Obama says “I am God”
Black Nationalists have a long tradition of belief that the black race is God and certain individuals are exalted above others. There is also the belief that whites are literally the devil and the Antichrist. Obama caused controversy when he read Psalms 46, which includes the lines “Be still and know that I am God.” and “I will be exalted among the nations. This occurred at a memorial for the victims of 9/11 in 2011. Black Liberation Theology teaches that the black race is divine, not that there is a spiritual father figure in heaven. It is also not uncommon for pathological Narcissists (Megalomaniacs) to believe that they are a higher being or actually God as happens with some cult leaders. (See Jim Jones, David Koresh, Charles Manson, Louis Farrakhan and many others of their ilk.)If one feels that he is God, it is no big deal for that person to feel qualified to re-write the Constitution and change its meaning. The Black Liberation doctrine of his cult-like church has already re-cast the Bible in the same way.
James H. Cone canonized Black Liberation Theology, which Jeremiah Wright, Jr. has said on national television is the doctrine of Trinity United Church of Christ. Cone wrote that Black Liberation is inspired by Martin Luther King, a traditional Christian and Malcolm X a Black Nationalist and long-time member of the Nation of Islam. Reading and analyzing the foundation books by Cone on Black Liberation Theology reveals that it has a facade of Christianity, but the basic beliefs are the same as those of the Nation of Islam.
The White Race is equated to the Antichrist and the black races is called the manifestation of God on earth. A millennial utopia, the biblical kingdom on earth, is to be created by the destruction of white society. The kingdom is envisioned to be a real physical entity and not a spiritual event. So, Black Liberation Theology is a state religion, which is supposed to rule over the earth after the final conflict with “white society.”
Black Liberation Theology does not teach that there is a spiritual God in heaven who is a distinct being. This is similar to Gnostic beliefs, which teaches that their is a “god-head” and is spiritual in that way, but there is no conscious life after death or a fatherly being in heaven. Black Nationalism often manifests itself as a racist version of Gnosticism and Black Liberation Theology has many of the characteristics of a racist Gnosticism.
Introduction to Gnosticism for Beginners
Gnostics often use the scriptures and can present itself as different religions, but the scriptures are taken as metaphorical and archetypical and not literally. It is believes that the same historical situation occurs over and over, under different circumstances. It does not hold that Jesus is uniquely God, but more of an example of the perfection of man to be emulated by others, for example like Barack Obama. Black Nationalists feel that they are the true Jews and America is the Babylon of the biblical book of Revelation.

For these reasons, we can assume that Obama is talking about his own divinity when he read Psalms 46 at the memorial service in the clip at the beginning. It is a signal to others, who believe as he does and also serves as a provocation to those who may find this type of belief system to be heretical and repugnant.
Obama also said that he has a spark of divinity within near the end of his Nobel Prize speech. See the clip below.

Self-exaltation and self-worship of man and exaltation of man’s works is a central characteristic of the Gnostic occult and what has historically been called Luciferianism/Satanism. If you recall the biblical story, Lucifer wanted to be worshiped the same as God. Gnostic occult means “hidden knowledge” and it is standard that occultists hint at their beliefs, but do no speak very openly about their core beliefs, unless it is before a like-minded audience, because most people would strongly reject it and even ridicule it. So, Obama appears to be using this memorial service to flaunt publicly his Black Nationalist belief system, while maintaining deniability.
The basic concepts of the theology of the the Nation of Islam is similar to Black Liberation Theology. In the clip below, Farrakhan, head of the Nation of Islam, declares that he is literally “God.”

A confrontation with conservative Christian Americans would fulfill the divine prophesy of Black Liberation Theology / Black Nationalism. Obama seems to be trying to provoke such a confrontation. It must be very frustrating for the messiah that Americans do not seem to quite be able to get what he is often hinting or to take it seriously.
It is difficult for a lot of people to imagine that others have such a perverse belief system or that they can take it seriously.
