صباحا وكنت أقود في أنحاء المدينة مع قائدي. وكانت مارة بالشارع، قلت لرئيسي: ما رأيك في هذه الفتاة؟ أليست جميلة؟. اختطفناها ووضعناها في السيارة، وانطلقنا بها إلى مكان مهجور واغتصبناها هناك. وبعد أن انتهينا قتلناها. كانت تعرف وجوهنا والأحياء التي نقطن بها، ولذا لم نكن نستطيع أن نتركها تعيش». واعترف أيضا بأنه قتل رجلا أثناء مظاهرة مناوئة للأسد في المدينة. وحسب الصحيفة، لم يبدُ على محمد أي نوع من القلق الذي أظهره أي من السجناء الآخرين في سجون الثوار في ليبيا «حيث كان من الواضح أن البعض كانوا يتبعون نصا اعترافيا». غير أن مشاعره ظهرت عندما سألته عن السبب في لامبالاته، إذ قال: «لقد نشأت في عائلة الأمنية السورية قتلوا خلال تفجير اليوم. وكان التلفزيون السوري قال إن تفجيرا استهدف مبنى الأمن القومي الذي يرأسه اللواء هشام بختيار في حي الروضة أثناء اجتماع للوزراء ولقادة الأجهزة الأمنية المختصة.
