. He was allowed to accept awards that had been previously locked away because of his cover status. He was awarded the Intelligence Medal of Merit for conducting operations of high national security value as well as the Career Intelligence Medal. He also had numerous certificates from the Department of State and DIA.
