Three US security team members who were on the ground at the CIA Annex in Benghazi on 9/11/12 told Bret Baier they were indeed told to stand down 3 times. But after 30 minutes of delays they finally disobeyed orders and headed for the fight.
Baier asked them what would be different if they had those 30 minutes back and weren’t delayed. They told Baier that Ambassador Stevens and Sean Smith would still be alive today.
