Members of the U.S. military are increasingly being conditioned (i.e., brainwashed) into perceiving Constitutionalists, Tea Party members, 2nd Amendment advocates and members of the liberty movement as terrorists. And the list of groups that are “right-wing” terrorists continues to grow.
The Combating Terrorism Center at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., is out with a new report titled “Challengers from the Sidelines: Understanding America’s Violent Far Right.” The report lumps limited government activists into three categories it claims are responsible for 350 “attacks initiated by far-right groups/individuals” in 2011: racist/white supremacists, anti-Federalists and fundamentalists. The report did not define what makes an attack a “far-right” action, nor did it list specific events except to compare them to the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building in Oklahoma City (a likely false flag attack exploited by President Bill Clinton to bolster his sagging Presidency) and the Atlanta abortion clinic bombing by Eric Robert Rudolf.
The report links the mainstream conservative movement and the violent “far right,” and describes conservatives as living in the past and liberals as being “future oriented.”
“While liberal worldviews are future- or progressive-oriented, conservative perspectives are more past-oriented, and in general, are interested in preserving the status quo,” the report says. “The far right represents a more extreme version of conservatism, as its political vision is usually justified by the aspiration to restore or preserve values and practices that are part of the idealized historical heritage of the nation or ethnic community… While far-right groups’ ideology is designed to exclude minorities and foreigners, the liberal-democratic system is designed to emphasize civil rights, minority rights and the balance of power.”
This paper will be used in the education of future Army officers, along with past papers on al-Qaida and other Islamic extremists attempting to gain power around the world.
On Friday, the Ohio Army National Guard conducted a training drill in which, “Two school employees who are disgruntled over the government’s interpretation of the Second Amendment, plot to use chemical, biological and radiological agents against members of the local community,” reports WSAZ NewsChannel 3.
“It’s the reality of the world we live in,” says Portsmouth Police Chief Bill Raisin. “Don’t forget there is such a thing as domestic terrorism. This helps us all be prepared.”
Actually, it’s another effort to perpetuate the false meme that legal gun owners are wild-eyed, crazed troglodytes bent on murder and mayhem.
In 2009, the Department of Homeland Security issued a report titled “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment.” Possible terrorists include people opposed to President Barack Obama; those upset by the high unemployment rate; supporters of gun rights; those who believe in conspiracy theories involving a coming martial law declaration and the creation of detention camps; those who stockpile food, ammunition and weapons in anticipation of a collapse; military veterans; and Christians. And a report from the Missouri Information Analysis Center called libertarians; supporters of Ron Paul, Bob Barr and Chuck Baldwin; and militia group members possible terrorists.
The Colorado FBI issued a report last year telling businesses to be suspicious of people who: are concerned about identity privacy; pay with cash; alter their appearance by changing their hairstyle or growing (or shaving) facial hair; have missing fingers and hands; make religious statements; and make bulk purchases of food, ammunition and high-capacity magazines.
These documents, coupled with the National Defense Authorization Act (which suspends habeas corpus and allows for the indefinite detention of “terrorists” arrested in the United States) and Obama’s executive order that allows U.S. Attorney General Eric (the gun trafficker) Holder to “review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks” are chilling.
As I have pointed out before, labeling as terrorists those who exercise their rights to oppose unConstitutional government is not designed to keep people safe. Nor are programs like the Department of Homeland Security’s “See Something, Say Something.” History has shown they are designed to quash dissenting views, stifle free speech and generate fear and suspicion.
These programs are ripe for abuse, with neighbors reporting neighbors in order to avenge some slight or end a disagreement or simply because of different political views. And brainwashing the military is setting the stage for a gun grab or some other Constitutional usurpation against American patriots.
It’s the mark of the end of a free society and fascist totalitarianism.
