The Federal Government has usurped its power and betrayed WE THE PEOPLE

James Madison
It will be of little avail to the people that the laws are made by men of their own choice if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood.
James Madison one of the authors of our Constitution
Whether one agrees with the “Unaffordable” Care Act or not, one thing is now crystal clear is that the bill was passed with the deliberate objective of decieving the American people. For those that are paying attention it has become blatantly obvious that the whole leadership of the Democrat party were involved in this massive conspiracy to defraud and not just the President.
We conservatives all knew that this bill was a fraud from the start but the brazen arrogance of economics professor of MIT Jonathan Gruber has now blown away any doubt that may have remained in the public forum about the disgusting strategies and tactics of the left. The left have sheer contempt for our system of government and the democratic principles they are meant to respect and preserve. The Democrats mean to dictate every aspect of our lives, to control us with laws and restrictions that contradict the founding principles of the United States of America. The whole of this administration has been based on one lie after another, and the Republicans were just elected to stop this evil regime.
The most tragic part of the current situation is the lack of coherant opposition from the Republican party. The Republican leadership is so weak that within hours of winning one of the greatest landslides in midterm elections they almost immediately announced that the power of the purse is off the table and they would not impeach the president, which then suggests complete impotence, while having majorities in both houses of Congress. This despite the fact that they now have a huge mandate from the electorate (that took the trouble to vote), shows that they voted not so much for what the Republicans would do to advance their agenda, but were elected to stop the President from doing any further damage to the country. Alas! The Republicans within five minutes of winning the election continue to sound so “reasonable” when they were elected not to be “reasonable” in order to stop this President.
Tomorrow the country will see the further advancement of the Obama administration 2008 campaign policy of transforming America with the illegal amnesty of millions of undocumented aliens or illegal immigrants to be politically incorrect. That is not a shock, but what we need to do now is to brace ourselves to see what the Republicans will do to stop the rot. If their reaction is weak, we know the media will not do its job, then the last line of defense is WE THE PEOPLE. We will need to melt the phone lines of Congress to force our elected representatives to do what is necessary to prevent the constitution from being subject to further abuse.
Our founding fathers set the agenda for this country with the fiercely debated construction of the Constitution which has structured with the guidance of James Madison. America is great because of its Constitution, that is the basis of our free society. In the last six years we have experienced a country which has become lawless both in our Congress and even at the highest levels of our judicial system when Supreme Court Justice Roberts basically rewrote the “Unaffordable” Healthcare law by changing the language of a “penalty,” and then calling it a “tax,” in order to give the law its swing vote of approval. In other words the chief Justice rewrote the law, which is in itself an unconstitutional action by the highest authority in our judicial system.
Our country is very sick, our freedoms have been severely eroded and the will of the people has been usurped. Let us pray we can get Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin who I believe is the only man that can lead this country back to greatness. He has shown to advance conservative principals, successfully turned around the bluest of blue states, and was elected three times in four years, defeating the powerful Unions. Governor Walker has not backed down on inch from his principals, policies and leadership. Now there is a real potential candidate who can bring a positive agenda and win over the independents, while bringing out the Republican base in huge numbers. It is two years before the next presidential election, I hope we can hang on so that Governor Scott Walker can help the country back to greatness both economically and on the international stage. A strong America is good for us and good for the whole world. Let us restore the Federal government to represent the American people, reduce its size and allow back the entreprenuerial spirit that is the basis of our strength.
