Obama adds thousands of armored tanks to his 'civilian national security force'

Why would a sitting U.S. president abruptly force our defeat in Afghanistan and gut the military while simultaneously exploding spending on a new "civilian national security force" that has zero accountability to the American people?
After watching him refuse to prosecute Black Panthers for armed voter intimidation at the polls on Election Day, arm violent drug cartels with "assault weapons" to manufacture a fraudulent gun control crisis, brutally assassinate innocent U.S. citizens without any due process or oversight of any kind, and the dozens of other heinous, obscenely corrupt abuses of power that have left so many rightly comparing him to Hitler, it would appear the answer is that he simply cares about nothing beyond Democrat power (i.e., he's a liberal)...and feels entitled to commit any tyrannical act of treason against the Constitution he feels like in order to secure it.
