They say the computers were shipped over seven years through the city-state of Dubai to Iran, in violation of U.S. government sanctions against the Mideast country. Borna Faizy of Frisco and Touraj Ghavidel of Plano, owners of Signal Microsystems in Addison, were arrested Thursday. They entered pleas of not guilty in federal court and were released on bond. Investigators say the 42-year-old Faizy and 44-year-old Ghavidel conspired to ship computers and various parts through Dubai to hide the final destination....
